Super pleased with this hotel. The location is beautiful, overall very clean, our hotel room was spacious and comfortable, friendly/helpful staff, the saltwater pool was the perfect temperature and easy checkin/check out.

The elevator is soooo slow but hey it is what it is. Breakfast was good except half hour before service was over many items were gone. Some, like muffins and cinnamon rolls, understandable. Things like bread for the toaster and PLATES, not so much.

Very excellent breakfast, clean, comfortable, big rooms, counter area to eat at in rooms. We loved sitting out by the gas fire pit. Hot tub is tiny but we did get a turn. Fitness area is tiny but we were able to get in a workout.

The Berlin Grande Hotel looked quite new and was very clean. The grounds were lovely. I wish the weather had cooperated so that we could enjoy the patio and fire pit area. Our room was large and comfortable. I could occasionally hear noise from adjoining rooms, but it was not enough to be disturbing. For a free hotel breakfast, it was quite adequate, and the breakfast staff made sure to keep everything well stocked. We would definitely return to the Berlin Grande Hotel.

Weĺl worth the few dollars more than the typical motel room. Very clean and comfortable. Great pool and spa. Awesome outside courtyard, fire pits, gliders for comfort. The only thing I found disappointing was the lack of better soundproofing. We would certainly return again when in the area.

Hotel positions itself as top drawer but doesn't carry it off: Breakfast served green bananas, tiny portions, cleaning floor while guests trying to eat, unappealing quality. Bath soap cake was size of a half dollar, not a single grab bar in bath tub (very unsafe). Room to room sound proofing a joke - could listen to people in next room talking.

Well, we did like the room. It was very nice. It said quiet time was at 9. The people in the next room were so loud until 1AM. Then the person in the room on the other side of us snored all night. The light on the balcony stayed on all night and you can't close the cutains all the way so there was alot of light in our room and the heater system was really loud. It was very hard to relax and enjoy ourselves.

The weather wasn’t great, so we enjoyed spending time at the hotel playing games in the lobby. The lobby attendant checked on us, turned on lights for us and even started the fireplace. We appreciated the hospitality!

Check in time was at 3:00pm. I arrived at 3:20pm and was in formed that they were behind and the room was not ready yet. After my five hour drive I was not happy but I also know things happen. My only problem was the attitude of Gail at the front desk. I asked if she had any idea of a time and she replied that she had only been there 20 minutes and did not know. We liked everything about the hotel but her.

Our stay started out all wrong, Gail was very unfriendly, unhappy with her job and telling us how she was quiting this was when we were trying to check in. There was an issue with our reservation and she was insistant we couldn't have our room until we paid, even though in the end, her amount was very wrong and to her favor. Had another interaction the next day and she was just as unfriendly. No Welcome to the Grande, nothing. just name, name, etc.

Stay at the Berlin Grand was top notch. Everything from check -in to super clean room, friendly staff to hot breakfast buffet to check out was smoothly executed and flawless for my stay. Wonderful experience. I would recommend to everyone.

The hotel was great however the lady at the front desk was horrible. She was so lazy and could not even tell me where the ice machine was on the second floor.. someone needs to find a new job as I will never go back. The facilities were nice but the customer service is beyond horrible. In two days never got a smile, a thank you, how is everything, nothing

Very nice, comfortable stay at this hotel! Very clean, service was top notch, breakfast was very good, food was plentiful and hot! Breakfast area was very clean and organized! The pool and hot tub were open upon our arrival but by morning they were remodeling them. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was cloudy - glad they decided to do some work. The breakfast was disappointing at best. There were few guests compared to normal so very little food was available and what out was not very good. Chewy eggs, hard chewy potatoes, and the thinnest bacon ever (once it was finally put out)! The bagels were good, the cinnamon rolls were good. Plenty of juice, milk, and coffee. The rooms are spacious with a nice eating area. The shower is huge, bathroom is spacious and plenty of toiletries are available. Linens are comfortable, beds are very firm. This was first visit to this hotel - 35th year visiting the area doing business with local farmers. We generally rent a house but were only in town for the night so we chose a hotel - not very impressed but not totally disappointed. The area is perfect for first time visitors or those if us who run the entire area doing business every quarter. Be aware that most restaurants close by 7pm.

The facility itself is wonderful. The lobby is beautiful and the grounds are outstanding. Outdoor seating area is pretty with comfortable and plentiful seating and beautiful landscaping. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The downside to the room is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. One person showers and the mirror is dripping wet for a long time after. There is a sink and mirror by the bar in the room but the lighting there is poor. The biggest negative was the breakfast. The eggs and sausage were cold and the coffee was flavorless.

It is a beautiful property. We spent some time by the gazebo and used the propane fire pit. It was clean and pleasant. The only issue was the breakfast. It got wiped out fast and was not kept stocked. That was very disappointing.

Very nice hotel, rooms very spacious, my only complaint is the air conditioning unit made an awful noise making it hard to go to sleep, not much offered at breakfast, food was meh. Convenient location to restaurants and shopping are a plus.

The breakfast menu changes daily, and plenty of seating. We had breakfast one morning on the patio. The hotel is so close to the shopping and dining. Play to stay again. Hopefully in the fall.
