I spent New Year's Eve at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Millersburg with my family, and we had a fantastic experience. The ample parking space was also a huge plus, making it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. This was the best hotel we have stayed in in a very long time. If we could give it more than 5 stars we would. Staff was very nice. I wish I had gotten the desk clerks name so I could thank him here. The entire hotel was clean including the pool area. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. If we are ever back in the millersburg area we will definitely come back.

Overall, the hotel is clean, safe and the staff is wonderful; the breakfast is not good. The only fruit available was banana and that was also not adequately stocked. Oatmeal was instant and not freshly cooked. There was no scrambled egg, just 2 different types of very cheesy omelett. There are no potatoes and no nuts for oatmeal. The elevator has a very strong odor in it amd you smell it the moment you step into it.

The hotel is by a road, so traffic can be loud sometimes. The room was very clean, but would advise the staff to clean carpets. The musty smell of the carpet was pretty strong when we entered the room. Breakfast had plenty of options. Other than one staff member, the staff were nice and receptive. Five stars because the issues we had were minimal and fixable.

We had a pet room. It was so nice being on ground floor and near an exit. This is first time we have traveled with a pet, so perhaps this is the norm. We were disappointed in the television. It was very dark. Channel guide did not come in either.

The front desk guy was amazing when we checked in. But the morning front desk lady was rude by calling us at exactly 11am saying we were late checking out. But I am a holiday inn member and ask for late checkout which the first guy said would be 2pm. When she called she said 130pm would be the latest we could leave because her housecleaners wanted to go home. First if they offer late checkout don't rush your customers. Second don't be rude

Horrible check in experience. Could not find both rooms reserved. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE Help from Hotels.com!!!! Member at check and and check out didn’t know what they were doing. Beds very uncomfortable. Towels in room practically see through and one had big dark stain on it. Very disappointed and would not stay again there.

Heather worked her magic and found an extra room to extend my stay for three extra days for the services. Friendly staff, clean and well maintained facilities, and we loved having a Keurig in the room as opposed to the drip machines usually found. The breakfast was the best we've had at a hotel. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is that two handicapped parking spaces just aren't enough. They really need 3 or 4 more.

The motel was very clean. Staff were friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was very good offered a large variety- omelets, scrambled eggs, sausages ,biscuits & gravy, pancakes, cereal and Cinnabon cinnamon rolls which was delicious. I would recommend this Motel to friends and family!
