I used the whirlpool and when I tried to get out I slipped and fell. The steps are WAY TOO STEEP. The handrail was no help because it was too slippery. Having marble floors in a swimming area is absurd. I had to crawl out the door

The pool water was frigid, area around pool was gross and dirty - hair, bandaids, unsanitary. The room was ok - definitely not worth the cost. The room was plenty big, beds were comfortable, was good for an overnight stay. The coffee was putrid and I’m not exaggerating. It was undrinkable. The playground and children’s village was a huge hit. We passed on breakfast because of how unappealing it looked.

What an amazing property! Our kids had a blast. From the koi pond, to the play houses and play area, hot chocolate machine, to the path, pool, hot tub, cold plunge... topped off with a little movie theater!! It was wonderful and we will be back. All that said, the front desk staff needs a TON of work. Not friendly or inviting, and didn't explain anything that the wonderful resort offered!!!! In the morning there was an instructor led class in a beautiful gym... NONE of this was explained to us! You would think when you see someone checking in with kids that they would ask if we had been there before or tell us what the hotel offered. NONE of that. They were on their phones and gave BAD customer service. I had to ask about the theater, they didn't tell me. I saw a sign. The only friendly staff were the ladies we saw cleaning and the workout instructor that I randomly met. It wasn't just us, I experienced other guests receiving the same treatment we had. It was almost like we were a bother to them. Even a smile and a "Hello" goes a long way. It wasn't just 1 woman, there were 4-5 over our trip that all acted the same way. Hopefully this can be addressed.

The grounds and maintenance of the property is excellent! The theatre, the pool, the Koi pond, the trails, and the varied amenities were top quality. Excellent! Highly recommend.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Some street noise from trucks going down the main road nearby, and a bit of electrical/mechanical noises. The grounds of the resort are beautiful, including a small playground, cute play village, and koi ponds where the kids can feed the fish. The main detriment here was the fact that the suite we stayed in is in a separate building not attached to the main one. This makes it awkward to get over to the pool or lobby, especially in cooler weather, as you have to walk up a hill through the parking lot. There really needs to be a more direct route between the 2, preferably with either a completely or partially covered walkway. Another annoyance with the pool was that there were times while the pool was open that it was reserved for classes or other groups and not available to the normal hotel customers. Not a good experience to get the kids all dressed and excited for the pool, only to arrive and be unable to use it.

One of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed in and I was just in Las Vegas. this had way more amenities than even Las Vegas offered. They had a pool, hot tub, sauna, infrared sauna, a putting green, a 1 mile trail to walk. Also indoor basketball court, racquetball court weight room, aerobic room Breakfast was wonderful. Room super clean so was the bathroom. Loved having the balcony.

The most incredible property i’ve ever visited. Between the FULL gym, racquetball court, aerobics room and pool there’s not a moment to be bored. Not to mention it’s about 10 minutes from downtown with TONS of shops and restaurants.

Not the same. I had a much better stay in 2021. This time the hallways were cold. The swimming pool water was cold. The floor in our room was not clean. Carpet needed steamed cleaned. Floor in our room was unlevel, much worse in hallways. Might need a structural engineer to inspect issues there. Microwave eggs and bacon for breakfast a major disappointment. The staff was friendly and polite. Most everything else was pretty clean for the most part.

Hotel was not clean at all, pool was supposed to be heated but it was freezing cold, pool had algae growing around the steps, breakfast was terrible, I would not stay here again!

Our stay was acceptable, the place was clean however when I asked for my room to be cleaned after the second day housekeeping said they "didn\'t do that" so I cleaned the room myself. They gave me mop and gave me cleaning stuff to clean my room. The front desk staff was very courteous and helpful even the housekeepers were very courteous even though they did not wish to clean my room the grounds were clean the breakfast was okay all in all it was a nice day I did not like my room right behind the front desk as it was quite noisy early mornings and late nights when people were checking out and checking in also the last night we were there there were kids on both sides of us got no sleep whatsoevery

One of the nicest resorts I’ve stayed in and I was just in Las Vegas. this had way more amenities than even Las Vegas offered. The hotel was a beautiful setting. The room was very clean and spacious. The only bad thing about the room was there was no coffee maker. The Friday morning breakfast was lacking although they did offer a variety. The sausage links were overcooked and the eggs too watery.

Great room in the Signature Suites. Right on a very busy road. Noise level so high we couldn’t sit on the porch…trucks, cars and motorcycles . It did decrease during night time hours…still there, but less.

Love the entire area, absolutely beautiful. The hotel is well kept. The rooms are comfortable. I stayed in a king room which is very spacious. The only change I would recommend would be to the breakfast. The eggs are powdered, and there is only sausage as a protein. Regular eggs and some bacon would be great additions. And fresh fruit other than bananas also be nice.

Beautiful grounds. Our room was clean but very noisy. If you are a light sleeper this is not the place for you. The walls are paper thin. Barley any sleep was had.

I didn’t like our room which had no view. It was on the bottom floor (115) and was looking up to the driveway. You should let people know before booking the room that there is no view. The hallway and room carpets looked old and stained. The TV was not turning on and we had to call the front office twice to turn it on and the volume was fluctuating without touching the controls. I would not stay here again. It was a surprise 50th anniversary surprise for my wife and I was not impressed especially for the amount of money I paid for a two night stay.

Property was beautifully landscaped with 2 koi ponds and a paved trail. Putting green and a play area for the kids. Stayed in a std King which had fresh paint and newer carpet. Bathroom was updated with walk-in shower. Very pleased with the room. Gave 4 out of 5 stars due to AC unit was VERY loud when cycling on and off waking me up at night.

Rooms were very clean, bed comfotable, room temp comfortable. Only thing was refridgerator at 3am started making vibrating noice and then thereafter about every 1/2 hour. Other than that, if staying in area again would stay here and recommend to others.

2 times I have stayed at the resort. It’s been about 7 years though. The housekeepers so friendly. And the lady at the breakfast bar super nice. But the night front desk works are not. Made me feel like I was bothering them. Never said welcome or thank you. Made it clear I was bothering them. I also had to call and tell them the water was green when using the tub. I was told that it was normal? Nice resort. Just a lot of improvement for the front desk night employees.

The place was very nice. Had a movie theater and a clean pool area and hot tub. Breakfast was hot. Staff was very helpful and I loved that I could text and got a response very quickly.

We really enjoyed our stay in the signature suite we rented. Our only issue and it was slight, was that these are not in the main building so to get to breakfast and the pool, you have to walk or drive to main building. As I said, a slight issue. The suite was absolutely beautiful. We loved our stay.

I was a little disappointed with the breakfast we had today rather than the typical breakfasts we have had in the past. The “fried “ eggs were cold and the bacon was paper thin. We usually love the breakfasts here.

The breakfast has really gone down over the years. I watched the hostess put in fresh eggs and by the time I got back to my table, they were cold. It used to be our favorite place to stay because of the breakfast, but the last few times have disappointed us.
