Fire alarm started shrieking at midnight for 8-10 minutes. Stopped for about an hour, went off again and again until at 4:30 am we got our pillows and slept in the car till morning. Staff said the cost of Saturday night April 6 would be refunded.

One of the elevators was out of service causing longer than desired waits. Pool was also closed and no explanation of why. The pool was one of the reasons I booked room there. Also not a fan of the curtains not closing completely ocross the window, leaving some extra unwanted light in. Was disappointed for those reasons.

Line of guests waiting at front desk for quite a while until someone came out. He said that usually he would hear the sound of the door but it was being kept open. Much of property was damaged by water recently so floors, carpets, walls were wet or stripped down from damage. Very outdated hotel. Carpet and in rooms, elevator and hallways very dirty.

This hotel recently had a huge water leak on the second floor and was undergoing construction. The water in the toilet in our first room would not shut off. We moved to a different room the second night and the shower valve on the tub nozzle was almost impossible to use. I understand things happen & construction when necessary, however, these rooms should be checked to be sure all things are in working order. The bed was terrible, everyone in our party (3 rooms) woke up stiff. The staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could be. I blame corporate or the franchise owner for the issues. This may have been the worst stay we have ever had in a hilton property.

At first glance, the room looked clean, but then we found a perfume vial on the floor. Next we found urine gelled on the toilet rim and after that was the dirty tub. Also, I did not read anywhere that there was an additional, non-refundable $50 pet fee on top of the $183 for a dirty room. I will say they have a nice breakfast area and lots to choose from. The issues were told to the front desk and they just apologized. It should have been a partially refund at the very least.

Breakfast room was clean and breakfast had a good variety of things. Hotel appeared clean. Laundry room was tidy and has one washer, one dryer, $2 for each. Air conditioner in room kept it comfortably cool, but very damp and linens, clothes, carpet stayed damp as a result. Rated cleanliness a 3 because one of the beds needed immediate attention due to a gross, crusty stain on the comforter and dirty sheets that hadn't been changed. Had to wait until the next day to address this because we arrived after housekeeping had left. Appreciated immediate attention to this the next morning. All linens were changed and the room was cleaned. Unfortunately, the room wasn't cleaned again during our visit. The door to the room latched but did not lock, so anyone could enter while we were out. Maintenance fixed this the afternoon after we arrived. Staff response to these issues was appreciated. I was traveling with two teens and would have felt better about the place if the bedding/linens and door issue hadn't come up. We often visit in this area and the hotel was comparable to others immediately around it in age and quality.

First morning they had No coffee! Sign up said because of “coffee shortage”? Lol Ask for a room clean 2nd day, no one came. Had to wipe up some spills on floor and when I did the white paper towel was black! Floors are very dirty - wear shoes the entire time when in your room. Last - both beds for us the fitted sheet constantly came off the bed while sleeping. I will not return here for the price we paid.

It was a nice room with comfortable bed and big bathroom with handicap accessible roll in shower. They only strange thing about the room was that it had no closet or place to hang up and coats or clothes. No dresser or drawers either. Otherwise, the roomwas comfortable.

My only complaint would be that due to the age of the building the AC was not quite as cool as I’d have liked and we had issues with a few of the electrical outlets not working, but there were plenty and were able to find more than enough that did!

Stayed here to attend a show at Blossom Music Center. Location was very convenient for the venue and easy to access off the highway. Location still felt tucked away and quiet for sleeping. Lots of food and gas options nearby. Room was clean and comfortable. A typical great Hampton Inn stay. Recommend if you have need in the area!

They removed all of our items, repacked our items, while we were out fir the evening, then gave our room to another person. When we arrived back to the hotel, our room key wouldn't work. When we went to the front desk to correct the issue, they said well that is not your room. We went to the room, and another man was there. (And we found our beverages were still in the refrigerator) The front desk person, Jude, assigned us a new room, was very confused as to how that circumstance even happened. He asvised that we contact expedia, for a full refund. That kind of situation should have never happened. And the feeling that someone went through all of our belongings, is extremely uncomfortable.

Staff was horrible. We called ahead for a next day check in willing as expected to pay for the night we missed. They gave our room away and turned my handicapped elderly parents away. The stay itself was good. The problem is, I forgot an expensive Tommy Bahama men's shirt in the closet. Called immediately after returning home and was told they would call me back and they never did. Called a second time and got the same response but again, no call back. Called a third time and they said they thought a shirt was in lost and found. They said they would check and get right back with me. They did not. Very unhappy. It is clear to me, someone has my shirt and they have no intention of returning it. Will not return unless resolved.
