The front staff are the only acceptable part of this hotel. It was filthy and run down. The front piece of a drawer was missing and a window cracked and repaired with blue tape. Worn down furniture that was dirty. Carpet smelled like wet dog. Uncomfortable beds! Pool needed attention. Skimming leaves and bugs off. Everything looked and felt like it hadn’t been maintained in10-15 years. Will not recommend or stay at Town place suites

Bad service, decadent hotel. Food during breakfast is not replaced even 1h before finishing time. Extremely bad internet quality, impossible to work with. Fitness room with missing weights and durty. No chairs to sit on table to in kitchen.

We've stayed at other Towne Place Suites so we were not hesitant to book this one. Upon arrival (91°heat) there was no working air in the lobby area (luckily rooms did have air.) The lobby is cluttered, dingy and dated. Check in process is antiquated but staff was friendly. This property needs to up it's cleaning game as hall carpets are stained and smelled like "wet dog". The room set up was fine but again, dirt in corners of the bathroom, torn curtains, well worn couch all need attention.

i enjoyed how "compact" the area was; everyone was friendly, we were able to walk to the restaurants & BONUS! the day it rained I was allowed to use the neighboring indoor pool! AWESOME!

Room was extremely dirty!! There was takeout wrappers behind the dressers in each room. The TV was broken in our suite and they didnt even offer to look at it - starting telling me to unplug HDMI cables. I am not messing with that. They did then offer us to switch rooms, but we had already unpacked with 2 kids and a dog so that would be extremely inconvenient.

Staff was extremely friendly, courteous and accomodating. There was free hot breakfast with lots of drinks (milk, juice, etc.). The only problem I encountered was the bed sheets and linens were unfortunately dirty.

The location was good for our trip. The hallways from the outside door to the room smelled and were dirty. The room suffered from the same smell albeit slightly less. Generally, the room was in serious need to deep cleaning or remodeling. Will never use that property again.

The workers were great, room was Filthy, dead bug on the heaters, cobwebs in sll the corner, room must not have been cleaned or occupied in a while. Hallways and stairwell smelled like weed and cigarettes.

The room was very clean and roomy. Water pressurer was excellent. Great location, easy to get too. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Will defi itely come back when we're in that area.

They had to move me to FIVE rooms before I got one with a working heater. Even this one was not clean, stained carpet, hair in fridge, two out of 3 broken heaters, hair on sheets. I asked for clean sheets and changed them myself. Took 1.5 hours to get me checked in and when I made a polite complaint in the morning, the asst. manager evicted me! Turned out to be a blessing when I found a habitable room elsewhere. I thought Towneplace Suites were supposed to be nice, but never again. Atrocious customer service, filthy conditions.

It was convenient to downtown (10 miles) ( we were going to a concert at Rocket arena) and it was a suite for a very reasonable price. Will definitely stay here again when in the Cleveland area.

This was a perfect stay for friends! There was plenty of room for 5 of us. Breakfast was delicious! I had a flat tire (which was previously patched prior to the stay). The staff called our room to make sure that we were ok and to recommend tire services. They went above and beyond!

My room was the best. Very clean, organized and homely. I loved the kitchen too. The doorway into the hotel however needs some care. Looks rusty and neglected, and gives you a feeling of where is this am coming to. Then I had a little rough time with staff. Mid-way during my stay, at 1100am, they loudly severally knocked and before I reached the door, they had flung it open to ask me out since my check out was due, and even after showing them my reservation, they asked me to better contact Expedia or check out. I did and it turned out to be mistaken identity. A phone call to the room would be more courteous than a dramatic entry. On check out date, the housekeeping staff entered my room to start cleaning at 10.00am when my reservation check out said 12.00pm. I hurriedly packed and checked out.

I loved this quiet property set in the woods. It was very accessible by Uber to Rocky River and Lakewood for my social events. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I could not ask for better service. I traveled with my two teenage daughters. Simple, clean and efficient property.

The rooms are clean and having a full size kitchen is convenient when you are staying for several says. It reminded me of our time share hotels! There was also a nice big desk with plenty of shelves to store other things and a nice big closet. Having a complimentary breakfast was a bonus! I would definitely recommend if you are going to Cleveland -its not far from the Rock n Roll Hall of fame. I also recommend eating at the Carraba's Italian Grill located near the hotel! It's fantastic Italian Food (much better than Olive Garden)!

I was disappointed in the breakfast.. we expected a better selection.. also, our room was not very clean, even had stains on the roll out couch mattress.. coffee grounds spilled in fridge, hand prints on the curtains. We had to go get toilet paper on our first night there.. I rarely give bad reviews, and really like complimenting venues.. however, we will not stay here again, nor recommend to friends and family .😢

The hotel needs a renovation. I get that it is Marriot and they charge higher prices than others but I feel like I'm staying in cheap hotel when all the rooms look dated. Other than that, it is comfortable and staff were kind. The breakfast has a lot of options too!
