Breakfast was ok i enjoyed the freshness. . The parking was i worried a little because of the signs. I went out much as possible to assure my vehicle was good i park close to the front much as possible still praying.

In the midst of getting a refund for one day of a 5 day stay. Couldn't stay any longer because the room was too gross~unclean. The front desk Gabby, asked for housekeeping to do a deep clean, but they did not do so. Toilet paper roll fell off wall, towel holder fell off wall, but the dust, dirt in the room was just gross. Very sad. When I stayed at Fairfield Inn at Chattanooga on the way back home, I was thrilled at how clean it was. This is a management problem. Gabby was wonderful, she needs management to step up!

Comfortable stay, booked a poolside room but ended up moving because the smell of chlorine was very strong.

Yes. Pool area, staff and hot tub was greatly appreciated!

No jets in the "whirlpool" - no towels at the pool - did not have the room I reserved - dirty towel laying on fifth floor hallway for our entire stay - no shampoo in the room. Just an unloved property.
