The sofa bed had crumbs and rose petals in it when we pulled it out. One of the light switches was broken and the light stayed on so we had to remove the bulb. The parking is a kind of a far walk and the garage they use does not get cleaned. There were cigarette butts and a dead bird in the stairway of the parking garage our whole stay. Other than those things the stay was good.

It was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Was a bit disappointing for breakfast as the sausages were very pale and they've quit serving bacon said a staff member. The pool somehow cut several children, minor cuts.

It is nicely located in a shopping village with easy access to stores and restaurants. The parking garage is not connected to the hotel, therefore you need to walk outside for a bit to access the hotel. It's okay as long as it's not bad weather. We had booked a room through Expedia with a king bed which was not available at check in. Disappointing. Our room was not cleaned very well before our check in. It had thick dust on the clock, drink rings on the bedside table, and we found money on the floor. The toilet paper in the bathroom was not topped up and was hanging on the floor. The carpet below the air conditioner was soaking wet from the condensation. We stayed 2 nights and did not request cleaning. I did not complain because I didn't think it would make any difference. The breakfast was scant, and the service was unfriendly. Not our best experience.

Nice sized rooms with comfy beds. Friendly staff. Simple, but nice hot breakfast. A/C units in the room are quite loud. Would have given 4 stars, but on the last night there were "lightly chaperoned" teens in the hotel banging on all doors in our hall at 2 AM which was not only a bit jarring, but resulted in a terrible night sleep before an important day of events and travel.

Great hotel, legacy village has become pretty quiet, not too busy. We had things to do all over the Cleveland area and this for us perfectly. The room was huge, bed was comfortable, shower was huge as well. We will stay here again for anything we need to do in the area!

I chose this hotel as it was close to my doctor and in a good location for dining and grocery options. The king room was clean, spacious and had a nice desk and couch. Major drawback was that there was NO microwave and I had brought meals that needed to be heated up. Additionally, this location is right in the heart of Legacy Village, so it is busier, nosier and parking isn’t as easy as a stand alone hotel. Overall, my stay was good. I am unsure if I’d book again because my preference is a more detached /private hotel with a large parking lot close to plazas and shopping centers not right in the center of them.

Our Hyatt Place stay was excellent from start to finish! We booked along the way during travel and arrived very late, and appreciated the friendly and professional staff upon arrival and the beautiful, clean room with plenty of linens and a nice shower. Full breakfast was very good, and bottled water we were ready to purchase for the road but were given as a member. Thank you — highly recommend this property!
