Staff was very friendly called before check in to tell us about the room change. Breakfast was fresh daily and had a good selection.

This is the best Best Western I’ve ever stayed at. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The Christmas decorations were wonderful. The rooms were big, well appointed, and comfortable. It was walking distance to our meetings and dinner. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Clean room, helpful explanation on faucet on bathtub, beautiful Christmas decorations in the registration area, ample parking. Staff was exceptionally friendly! Wooster is a beautiful small town. Our trip was at the perfect time when the town celebrated a Christmas wonderland, street signs and stores were decorated. Great time had!!
