Check in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very nice. There were some stains on the top cover of the bed, but the sheets are clean. The vending area was a hassle. One machine only took $1 bills and the other only took quarters. The canned soda was not cold.

The room I reserved was not available when I tried to check in and they did not have another room with 2 beds. Due to the other hotels being full we had to take a room with a king sized bed in the smoking section. The bed itself was comfortable but the room smelled and was dingy. The breakfast lacked protein and was skimpy. The outside area was somewhat scary.

There was not very many options for breakfast for the kind of money that is paid to stay there.. there should be more options... Parking was fine The room was clean in a way.. but there was nasty Food left in the microwave it was old there was green stuff growing on it so we didn't use it due to that THE STAFF was great everyone was super nice there but they need to clean things better and look at stuff little better...

The place was filthy. I didn't even want to sleep in the bed.I brought my own blanket and pillow in to put over their stuff. Found a roach said something to management and they said, "oh, but no bed bug, okay".

The room was in very good condition, and very clean, except for a noticeable smoking odor when first entering the room. despite it being a non-smoking room with plenty of signage advising a fine for violation. I checked for signs of bedbugs and did not find anything.The free breakfast was very nice with your choice of waffles, bagels, cereal and more along with coffee and juice.

We checked in and paid, went to our room and on seeing the condition of the room we checked straight back out and booked new accommodation. We lost our money, but we were happy to pay not to stay there! Room was filthy! Blood and pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, crumbs and hair on the carpeted floor - it had not been vacuumed. Furniture filthy, microwave not clean. Cigarette burn holes in the coverlet and something on the bed sheet - what, I do not know. We were told that the furniture was brand new this year … I think not! Wear and tear is acceptable and not an issue, but the furniture was filthy and feral. We have stayed at Wyndham branded hotels before and have never had an issue. This hotel is not fit to operate under the Wyndham brand.

First room we got had a sock on the floor, tv didn’t work and the toilet was dirty and couldn’t flush. Lady at the front desk was very nice and got us a different room. That room was much cleaner but the tv didn’t work in it either.

Had bed bugs. After asking them if they had a bedbug problem prior to making reservation. Which they told me they had no bed bugs. Second night I was staying in the hotel found two crawling towards me and my bed. Went immediately to the manager/ on Duty personnel and showed them the two bed bugs. They moved me to another room. Spoke with the manager the next day and was told that I would get a refund for my rooms and I have not seen that refund yet.

I sleep late and rarely am awake before 10 in the morning. I only received a set of towels. And that only happened when I opened the doors. They said they would come back but didn't. I called the front desk; she said it was "full that night". What BS!!! The parking lot wasn't full. So I only received the towels. I was very unhappy about the

Great front service. When there was an issue the guy at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Decent rooms for the price, though they do need work and some TLC. Was kind of disappointed that during the 4 nights that we were there, nobody came to clean the room.

Staff was wonderful and helpful!!! Props to them. Breakfast sucked!! Room was clean and in good shape. Need a heavier comforter though. Over all when put together it was Ok for the price.
