Very little parking and the hot tub was not working (one of the reasons we picked this motel) and the toilet in our room was not secured to the floor properly that when you sat down it shifted. Also breakfast was done to early. It was done at 9 but some people on vacation don’t get up early. I feel 10 would have been much better

Check-in was easy, and staff was nice and helpful. Great pool and hot tub. There were a lot of people sitting at picnic tables outside the hotel door and our room window most of the afternoon, evening, and into the night. Staff at check-out was much less kind and efficient than at check-in.

The room was poorly cleaned a bug popped out of the corner in the bathroom. They had to switch our room to a cleaner room. The whole reason we came here was to enjoy the pool and it was not open there were no notice of it being closed, so we checked out early and found another hotel and they did not give me any money back

No elevator!!!!!!! Was not told when making reservation! I was with my 76 year old mother who has COPD so how could she climb 2 flights of stairs??? I have 4 heart diseases and lungs are damage how could I climb 2 flights of stairs?? Then we don't smoke with our lung problems they said we requested a smoking room NO WE DID NOT I've requested a refund since we did not stay they never responded to my repeated request

Only 2 jets in the hot tub were working, the coffee in the room was sub-par, and the parking lot condition was very poor (needs holes filled badly).

The hotel has had some renovations done to the rooms. The bed was comfortable and very clean. Bathroom was small and the sink was old. The room was none smoking but the room smelt like smoke when we walked in. Once the air conditioner was one the smell did go away. I booked a non smoking room but in my room I felt like I was drowning in smoke from the neighboring rooms. By the time I left the hotel I had a cough. Terrible smoke smell throughout the hallways as well. The staff is great and so is the manager but I just can’t get over that horrible smoke. I would have left but I was in town for a graduation, all local hotels were booked and I didn’t have a choice

We stayed here as it looked like a quiet spot out of the way. There were lots of dining options around Wooster and it's close to the highway. Didn't bring bathing suits but the pool looked nice. It wasn't loud here and the room was comfy. The bathroom needed a bit of updating - the toilet paper holder was pulling out of the wall and the curved shower rod meant the curtain didn't stay inside the skinny tub very easily which made a mess.

Our bathroom baseboards were coming off the wall and looked like rotten wood. Who ever painted the bathroom did a terrible job. Paint spills all over, but most of all I loved how the bathroom door when opened hung up on the shower rod which was a curved rod. The bathroom was the tiniest I have ever been in. It was nothing like the picture it shows on the ad. The a/c goes off and on continually and sounded like an airplane taking off in your room. I definitely will stay somewhere else when I go back to Wooster and Comfort Suites are normally where I stay because they are clean and comfortable.

Great stay for the price. Looks a bit worn in places and the tv didn't work (I didn't need to use it). Walls were thin and there was some light noise when I was trying to sleep, didn't affect me much though. But clean, nice pool area, and decent breakfast for the price. Perfect for a short work trip.

Overall, this place was okay. The only part I wasn't a fan of was the lady when I went to check out in the evening before scheduled. I was still paying for that night, no problem but....apparently getting a receipt at checkout is unheard of and she was very condescending. Other than that, I was fine with no housekeeping since they were short staffed. Breakfast was okay. Beds were okay. It was just overall average. Nothing great, but nothing hugely terrible either.

The staff at the desk were fairly nice but seemed brand new and like it was their first day ( couldn't have been everyone's first day?). Most ( 3-4 ) of the staff I spoke to didn't seem to have a functional grasp of the language. If you want coffee/breakfast the coffee is worse than instant the eggs are powder, the waffle thing was a mess etc,etc,etc. The carpets hold years of stains and odors. Pool area was ok. No exhaust fan in the bathroom and I am 190 pounds normal guy and I couldn't close the bathroom door unless I got tight to the bathtub and get the door past my self. The exhaust fan in the bathroom? We were there 8 nights and they didn't offer us anything unless we asked so we just got clean towels and TP refills and just didn't expect our room to be cleaned. You get a little less than what you pay for but for around 125$ per night I guess it's what we get these days.

Perfect for visiting my son and catching a musical from the Ohio Light Opera. It’s a few miles away from the busyness of the town. Small breakfast area which we skipped to try a local place. Staff was very helpful.

If you are on a budget, it's a good value for the price! If you want to stay for a long time, I might suggest a more expensive place. The room was in need of an upgrade; heater thermostat didn't work correctly, made room too hot. The room sink was clean but showed it's age. Breakfast was prepared well and hot, but turkey sausage and scrambled eggs wasn't my favorite. The pool was well maintained, warm, and clean. I would stay there again.

The room needed a good airing out. It was very stuffy and smelled stale. Also, the TV screen viewing experience was terrible. The display was washed out and I was unable to adjust the contrast, etc to correct it. The entrance sign was dark, maybe burned out light? Not a good first impression. Breakfast was bare bones, poor selection of pastry and fruit. Coffee was very good. My impression was excess cost cutting. I will probably stay somewhere else next time.

Beds were comfortable, shower was warm, poorly remodeled and mildly dirty. Can’t drink the water in the room tastes horrible but water filter in lobby, toilet not attached to floor, wall heat/ac unit didn’t really work, hear neighbors loud and clear, breakfast was mediocre. No one around to clean up at breakfast time. Probably over priced
