The cook was rude and abrupt at times. Room service was very poor. Room was not service properly.

Clean room, staff friendly and its right off the freeway

Staff was nice. Building seems to be in need of remodeling felt run down! Took forever for the hot water to reach our room The elevator was not working the morning we left! Had to walk down 4 flights of stairs with our luggage!

The room was ok but small for a king suite. The layout was not efficient or comfortable. It also made the room look even smaller. The bathroom sink area was open to the whole room leaving only the shower and stool closed off in a cramped 5' x 5' room. The towels were pretty good but the Hotel needed to provide more than what was offered. There was considerable noise from the outside all night as the Hotel was near a highway. So little or no noise installation. The street lighting in front of the hotel was very poor and the Hotel had no street entrance signage or lights. This made it difficult to see the entrances off the street at night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were pleasant, accommodating, and professional. I was also pleased with the Hotel WIFI. The breakfast was good and offered a wide selection. Overall pretty good for the price but has room for improvement.
