The staff were very friendly and courteous and the room was very clean. Nice amenity, the gym was a plus for my son. The breakfast was very good, especially gravy and biscuits.

Room was old and dated. Sink was chipped and marked up. Curtains were old and dirty. Breakfast was supposed to be until 9:30. Went to breakfast at 8:30 and there was two pieces of bread left. No hot breakfast left, which was biscuits and gravy. Coffee was empty. Neighborhood was seedy, vagrants hanging out in back of building. Very noisy from highway trucks.

Unfortunately nothing good to say. This hotel was rated an 8.0, should be a 2.0. Mattress sloping on the edges, when you sit on the edge to get into bed you literally slide off, microwave dirty, fridge with other guests food, carpet filthy, towels stringy and thin, sink with many stains, TV station card covered in food, bathtub with markings on the wall that resemble blood, floor of bathtub dingy, sink leaking and spots on walls - food or ? Breakfast was very limited, most containers with 1-2 items in them and 25 people trying to get food. Very disappointed

The sheets and carpet with dirt and human hair the smell of the room smells like cat pis ,on the toilet seat and bath tub human air make up on the pillowcases just nasty they move me to another room was not much better but it was just a few hours I was there nasty run down old smh.

The people at the front desk were great, but they should fire their housekeeping staff. We were missing things in the bathroom. It was obvious the mat in the bathtub hadn't been moved in a very long time because there was mold all the way around it. Lots of stains on bathroom things, like they hadn't been touched. No glasses to drink from. The sheets and blankets were also stained. Simple enough to wash with bleach! The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet, considering people had dogs. Just disappointed in the cleanliness of the room.

It would have been nice if our curtains could have closed to darken the room at night so we could sleep. But we couldn't do that. When I McGuyver'd a hasty solution, I was able to close them, but then the curtains blocked the cold air being shot out by the air conditioner. Really, that is our only complaint. The staff was nice and the facility was well-maintained and clean.

Convenient location , right off I-40 . Comfortable bed and great shower. But this property is very noisy as it is next to I-40 - so it was hard to sleep. They cut corners when they were constructing it and didn't provide any soundproofing. You can hear the people in the next room, in the halls and upstairs moving about all night long. It shares a parking lot with Cracker Barrell Restaurant so that was very nice!

Attended a 5 day dog show at the OKC Fairgrounds with 3 large dogs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was decent, the AC worked fine, and the water was hot and had good pressure (however the shower head was low even for me and I’m only 5’6”) There’s a Cracker Barrel directly next door and it was very convenient to get to the OKC fairgrounds.

Check in/out was a breeze. Friendly staff. Bedding had a few stains, but everything smelled clean. Curtains also had some stains, but I left them closed so I only noticed when I first got there and right before I left. Water pressure and temperature were excellent in the shower. The sink faucet was a bit difficult to turn on low pressure, and when you turned it on high it splashed everywhere. The neighbor's dog liked to bark, but I sleep with ear plugs so that didn't bother me at night. Having dogs at home, I'm used to the occasional bark here and there, but this one barked at everything that moved... not the hotels fault, but the pet parent's fault for not training their dog better. Extremely limited choices for breakfast, couple things of yogurt and waffles, looked like some stale slices of white bread? I chose to seek breakfast elsewhere after the first day (Cracker Barrel right next door!) as well as hitting a grocery store for items I could heat up in the provided microwave in my room (which was a much appreciated bonus) Overall was a budget friendly, decent room close to my training facilities, so it worked for what I needed. Can't say that I would stay there again.

Well the room is clean staff is very friendly and for $65 a night what could you ask for bad part no elevator and ruined my wound up with couldn't get any closer to the highway unless I was in the middle of the highway extremely noisy ask if they had a different room now they didn't have anything available all booked up which I believe him because the young man actually looked but like I said for 65 bucks a night if not bad

No Kleenex, coffee maker but no coffee, no plastic cups to get a drink, noisy from freeway plus internal noise, paper thin, rough towels, 1 tiny package of shampoo with conditioner, 1 tiny bar of soap and long dark hair in the shower.

The mattress was horrible! It had a big dip in the center the whole width of the mattress. To the point that it hurt my knees. Hopefully they will do as I recommend and buy a new one. Other than that and just having one restaurant next-door, the place was good.

I stayed at the hotel for 4 days. The room was nice and clean. Staff was nice, but what really threw me off was that the tv didn’t work, the phone had no dial tone at all and within the 4 days i stayed, i got no room service. I had to go to reception and ask for a set of sheets do to it my self because according to the receptionist there was only one housekeeper doing all the second floor rooms.

I did notbget a chance to stay at this hotel. I had booked a room to get away from my house for the night. I tried to check in and was informed that i needed to place a 200 dollar cash deposit since i have never stayed at this specific hotel. I informed the gentleman that i had stayed at the one in Lawton before, but he told me since i had never stayed at this one that i needed to place a 200 dollar cash deposit. I wish i had been informed of this before i booked this hotel. Just a warning if you book this hotel and live in Oklahoma, or Arkansas you will need to deposit 200 dollars cash before they rent you a room.

We were in from out of town for a volleyball tournament and reserved a weekend here. Overall experience was amazing! The staff was super friendly and made checking in a breeze. I even asked for a late checkout and they approved without a hesitation. We ended up finishing early so we didn’t need it and they were great about it removing the charge! We will definitely be staying here again!

I loved that we could walk right to cracker barrel or celebration station. The parking was easy and convenient. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing and pleasurable for check in and check out. It was very quiet and respectful.

I had pieces stolen off my vehicle during the last night I stayed there. The culprit was clearly identified and caught on camera but simply vanished into an adjacent low rent apartment complex. The next morning when I was loading up the truck to leave I was accosted twice in the parking lot by a vagrant bumming money and smokes.. I had to let him see that I was armed before he would leave. I have been using this hotel for 20 years when I would visit this city and never had an issue…until now. The whole neighborhood is deteriorating.

Older property in desperate need of reno. Suite was roomy and comfortable, but could see light seeping in all around the outside door. Lots of homeless people in the area. Sketchy characters crossing the parking lot at all hours. Few good food choices. Family Dollar a few miles away had an armed security guard. Reconsider staying around the airport.

Breakfast was not the best at all. First day cold/refrigerated boil eggs. Second day no eggs at all. The only options was waffles, yogurt, toast bread and biscuits and gravy. I have been at other Baymont hotels and breakfast is much better. Front desk service was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, new floors an paint since my last visit, There was water rings on the desk, dresser and nightstand and hand prints on the headboard. If housekeeping is not wiping down simple countertops, what else are they not cleaning? The bed was very comfortable, with fresh linen. Breakfast selection was very limited, The parking convenient and felt safe, There was some freeway noise, but not that bad. The location was close to the fairgrounds which was nice. This is my second stay and I would stay here again!

I don’t understand the 4+ rating on Trivago— this was more like a Motel 6 than what I expected. Also, breakfast was awfully lacking— only juice, white bread, waffle mix, instant oatmeal, kiddie-sized yogurt and biscuits and sausage gravy. I’m used to being offered more— like fresh fruit for one.

Extremely pleased with my room, cleanliness with superb. Staff super friendly, sausage gravy and biscuits for breakfast was different change from standard waffle, also available. Close to almost everything via I-40 access.

This place is very old. One ice machine was broken. My room had no cups or tissues, and they didn't have any tissues at the front desk. The "breakfast" was the most pathetic thing i have ever seen. It's good that it was cheap, i guess. It was clean, I'll give them that.
