You have to 'call' on a phone outside the doors to get in (not just at night). You can't hear the desk clerk as he's behind a glass and the door will open and close if you are on the inside.

Stayed here before. Was clean, and good staff. But neighborhood has gone down hill. Staff keeps automatic door locked if they are not at the desk to keep homeless out.

My only complaint with this hotel was that they needed to do a little better job of salting the sidewalks especially around the handicap parking areas. Otherwise our stay was okay. They do have a very nice lobby and breakfast area.

Clearly in a high crime area. Couldn’t use side doors! Front door was key card only. Swimming pool was freezing. Should heat an indoor pool!

Basically it was very good! We really like the breakfast of eggs, sausage and gravy, pancakes and more. The bath/shower faucet had a constant slow leak and the sink was slow draining. The ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn't working. The beds looked and felt very clean. I gave a list of problems upon checkout. It is a place I would stay again. The reviews helped me in making my decision to book.

Not appealing from accessibility, run down property in the process of renovation. Would not have booked a stay here for any reason, torn carpets, torn elevator floor, torn carpets in the room. Paint in process in the hallways, torn and wrinkled carpet in the hallways, overwhelming air fresheners throughout the hotel

There was mildew/mold in the corner of the bathtub. When I turned the faucet on to shower a string of mildew/mold fell into the bath tub. The sheets felt old and not crisp and clean, the hotel was dated.

This was the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. We ended up checking out and going to another hotel. It was absolutely filthy. We had no trash can in our room so the clerk gave me a huge trash bag. There was body hair in the sheets. The smell was rancid! When we checked out, i told the girl up front we were leaving due to the conditions of the room. She literally asked me if I was leaving because of the smell!! I told her yes, among other things. She said we never should have been put in that room. I will be asking for a refund on this awful facility.

Exterior very clean, interior dated. Room had damage, shower drained very slow and would get 2 to 3 inches of water in it. Beds were comfortable, rooms very small and cramped. Breakfast was the same thing every day. Probably wouldn't stay here again. 😕

We needed a place to sleep as we had activities planned all during the day and into the night. It is conveniently close to some good restaurants and back from the interstate a bit so the traffic wasn't very loud. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.

My daughter has been seeing doctors in that area and it’s easier on her to spend the night then get up early and be there. The staff immediately assessed the situation and changed us to a handicap room on the first floor, and it was just perfect even though she was in a wheelchair things were easyFor us to get in and out thank you to a staff who was on top of every little situation and ready to help.

There were bugs in the room, possibly bed bugs and when we informed the staff she was helpful and wanted to get us another room but they both smelled like cat pee and when we asked for a refund the hotel manager refused. We left, as did other patrons, so be cautious with this property.

We have stayed 5 days and did not have any room service until the last day and after talking to 3 people from the hotel. The tables not clean for breakfast and ants are all over the table and side wall and window in the breakfast room.

Checking was great, room is clean enough, I wish they had turned on the AC for us. When we walked in, it was super hot in the room. Also, no crib, even though I asked for it. Everything else is ok.

The staff was extremely friendly. They were so nice didn’t matter what time of day it was you always had someone at the desk giving great customer service hotel was decent needed a little bit of upgrades, but nothing too bad. The continental breakfast was fresh. I have a recommended the staff made our trip. Amazing.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The main problem was safety. There were homeless, drug addicts all around the parking lot as well as sneaking inside. I, myself did not feel safe leaving our room without my husband, and I definitely wasn't able to let my teenage boys leave by themselves. They could not swim, because homeless crackheads had snuck in and were swimming. The air conditioner in our room did not work. The pillows were small squares similar to decorative pillows. The hotel itself as well as our room, had an unpleasant odor.

This was a great spot! Close to the airport and many restaurants near by. The staff was so wonderful and helpful. It’s a bare bones kind of hotel but still very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

The overall stay was pretty good. The beds are really comfy and everything seemed really clean. There was a unique odor in our room. It smelled like what I think it was, bleach. But other than that it was really great! The breakfast was really good as well!
