Only complaint I have is the pool- it was disgusting. The stairs were yellow. You could see the bacteria along the edges and bottom of the pool. Otherwise- location was perfect. Paycom Center is right next door. We could walk to Bricktown and other local parks/dining. Plus- the steeetcar is available right out front. We never had to drive anywhere once we got there- which was awesome.

My family and I were not satisfied by our stay at the Marriott. First, the pool being closed was a major disappointment for our children. Second, the hotel room air conditioner didn’t keep the room at a comfortable temperature, there was a roach in the bathroom. Lastly, we were not able to connect the two rooms we booked side by side together. We specifically booked the hotel to be able to take our kids to the pool during Mother’s Day weekend.

Very nice place, but traffic flow and parking situation at at arrival and departure is very limited, and confusing. Check-in prior to parking, because your room key is the only way to enter the parking structure, but there is VERY limited space to park with more than 2-3 guests either arriving or departing at the same time.

I only gave a 3 star for cleaning because I stepped on broken glass on the carpet and cut my toe. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. The magnifying mirror was broken in the bathroom. We had a balcony room and it was very nice and beds were comfortable. We would stay again.

This hotel is a nice hotel overall. But, if your goal is to sleep at night and be rested-this is not the hotel for you. The streets on both sides (Reno Ave. and E.K. Gaylord) are filled every night with nothing but street racers (loud cars, bullet bikes, and all manner of obnoxious vehicles) which do nothing but make your night miserable from 10pm to 3am. No exaggeration! Breakfast is not included in your stay - so be aware of that. The garbages are seldom emptied in the parking garage and I wouldn’t recommend drinking the complimentary lemon water in the lobby. We won’t be staying in this hotel again.

I was supposedly upgraded to an clean air room, but I walked on one side of the bed with only my socks on, it was saturated as if the carpet had been cleaned. The next day I came in from being out all day and it was obvious that it was probably vommit that they cleaned up, I did all I could to keep from throwing up myself. Staff was nice and room was clean besides that, but there is no way they should of used that room until they could fix that!

It is right next door to Paycom. Staff was friendly and the bar was great. Cleanliness could have been better. Shower was clogged and rusting, but the bed was clean.

Not horrible but not our best stay. Just a one night stay for my wife and I basically just slept and left. Our feeling about the room was that it wasn’t very clean. There was a dead bug along the wall which I can look past if that’s all there was, however the bed comforter also had multiple places with makeup or something on it and the shower had hair in it that you could easily see and we felt they should’ve cleaned better. Great location right next to Paycom arena and not outrageously priced for the area. But just FYI, parking cost an extra $23 per night which we didn’t realize until we checked in.

At first glance hotel and grounds and room looked good. Upon closer inspection the counter in the bathroom was not clean. We went down to the bar for a drink. The bartender acted like we were bothering her. There were only a couple other people there. We went out the the patio and it was a mess and it smelled bad. There was a random (non guest) man laying across two chairs. Furniture was moved all around and stained. There was trash on the gound and the back gate was not secured. We went to walk to Bricktown and as we reached the front of the hotel there were 6 police cars. This was concerning. Overall the experience at this place was just okay. Could have been cleaner and more secure.

The reason for only three stars is due the property being at the intersection of two busy streets going in to Bricktown. My room faced one of these streets. Motorcycles revving under the entrance. Same with loud cars. It was loud until late. I plan to stay here again IF I can get an inward facing room.

This is a very nice property. Clean and well-maintained. The staff was very accommodating. My only complaint would be that the rooms have small refrigerators, but no microwave and that would be very useful to have. I was otherwise very happy with our stay.

Nice hotel and a good location for Bricktown. Staff was great, We had a great room but had to move due to the street noise from everyone thinking the tunnel next to the hotel was a race track . The next room was a bit of a downgrade but it was quiet, however the wifi didn’t work in that room. Parking was easy

Very loud from the street we were on... trains, motorcycles, cars, etc. Room A/C was not working on heat mode and hotel was unable to fix (in lieu they comp-ed us on parking), so room was generally cold. No housekeeping provided over 3 days despite asking for it.

The hotel itself was amazing. It was beautiful, it was clean, the staff was friendly, and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn’t get much sleep because of the road noise. Even being on the eighth floor it sounded like we were right outside on the street. The motorcycles would rip their engines, cars would peel out, vehicles would make as much noise as possible near the tunnel.

While trying to check in the staff ignored me for about 5 minutes while they continued to talk with each other. I was the only one waiting. Once in the room I plugged in my computer and it tripped a breaker. I called the front desk and waited 45 minutes and no one ever showed up to fix it. I had to go back down to the front desk to get someone to fix the breaker. Then I go down to get breakfast and find out it costs $19.00 if you book through expedia otherwise it's free if you book direct.

They gave keys out for our room to another group., who proceeded to enter our room and thankfully backed straight out and went to lobby to fix situation. Their apology was to offer a coupon for a free breakfast which was picked over an hour before it was supposed to end. There was no juice, the omelet station was closed, bacon was crispy scraps Thankfully the biscuits were good not worth the $19.00 they would charge without coupon.

We had to book the hotel last minute and the front desk was great and very kind! They made our booking and boarding a breeze and they were very helpful with any questions or problems we had. Our only problem was with vallet. When we went down later that evening to ask the vallet worker for our car back, she gave us an attitude and argued with us about going back upstairs and making a ticket to get it back. When she finally went out to get it, she told us to wait there in the hotel. When she got back she walked right past us without saying anything, we had to go catch her to see where it was. When I got to my car, she had left it on with the key inside, drivers door wide open and passenger door wide open. Now mind you, this is a good part of oklahoma city, but OKC is known for how bad crime is there. It was nighttime and my car was left wide open, on, and alone. It couldve easily been stolen. I tried to let it slide, but this was infuriating and very unprofessional. Other than this, the rest of the staff was very professional and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view was gorgeous!

This is a good option if you are attending a multi-day event at the PayCom Center. I usually just go to the hotel, park the car and explore the area on foot for a couple of days. It is adjacent to Bricktown, the botanical gardens, and the PayCom event venue. The front desk and restaurant staff are efficient and personable. The one critical remark that I have is that it is loud at night. This does not bother me much, but if I was there with a new baby I would have been at my wits end. The room was clean and well appointed. Everything worked.

The place was very nice and clean. We stayed on a Saturday night and cars were racing up and down the street all night long. Hardly any sleep. Unfortunately, not something the hotel can manage.

Stay was good. Hotel was great but won’t stay there again. No fault of the hotel or its staff but the location next to one of the Tunnels to Bricktown was noisy all night due to the loud cars and motorcycles revving their engines to hear them echo.

we’ve stayed here twice now and each time has been very enjoyable. you’re within walking distance of pretty much everything downtown and you’re right next to the Paycom Center for events so you don’t have to worry about traffic/parking. This will always be our go-to when visiting OKC.

Overpriced. Staff not wearing uniforms or name tags for the check in. People not available at counter. Toilet running all night, electrical burning smell in room. Breakfast was absolutely gross and mostly cold. Found hair in food. Dinning room chairs were stained and wobbly.

Loved the property and rooms, but waited an hour for food at the restaurant. We ordered A couple of salads chicken tenders. We finally ended up leaving without eating anything because we had waited for over an hour for something that should’ve only taken 10 minutes. They were not busy. It was right at five when they opened. We were the second customer he took our order from asked three times where food was kept saying it was coming so after we finally had it and left.

Came for en event at the Paycom center. Couldn’t have been better being able to walk across the side walk to the hotel. Rooms were super nice. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff was super friendly.

Hotel lobby, restaurant and room are clean! Friendly, helpful and fun staff. The restaurant food for dinner was good, burger and Parmesan fries, chocolate cake. Great service! Best hotel if you’re going to a Thunder game.

Everything was good. The only thing that wasn't as expected was the breakfast. It was $19 a person. It was similar to a continental breakfast which is free most places. They had a short order cook. The short order cook was great but they were understaffed. He was also having to bus tables and clean everything. The buffet was lacking in cleanliness because they didnt have anyone to clean it. I don't blame the staff. They were doing all they could.
