Excellent location. The indoor pool was drained, which we were looking forward to taking advantage of.

The breakfast was awful. Powdered eggs and cheap food. The staff were very kind and friendly! The room was comfortable, but you could hear people in the rooms next to you or in the hall. The television didnt work 100% of the time but the option of signing in to my streaming apps was very nice. My bed was so comfortable! The elevator creaked and clanged and thumped whenever you used it and it did not feel safe.

Swimming pool too cold to consider use. Rooms & facility newly remodeled, clean & pleasant. Staff considerate & professional.

The indoor pool was empty, and seemed to be used for storage; there is remodeling going on. They should put curtains or paper to cover the pool windows. The room seemed to have been recently remodeled. Breakfast had scrambled eggs and the usual waffles. All good, everything was clean. Bed was good. Convenient location. Staff was friendly. Very good stay for the price, no complaints!

Only complaint we have is that the pool was not friendly to get in or out of for bigger people. It only had hand ladders.

They were remodeling during my stay and they had two big storage bins in the parking lot which took up approximately 10 parking places.

The building is under renovations which left several areas closed - The room we stayed in was newly renovated, clean and comfortable - Currently there are no signs visible around the property identifying the name of the property - We had to identify the property by the physical address on the building - Few staff, but the ones we came in contact with were professional, friendly and courteous - I believe once the renovations have been completed, this hotel will be a nice, affordable, comfortable and convenient place to rest and relax while while traveling.

It was very easy for checkin and checkout. Clean and well stocked. Area was nice with several options for dining. Pool was closed but gym was decent.

I realize they were under construction, but kept a little bit better. I didn’t notice that the pool would be closed

First off when we checked in the staff member told us to go to room 301. When we went to our room, the bed was unmade there were cups on the end tables and it smelt like weed really bad. So we went down to the counter and switched rooms. The second room was better but it was obvious they don’t clean the bathrooms.

Property has been recently remodeled. The rooms were decent but not cleaned. There was hair in the bathroom on the floor and the entry way tile had pop spilt on it and was nasty looking. Thankfully the bed was clean, comfortable and the rooms ac worked great so it was fine. The breakfast is a joke. Some toast and yogurt with an apple. They have a waffle maker but barely made any batter so that was a waste.

The check in and check out was smooth and hassle free. The room was clean and comfortable. I felt like I was slipping in a hole in the mattress. Maybe need to flip the mattress?!? On the second night, there was some fishy characters in the parking lot. Felt like they were there dealing drugs. During storms, they just stayed in their truck with it running. It smelled like marijuana. The lobby had the same smell. The hallway on second floor had same smell. After moving my vehicle due to storms, when I came back to get in elevator, was passed in hall by lady of the night. Could virtually see everything she had to offer. The night manager was in breakfast area playing on computer. Could be a good place to stay but needs to have some attention to these negative details.

The bathroom was not cleaned! Dirty used soap open on counter, a dirty washcloth hanging from shower rod,only one towel in bathroom. Tv cut out service all night, room keys never worked kept having to have the guy at desk come unlock door w a Machine. The room smelled of mildew. Never again!!!! This place is disgusting for $127 a night!

The elevator had a terrible smell and it was supposed to be a smoke free facility, but you could smell weed in the hallways. Our room had a dirty sock and a toy which tells me it had not been vacuumed.

Staff was excellent. Room smelled musty. Bed was super hard. Air conditioner made horrible noise every 20 mins.

Hotel and room was very clean, bed quite comfortable, AC good, towels large enough and soft. Pool and area around pool was clean. Staff were all great and very helpful. One elevator in building which was quit small. Breakfast room and food layout was clean and available food adequate. Need to significantly improve coffee bar and provide larger cups for coffee. The rooms not well insulated, able to hear occupants in other rooms above and below ours. Our room was near stairs which was quite noisy when used by other guests. We could also hear quests in the parking lot all too well. The parking spaces were not big enough to accommodate most vehicles, way too narrow and need to be corrected. So while some aspects were quite good, there are structural flaws that affected our overall stay.

I would have given this a 5 star, but the outlet in the bathroom wasn't working, and the bedside clock wasn't working. Everything else was great. The bed was super comfortable, and the a/c was nice and cold.

This is probably the worst hotel I ever been. The management needs to check the property comprehensively for a minimum standard of hotels. First, the software of the checking system made a wrong explanation that my first night wasn’t paid. Then I gave my credit card to be charged. Within a few seconds, the front desk guy told me that it was paid full previously. The system just didn’t make it right since I showed up past midnight. Second, the hot breakfast options are on the next hotel across from our hotel. Turns out both are under the same group. Mind you, that the weather is below 10 F with lots of wind. Next, the room cards given are not working. So we had to go up and downstairs to check with the front desk. Next, there’s no hair dryers, so the front desk had to check each room to find if there’s a unused hair dryer. Lastly, the wifi is super super slow on the floor we’re on. Only on the first floor is working fine.

Stayed on first floor. Extremely loud noise from guest above us. Sounded like kids stomping and running around until 2am. Started again at 4am. Can’t blame hotel for poor guest behavior, but hotel quality was very poor and likely contributed to a terrible night sleep.

The hotel is newly renovated so it was clean. The beds are comfortable. Breakfast was good with fruit, cereal, yogurt, sausage, eggs and bagels. Nice inidoor pool for kids. My AC unit did not work. It was so hot. I called the desk but there were no other rooms to move us to. They do not have fans either. I tried to open a window to get air but they only open about 4 inches. Other than a couple of sweaty nights it was a good stay.

My visit did not start well. The elevator malfunctioned, with the door unable to close. This was an issue, since I had a full cart of luggage. The girl on the front desk was apologetic, but could not really help. Ultimately, the elevator started working. Then, when we got to the room, the keys did not work very well. It took me several attempts to get into the room. I went to the front desk and got a new set of card keys. I asked the person on the front desk if there was some trick to getting into the rooms, and they ended up giving me wrong advice on how to get into the room. It was extremely frustrating after a long day. But, the room itself was clean and cool, and the bed was very comfortable. In terms of cleanliness, I got into the elevator and rode down with someone who turned out to be an employee of the hotel. There was spilt milk in the elevator, and this person did not clean it up. It was still there when got into the elevator later. Perhaps it was someone else's job, but it did not leave me with a very good impression. I would not stay at this particular Comfort Inn again.

Key cards wouldn’t work so we had to walk thru main lobby. Got to room and that card wouldn’t open door. Husband had to go get another one. Missed having a bath tub shower combo. Water pressure was low . Coffee was great!

Marie is the reason we stay at this property! She goes above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She is so kind and sweet. Thank you for all you do and for making our stays so nice!

Staff was super accommodating and the place is clean and reasonably priced.

I canceled direct booking with hotel to use Expedia. When I checked in they told me all reservations were canceled and I had to rebook there at the rack rate. I was unaware the hotel could cancel Expedia reservations. After I checked in I canceled the two remaining nights so I wouldn’t be charged twice but was too late to cancel the first night, so was charged twice. The hotel not responding. I will not be staying at this hotel again or any Marriott if this is the way they treat their customers.

The stay was good. I was at the front to check in for about 10 minutes and nobody was at the desk. There was a sign with a number to call, but the number was not a working number. So I just had to wait until someone came back.

I booked this hotel because I live over an hour away and had two long shifts back to back in Edmond. The first night was fine, nothing note worthy. The second night I got in late and requested late check out at the front desk. They asked what room number I was and they told me there was no one in that room. The man at the front desk then began to argue with me for 20 minutes that I was not in that room and at the wrong hotel. I told him I literally checked in last night and all of my belongings were in that room. I gave him the key card, the confirmation email and my drivers license. Also the hotel had zero issue charging my card on file for the incidentals but they couldn't find my booking? I was so irritated after a long shift only to deal with that. He didn't believe me and the only way I got him to believe me was that he went up to the room and saw there was stuff in it. Turns out after talking with the lady at the front desk the following morning. The lady who checked me in marked me as a no show and they tried to give my room to another guest who thankfully reported that there was items in the room. Will not being staying here again and would not recommend it just based on the customer service and how I was treated/spoken to

The front desk staff were friendly, kind, and professional. They were very helpful and personable. Any question we asked they had answers and took the time to be as helpful as possible. This stay was a wonderful experience.

the room was ok, the staff when checking in was more interested in talking on her cell phone.

The stay itself was nice and I have no complaints on that aspect. My MAJOR complaint is not receiving my security deposit back. I have had to dispute the charge through my financial institution for any hopes of receiving it. This is not acceptable.

I stood locked out of my room for over an hour because my key didn't work. I stood in the lobby and yelled "HELLO" through the whole hotel for about 10 minutes. Employee finally came from outside who was obviously sleep in his car and when he came in he was darn near still sleep not able to get his thoughts together until i snapped him out of it. He gave me the same broke key two different times where i had to go up and down the elevator, mind you this was at 2 am. He finally decided to walk up with me and let me im with his master key, because i told him not to give me that broken key again. Doing all this while.still half sleep. Ridiculous!

Great location. My biggest surprise was they had good coffee in the morning.

I liked it, I was there for a weekend and it was nice and quiet but it’s a 15-20 min walk to a lot of shops and Walmart/Sam’s club.

Seemed take forever to find it because it has been rebranded as a Comfort Inn.

. Property is under renovation, therefore the “complimentary breakfast” is only available if you walk next door to their other hotel. I walked over one morning to be underwhelmed by a DIY waffle bar and a crock pot of oatmeal. The property is being updated, but the rooms aren’t kept as clean as I’d prefer. The mirrors weren’t clean, there was an hair clog in the shower drain, and there was a used wash rag left draped over the shower curtain rod from previous occupants.
