The room was very clean, the ceiling fan was an unexpected surprise! Everything was clean and fresh and the front desk was very kind and helpful. We will stay again in the future.

I wasn't exactly expecting much given the star rating of the hotel and the price I was paying but I was underwhelmed to say the least. Not necessarily by the room it was actually decent with updated linens, a comfy bed and nice towels. I'm not much of a fan of hardwood floors in a hotel room due to the echoes. We checked in late and asfelt that we needed to walk on eggshells due to the hardwood floors that carry zero sound deafening effect. Why this hotel got only a two star rating was due to the poor attitude of the staff. They left little to be impressed by. However, the one exception should get a round of applause for sending me off with a smile. I'm not sure her name but the morning morning housekeeper was so friendly. She was probably on her lmid to late 50's and sported a contagious great attitude and smile.It should be mentioned that the owner was one of the staff members that left poor impression. When asking for my noon checkout, he said no "1130 is all I need" as though he knew my schedule. What I do know is that he knew I had a late check in because I told him and knew that I was a new customer. He missed a huge opportunity to impress me. And if your wondering, no, they didn't have a ton of early check ins that demanded him to be so matter a fact in his refusal to budge to a noon check out. I know this because I left my room at 1140 on the dot and I was the last room to clean with an empty parking lot to boot.

Staff we friendly. The room had a bad smell, coffee machine had an old coffee pouch in it and bedding was stained. Not one of our better choices.

Very small rooms Continental breakfast👎 $ was great for one night Walked to waterwalk and ate at the floating restaurant , fried Clams was 😋and the fish & chips👍

Noisy, room was not very clean, no hair dryer - had to go to the office and get one
