This was a really nice room, better than I expected. Front desk staff was very nice. There is no elevator, so you will need to carry your bag upstairs if that’s where your room is. Overall, highly recommend.

The staff at check in was very friendly, quick and easy. The room was very clean and nice. There was a bathtub and nice comfortable bed. It was a welcome surprise after a long drive. The location is a little weird and they are pet friendly but there isn’t really an area to take dogs out.

Bathroom was really dirty. The grout on the floor was a different color than the grout just above the floor indicating it hadn’t been cleaned in years. There was also some dried blood splattered on the mirror which my wife chose to clean rather than try to switch rooms. Bathroom fixtures had many rust spots and towels were very thin.

The room was clean, the shower was great. Nice location too. It is not very sound proof. I had a room on the first floor and couldn''t sleep well with people walking upstairs. The Internet is not stable. And the batteries in the remote control need to be changed.

This is an urban property. It's surrounded by stores, fast food, etc. Not a pretty location. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Two biggest issues were that the Wi-Fi only worked intermittently and the Dish network was finicky.

Carl at the front desk went above and beyond to help us park a large trailer that we were towing. He moved his own personal vehicle so that our rig could be parked in sight of the security cameras. He was very friendly and helpful.

Clean room Many homeless and substance abusers wandering the immediate area. that’s common in Oregon, Washington, and California, as we would see for ourselves on our road trip. Towns large and small. Glad we didn’t venture into Portland or Seattle The Pacific Weat has become unlivable in many areas Glad ro be back in Texas

Very convenient place to stay and super nice front desk staff! Got to our room and directly outside our bathroom window on the backside of the hotel, there was a group of angry drug addicts yelling at each other and swearing, although I know that's not the hotel's fault. Our bathroom breaker also went out. We could not turn on the bathroom sink light or the light in the bathroom, but all other lights worked. Called to let the front desk know so hopefully that could be fixed soon. Otherwise the stay was okay. Was super convenient for us!

New carpet, nice paint, very clean. Nice staff. I would stay here again. The 4 stars is because the shower needs a grab bar and a bath mat. Otherwise very good. Refrigerator and microwave both work. Breakfast good with plenty to eat, although no hot food.

Property was in a nice area. Lots of restaurants/fast food and stores.you fould walk to. The pool was nice. The staff was pleasant. We were in a downstairs room (140) and the room above us was being remodeled. They worked on it at night. I am a light sleeper and heard them all night. Also breakfast had no hot items other than waffles. Not ideal for adults looking for eggs, meats.
