The staff was amazing and the breakfast delicious. The fact that the swimming pool and hot tub was closed and it was not advertised as being closed in the winter/spring was disappointing.

Staff were friendly at check out. Pool and hot tub were fun but a little dirty. Tv in room was very small and the beds were not very comfortable. The room did have a nice view of Mount Shasta. The hotel was close to restaurants, bowling & stores.

It was nice to have a pool and hot tub but it was pretty dirty in the pool and surrounding area. The hot tub wasnt really that hot and as i tried to relax, dead bugs and debris were flowing around me. The surrounding area simply could use a sweep to make it look clean. The pool wasnt that great either but my kids still enjoyed it. Staff was polite enough. I wouldnt say incredibly friendly. The breakfast had variety if options and hot food. My family enjoyed the waffles.

The hotel room was nice, clean but the morning of check out 2 passenger side windows were busted out glass everywhere inside and out. No one offered to clean the glass off the pavement so I felt the need to ask for broom and dust pan cleaned it up for them

The internet is very slow and not much signal at this location for other phone carriers so a little frustrating in that area. The elevator only goes up to the 2nd floor and there are 3 floors. All luggage must be carried for the last flight. If you are older or have any health issue, this is a challenge.

Upon check-in I had to pay again for my rooms even though I had already paid thru Expedia. Rooms were not even on the same floor. Our room was dirty, bathtub filthy and tiny. Pool was dirty as was the pool deck surrounding it. Hallways had litter, very worn carpet in elevator and hallways. Jacuzzi unusable-too dirty to get in.

Ladies at check-in were super nice. Elevator was broken and spoiled our stay. ADA room was on the 2nd floor and nearly impossible to get to. Bad experience. Cost was outrageously high for such an uncomfortable stay. Feel free to refund at least some of the cost.

The room had a strong perfume smell and was very dusty. We turned on the AC and the vents were unclean & lots of dust which caused my daughters allergies to flair up really badly. There were lots of missed details in cleanliness and it was hard to overlook.

Black in color dust was on top of every flat surface such as the light above the bed, mirrors, flat surfaces. Counters were not wiped even when housekeeping came in because it looked like dandruff was all over them with a fine white coat of dust. Sheets were not changed, the bed was only made. The smell is disgusting. Another review mentioned the smell and I decided to give Microtel a chance since not many options for lodging are around the area and other hotels were booked, wrong choice.

Very old and stained carpet and furniture. Smells a lot, bathroom does not have exhaust and no spray to kill odor. Breakfast waffle was bad very soggy and not cooking well. Expect much higher quality and service by Wyndham and unless they improve its difficult to choose them and they are not cheap.

You can tell it’s been remodeled in some ways, but the carpet in our room was gross, stained, and it smelt like dog. Turning on the air in the room made it worse as it blew the smell as well. Beds are hard and pillows too. Breakfast was alright, staff were very nice.

We had a dirty room. A large sticky red substance in the freezer. Used floss on the floor. And a wall that had black spots that we removed one with a wet cloth. Finally, the heater/air conditioner unit had deep dust inside the fins. I complained at the front desk and showed the attendent the pictures, only to be told that it would be typed in the computer. Everything else was excellent. I had hoped for a discount on the room. Dealing with a dirty room is not comforting.

I wouldn't recommend this location at all unless you really have no other options. The room wasnt very clean, numerous smudges and stains, carpet hadn't been vacuumed, and multiple spiders and bugs.

Rooms look a little worn down and bathroom looked a bit dingy. Probably could use some new caulking, the corners of bathroom were dirty/aged looking. Was on first floor with the room attached to another room and could hear neighbors pretty much all night, and their dog, so make sure to try and request a non attached room or something on a higher floor. Towels and bedding were clean and the beds were pretty comfortable, probably the best thing about the room. The charger on the desk looked broken down and didn’t work. Internet kept kicking me off every minute or so which was annoying. Breakfast wasn’t too fancy but got the job done.

Desk service was good and breakfast was decent but that’s about all I can say. When we got to the room, there was a terrible damp smell like they had just cleaned the carpet—a chemical smell that gave me a headache and didn’t go away for a day and a half. The remote didn’t work. The pillows were like thick bricks. The bed frame was broken. The mattress was like sleeping in a bowl. There was WiFi on the ground floor but not on the 2nd floor where we were. Would not recommend.

The pictures for this hotel feel deceiving. The pictures made it seem updated. Even the outside looked somewhat updated. Everything in the inside from the lobby, stairs and room felt terribly outdated. It felt dingy and smoky. This was disappointing. We could hear the guests in the next room coughing all night.

We were given the keys to a room occupied by someone already… TV was not working. Had to call reception for a fix. No tech personnel on site. Reception associate had to shutdown and reboot entire floor. This did fix the problem. WIFI was not connecting half the time.

Would have received five stars except for two things. The room was more susceptible to hallway and adjacent room noise then I expected. And the Wi-Fi did not work and the staff didn't care about that. They said we are changing providers, it goes in and out, it's the weather... And only the front door was accessible. The end of building doors had key locks but either worked. Staff said we have told maintenance and there's nothing we can do.

Older property, room was good and clean. Checking in not so good, staff not very knowledgeable, computer fails. In AM NOBODY around, no coffee no food no one at their desk no one picks up the phone, people just had to trust their instincts on how to check out etc. it was BAD! But hours later a day desk person Heidi personally followed through apologizing and gave us a full refund. She said for 12 customers with similar issues the prior evening checking. They should give all guests a food credit tok because like us we had to drive elsewhere for coffee and food. Never again will we stay here. Another crummy experience in Klamath Falls! No hotel seems immune but this was the worse for us in our many trips this direction. Wyndham needs to check their assets to protect their brand.

The room was clean,the staff was having trouble checking guest in there was a 45 min wait just to have my turn then another 35 mins to process our reservation and get us a room. not sure if it was the software or the user! There was a lobby full of guest waiting and not very happy! Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 5:30 at 6:30 staff was just getting started I witness two guest just leave the Hotel,

The hotel is an older hotel.. nothing fancy but it was clean.. lobby and room . My check in lady was very nice and friendly.. my checkout gal.. friendly.. from her chair in her little room but LAZY didn’t even get up to take my keys her comment “just leave keys on the counter” . I double checked my receipt to make sure I shiny get charged for an xtra stay as she was too LAZY to get up from her chair to walk maybe 5ft to check me out in computer..

PROPERTY WAS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO FIND. CALLED FOR DIRECTIONS AND PERSON ANSWERING WAS HOLDING A SCREAMING BABY AND GAVE VERY POOR DIRECTIONS. ONCE WE ARRIVED, CLERK CLEARLY WASS HOLDING HER BABY AND TRYING TO DO HER JOB.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact my vehicle was broken into on our last night there and nobody said anything about previous break ins till after it happened!! Thankfully epic glass down the road was able to take good care of me same day.

Great value. Solid stop over on our way from Portland to Tahoe. A clean comfortable bed, free breakfast and WiFi, a pool for the kid, and really kind helpful staff. Totally got our money’s worth.
