Quality Inn Klamath Falls - Crater Lake Gateway

The room was clean and beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly and good selectionfor breakfast. Will stay there again.

Breakfast was very basic. Only hot option was waffles. Room was old, not very clean. Floors had debris everywhere. Shower only in bathroom though that doesn’t bother me. Water pressure/ shower head was substandard I won’t stay here again unless it’s my only option.

Room was nice. Initial check in was smooth. Came back down to lobby to ask questions but nobody was tending to front desk. There’s cameras so I’m sure if they played the video backs they’d see me trying to get some attention in the lobby. Pool needs a toilet area, no hot tub. Breakfast was basic, ends quick by 9am, but the attendant was very attentive with upkeeping the breakfast area. Overall, good stay.

Loved the breakfast options! The parking is extremely easy and the hotel is in a great area compared to everything we came to do. The staff was super helpful and friendly! The towels and sheets seemed really clean, but the floors turned my feet really black. I also got super stuffed up from the air conditioning so maybe the filters just need to be cleaned out. I also loved the pool! It’s open until 10pm which helps if you have an extremely busy day because then you can still relax at the end of the day and the temperature felt really nice. Overall, I’d stay here again!
