The rooms were clean, staff was super friendly, loved the pool area. For the price, it's a great value. The only downfall was the mass amounts of outdoor bugs. Not sure if it's just the area or if it's even controllable. It may have just been the norm for that area and that time of year.

Not posted that the pool was seasonal didn’t end up staying our entire stay due to false advertisement requested for some kind of refund or anything and nothing was offered very upsetting. They told us that they are seasonal every year yet last time we stayed there in January 2024 it was open, and it was very upsetting

It was super obvious that someone had hotboxed the room, but only after we opened the cabinets. They had taken great care opening windows, running air cleaner, etc. Staff was awesome and recommended local dining options. Plus pool was fantastic!

Small but very clean rooms. “hot” breakfast consisted of waffles. Everything else was cold. All grass has been replaced by astroturf —ugh! Indoor swimming pool was pretty dismal. If you are attending an event at the Klamath County fairgrounds, this is an OK place but not for any other reason.

Passing through, needed a place to stop for the night. Room was dirty and covered in ants. Even ants on the bed. Upside no bedbugs! Leftover hairs in the shower from previous guests. Lysol wipes and spray came in handy. No hot breakfast as advertised. Just a toaster with some bagels and muffins. Staff during check in/out were nice.

It was by far one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed for $200 a night. The bed had muddy dog prints on the white sheets. Upon asking for new sheets, as they had no more available rooms, I pulled apart back sheets and they were chewed up by the “previous” dog. The mirror wasn’t washed and had toothpaste splatter from the previous guest, the shower and sink had hairs in it, the sheets had hair. And further, there was a pill on the floor. The shower curtains had boogers of some sort on the inside, the window curtains were burnt. Even the shampoo bottle was empty in the shower.

As we arrived at the Hotel our rooms where very duti full of bugs an mosquitos all over the rooms the bedding was very duti sheets and the curtains smells like cigarettes I asked for a non smoking room and it was horrible smell the microwave was not working as soon you heat food it stated to burn and smoke came out. The same day I reported to front desk all the issues. We had a 6hour drive and is not okay to sleep in a place full of bugs and unclean sheets and the room full of smoke of cigarettes. I try to call others hotels but unfortunately they where all book due to labor date weekend. I spoke with the manager and he said unfortunately I canot give you credit back. That was very disappointing for me and my family. The inconvenience of this incident cause my trip very stressful and not able to sleep with all the bugs and have some bites from them. I took pictures. What they post in there pictures it doesn't look the same. Wrong representation about there hotel Quality Inn.

The desk clerk was courteous, pleasant and helpful. When we checked in, she was the person for all reasons as she was alone. She couldn't leave the desk to check our room but did move us to another after we discovered a smear of feces on the bathroom wall. In the second room all was well except the tub was not properly cleaned(under the edge of the pulled back shower curtain.) The room was comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was fine, tables were clean and the attendants were working hard to keep up with the traffic. A bit dated for a quality inn but overall o.k.

Staff was very hospitable. The housekeeping might want to focus on edges and corners in the room, there was a lot of dust and hair. The curtains did not close all the way, I am glad I had two clips with me.

There is mold in the ceiling in the bathroom above the shower. Not safe at all. The tub looks like it 60 years old and stained bad. Obviously not wanting to bath my 3 year old in their as it is un safe with the mold. The rest of the room is typical for this type of building. But the bathroom is horrible.

Room was dirty. Floor looked like it wasn’t clean. Hair all over in the bathroom. Ants crawling all over in bathroom. Walls and doors were sticky with something. Sink was so clogged as soon as you turn the water in it was filled with water. Older faculty that needs repairs.

The staff was kind and helpful. Our room was clean and housekeeping came after only one day. Breakfast was good and had multiple options. The room we stayed in shared a wall with the breakfast room. It was quite loud beginning at 6AM. Avoid this room unless you are an early riser. Otherwise it was an enjoyable stay.

We had an ADA Compliant room. It was spacious, and clean. Large spacious east to access shower. Desk clerk was friendly and got us extra towels. Room was a bit noisy.

The room was tiny and next to the breakfast room. Loud noise started at 5:45 am and lasted until 9:00 am. Just very noisy all around. Not updated, towel rack falling down etc. 3' square table with no available chair. Staff was nice and check in was easy., But I would not stay here again.

Even though the rooms are smoke-free, someone has been smoking in ours so it really smelled like a smoking room. When we asked if we could switch rooms we were told the property was full. The parking lot during the evening was more than 1/2 empty. Disappointing.

Clean room, reasonably fadt check in. Quiet room except for the road noise. That said, we had the first room up front close to the road. Parking available to us was in the lot with our truck and 25ft trailer, no problem. Bathroom could use some maintenance, caulk, paint, rehang towel rack. Shower was excellent but pipes are hooked up backwards same in the sink, again not a big deal, just be aware. Otherwise you could wait forever for hot water. Breakfast is very basic but gets the job done. Overall a good overnighter.

The GM Esmeralda really helped me out when I was stuck waiting for my car to get fixed. Every day I didn't know if I needed to be there the next or not. I ended up having to extend my stay 3 times but didn't have to switch rooms or hotels even though I booked online. I really appreciate her making an otherwise chaotic trip smooth so far as the hotel. Staff was friendly and room was nice.

Normally we love this place. As I was getting unloaded onto the room a maintenance worker who was pressure washing the parking lot was harassing me over my my sons esa. Telling me we weren't allowed to have the animal there. Asking why my son needed an esa. Where my son was, telling me I was breaking ADA laws, telling me the animal has to be trained to provide sich a service and that I was lying. All I did was walk the animal into the room. In oregon, ESAs have allnthe same rights as service animals. I told him i had a letter from a local doctor. He didnt care. I had never seen this person before. He had my anxiety so high and out of control I was sick to my stomach for the rest of the day

The first night was ok but the 2nd night there was a party until 4am keeping my kids awake. No one answered at the front desk to report it. The manager took great care of it the following morning as we were leaving by removing the neighbors.

Property has been updated but is situated next to a swamp and the management installed these cheap LED lamps as area lighting around both buildings. The super white color lamps attract the mosquitos and bugs from the swamp so the whole area was swarming with these insects. It was like walking through a mosquito trap. Bugs everywhere on the ground. Very messy.

Just a stop on trip. Next to canal that has a mass hatching of midge flies nightly by the thousands. Not the motel fault, but they were everywhere. The room was musty and the beds uncomfortable. The staff was very nice and understood the midgefly problem. The breakfast was ok.

Bathroom had a very bad smell. There was a light right outside of the room which attracted Midgets into the room whenever the door is opened- they should have kept the light somewhere else or kept it OFF. Breakfast taste was horrible. Not sure how they can make everything so bad - even coffee and juice.
