We felt this property was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool area was comfortable and great for the children. Beds and bedding were comfortable and warm. Breakfast was top notch for hotel breakfast. Would absolutely stay again.

Overall the property was nice. Except for some of the parking spots, they were to close together, you couldn't hardly get out of the car without touching your neighbors. Would we come back? Yes we would.

This particular hotel is at least as good or better than the more expensive national hotel chains that have drive-up parking. It looks and feels up-to-date & was very clean and well maintained. Our room was large, well-appointed, and it felt good to be in. The pillowtop bed was VERY comfortable (I'm picky) with nice quality linens and a clean coverlet, & came with five high quality non-lumpy pillows on our king bed. From bed, there was no sound from the outside, adjacent rooms, or the hallway. We sleep really well here. The pool is open surprisingly late, which may appeal to some folks, and it was not a bother to us at all. We didn't have a need to interact very much with the staff, but they seemed very pleasant and accommodating, and the front desk was always attended. Despite a lower cost than the more expensive chains, our stay actually included a very nice breakfast that offered scrambled eggs, bacon, & sausage that were very tasty, as well as all the other usual hotel-breakfast offerings. Parking is plentiful, close in, and can accommodate even a large vehicle like a moving truck. The wifi worked well. The location is excellent, with restaurants, goods and services very close by, and good freeway access. It's just minutes away from all areas south of Portland in the vicinity of I-5 and even I-205.This was our second visit here, and it's now officially our favorite place to stay that's close to Portland.

Stayed here three nights after a four hour commute turned into twelve after our car exploded in Eugene. We finally made it to this hotel, and discovered the hot-tub and pool are 24 hours! Wonderful, stressed out, could use a soak. Well imagine my husband and my’s surprise when we look down in the hot tub and see a big blue dildo suction cupped to the light. It was removed, but the staff laughed at us when we told them. Inappropriate, unprofessional, gross. The jacuzzi tub in our suite as well was filthy, but the rest of the room was clean. Bathroom was nice. Breakfast was the usual standard hotel spread, bagels, waffles, eggs, bacon, sausage, etc.

We have stayed at this hotel 5 or 6 times now. It’s our go to when visiting family.. it is always exceptionally clean, there are always fresh baked cookies in the evenings, the staff is incredible… There seems to be the same staff every time we go, which is very nice. The pool is always clean. They are very accommodating. The breakfast is amazing! This place is absolutely the best.

Excellent and friendly staff, however rooms and property were dated, we could hear cars in the parking lot. We were grateful for the breakfast however more vegetarian options would have been great. Had only luke warm water one day and night in the shower and Jacuzzi. Staff was excellent, very accommodating and friendly. Jacuzzi works great and is huge!

Room was big with 2 king beds. The decor did make the room feel dark but it has enough lights throughout. I like the sink was separate from the shower and toilet. The bathroom could be brighter though, it was dark showering. The toilet also flushed very slowly. Breakfast was great, a good variety. Eggs, breakfast meats, waffle, oatmeal, cereal, baked goods, yogurt. There’s also coffee and tea always available.

Staff at the desk was so professional and helpful, we checked in early no problem she even ran to see which room was ready, no extra charge or hassle. It was better than the big name chain we stayed in later on dueing our road trip! Recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. It was out third time and they never disappoint. Steven was very helpful and friendly. Our toilet was clogged and he came right up and fix it. I highly recommend Comfort Inn Tualatin

Great location, clean nice hotel. A shame to put bad review but they held almost twice my stay on my debit bank account card and as a single traveler if not for a separate credit card and cash I would have been stranded in Oregon. My total stay equaled $697 and they held over $1200 on my card! Talking to front desk didn't help and they said no manager is on site on the weekend, what???? I finally had a manager call me back but she said she couldn't help because at her end she couldn't see the charges. I asked if once my money was returned to me could she consider giving me a discount for my panic and inconvenience and so far I have not heard back from her or the hotel but the extra charges fell away a few days later, I have not been contacted about a credit or discount for my turmoil and financially impacted stay. If you stay here keep an eye on your bank account.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful, especially the night shift! The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff kept the breakfast area stocked and cleaned. I wish there was a "tip" jar for the breakfast lady who kept the area clean during the entire breakfast hours. The room was comfortable, clean and the AC unit worked great, especially during the 100+ degree weather!

This hotel was quite adequate for what we were looking, a clean and quiet place close to my daughter’s house in Tualatin. The rooms were very clean, the bed and pillows comfortable. The free breakfast was adequate with hot entrees every morning. The location a great with easy access to the I-5. There are many shops and take out restaurants in the area. A Fred Meyer is next door and very convenient for anything you may need to buy. Our biggest complaint was the water pressure in the shower and bathroom sink. They were barely past a trickle, especially the shower. I know hotels want to save money, but c’mon! The parking was easy but the stalls are very narrow and cars tend to park near to or over the lines making it hard to get in and out. Also, there is only one elevator for the entire three floors it was out of order the night before we checked out but luckily was repaired by our early morning departure (and our third floor room). We’re returning to Tualatin in November and are having serious thoughts whether we will rebook this hotel because of the reasons listed above.

We were in Portland for a wedding and it was very comfortable the beds are great really no complaints the breakfast is a buffet breakfast the only thing I wasn’t too caught up on was the eggs and bacon daily I wish they would’ve switched it up the next day but we were in town for 4 days and by day 2 I was eggs and bacon out. Otherwise it was a nice tucked away place with good options near by.

The entire property was very clean and our room was spotless. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub and were pleased by its cleanliness. Our favorite experience was the complimentary breakfast. The young lady in charge of replenishing and cleaning the breakfast area was incredibly friendly and very attentive. The food was far superior to other free breakfasts we have experienced. And it was nice that each day there was new options. Over experience was awesome.
