Completely honest review. 7/10 stars. Updates are needed. Carpets in hallways and rooms are a bit dingy and stained. Our floor had used tooth flossers and a few wrappers left on it, and our refrigerator was dirty with something spilt on the bottom and two cartons of milk left in it. The 24hr fitness center has one treadmill, one elliptical and a handful of free weights. It’s a very small room with no air, the wall unit is broken. It was over 90 degrees in there. This was a huge disappointment as it was one of the reasons we chose to stay here. The doors are old, heavy and loud when they close, you will hear all of your neighbors every time they are in and out of their rooms. The staff, was absolutely wonderful. Front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming and helpful. Housekeeping was busy and making rounds non-stop. The free morning breakfast includes waffle maker, hot eggs and meat in addition to bagels, pastries, cereals and yogurt. The location is ideal, located minutes within anything you could need including shopping, dining and main highways. The place isn’t quite there, but they are trying.

Overall clean, quiet, and with great breakfast. Gym was clean and equipment was adequate. Evening staff was not very friendly but morning staff was very nice. Outside of facility looks very outdated. Overall deserves 4 stars.

Joan on the front desk was friendly, caring, and very friendly. Jesse in the bar was excellent - very nice, friendly, and provided awesome service. Kerry in the bar was also nice, friendly, and gave good service.

Very easy access from Hwy79. Staff friendly and helpful. Small pub off the lobby was handy. Nearby Bravia Italian restaurant was excellent. Room was quiet and very comfortable.

Large clean room with comfortable bed. Full couch for lounging which is a nice touch. Well lit and spacious parking area . Good breakfast. Staff all had smiles and was greeted upon checking in. A very nice place to stay.

The area seems safe and laid back. The bar in the hotel was closed because "the bartender stopped showing up." The adverisements on line show a pool. There is no pool. Over all, the staff is friendly and attentive and the property is clean and safe. I would definitely stay again.

Was in a good mood till we arrived at the front desk girl at front desk rude and couldn't even smile got worse when I asked her to smile. Ruin my night parking lot not lit up very dark. Overall would be back need to work on customer service

Room was flighty had to get switched to another room which was also dirty had to clean the bathroom there was blood on toilet and pubic hairs everyone towels I used to clean were black. Dust everywhere

Just a quick one night trip. Not the worst hotel, but not anywhere near the best. Just the standard hotel for the price. Bathroom was by far the worst part of the experience. The tub drain did not close to take a bath, and I’m almost positive there was blood on the side of the tub…. Didn’t want to even go into it, wiped it up quickly. Funniest thing was the sign about the towel bar in the shower—- don’t hang off it! Not meant for that lol. Wonder what happened to have that so prominently displayed. Probably won’t stay again. Breakfast was good.

The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. But the rooms were dirty. The pullout couch was disgusting. The duvet on the bed was stained and nasty. And the hallways smelled like smoke. Everything just seemed old and grungy with a fresh coat of paint put over it. I was very disappointed in this Choice hotel

We found some things (used washcloth in the bathroom, unvacuumed floor, etc.) that were gross. It was late, and nothing was too egregious so we stuck it out. We just got out asap in the morning. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was good. We survived, but I wouldn’t choose this place again.

Good morning, I spent last night at the Clarion hotel in Cranberry Twp., PA on rt. 19 on November 23-24. Someone on the floor had music blarringly loud until almost 2am. My boyfriend and I barely slept for more than 4 hours. I spent a little over $100 for an evening away and neither of us was able to enjoy a restful night. It was rude and unacceptable for the other guests and there was no one at the hotel who did anything to ask them to be considerate of everyone else. The stay ended up being a waste of my hard earned money.

The walls were thin you could hear everybody walking up and down the halls, talking dogs barking down the hallway, kids being really loud at night not the greatest for quietness room is clean as it could be though and breakfast was pretty good

I tried them after a friend stayed here recently. We usually stay at the BW Plus or the Hampton Inn. What a pleasant surprise! They are clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. The only negative is that its a tired old place that needs a facelift. I'll go back .

I have stayed here before. My room 167 was very nice. Microwave, mini fridge, K-cup coffee maker. Very nice bathroom plenty of towels and also many pillows for the king size bed! Only complaint was WiFi. I could not reach some websites since “ a secure connection “ couldn’t be established.

Rooms are very dated. Furniture looks like cast offs. I am not a big tv watcher but the rooms tv is about the smallest I have ever encountered in a hotelroom. What put me off most was the peeling ceiling. Also the toilet was not flushing properly. Can't comment on breakfast yet. Since this is not high season one might assume that it should be possible to get a room without problems. Obviously not.

I asked for a first floor room but none were available. There was a lot of distance from the front to the elevator then down to a room over half the distance of the hotel away from the elevator. Once in and unloaded, I discovered the thermostat in the room didn’t work so I had to move everything to another room. I have a heart condition so i asked the front desk if someone could help me. She said she couldn’t leave the desk as she was the only employee in the building. Can’t believe a hotel of this size has only one employee on at 6:00 pm.

Arrived and greeted by friendly desk employee. Was told the internet was down and might be up the next day. Breakfast was decent, no real variety… same every day. Bathroom could have been cleaner… soap residue and chunks on sink. Shower area around the bar was gross. Beds were okay and pillows were comfortable. TV wall bracket was empty and a small tv was on the table. Room was nearly 80 degrees when we walked in.

Arrived for one night stay while traveling. Upon arrival no one was at the front desk. I had to knock and wait about 10 min for someone to come out and check me in. Received my room and upon entering the room it really had a musty damp smell. So I went back to the front desk and explained the smell and asked for a new room. I was given the room right next door and it definitely smelled clean and much better. The stay was very good and quiet. It allowed to rest well before continuing my road trip. The breakfast is as fine the usual waffle maker, oatmeal, fruit cereal, bagels and pastry, eggs and sausage Coffee Milk and juice. The bed was amazing! I slept like a baby! I would stay there again for sure!

The woman who checked us in was snotty and rude. The room was ok until i used the bathroom, there was black mold in the cracks around the shower. It was not clean either. When we checked out the woman who helped us was nice. She said she wasnt surprised by the rudeness of the lady the night before!

Comfortable bed, good location, decent breakfast, needs work in rooms, very friendly, helpful breakfast person which is a 100% turn around from the person that checked us in. We checked in around 9:30pm and were greeted by a rude, grumpy receptionist, which was completely unnecessary. This world can use kindness.

I do not like that the someone from the staff isnt behind the desk at all times. They're huddled up in a closed off office and take forever to come out when someone is in need of assistance. Either that or they're always on a smoke break.

Nice place to stop of the turnpike. Rooms were huge vs. the price. Clean. Breakfast included-- a typical one for this price range. Nothing fancy, but who can argue with 'included'? The bar was not open- also not a surprise really. Tiny little bar would have been nice for a night cap; but I was not counting on it.

We stayed for two nights while attending a Pittsburgh Pirates game. Easy 20-minute drive to downtown and a great hotel. Clean, friendly staff, very nice breakfast. The area was great too ... lots of options for food and other stores in the immediate area. Great value for the $$.

Just some comments about our stay. The door handle in our bathroom was very loose. The toilet had a very bad rocking motion and the stopper on the shower / tub was stuck so only the shower could be used. While the breakfast buffet was good, the coffee was cold 2 mornings and the eggs were cold one morning

booked 2 rooms for 2 families and check-in was quick. but one of the room was smelly. We wanted to have hot water to drink at night time and asked the front office. She said 15 mins and said its ready. But it was not even warm. Next day, the another staff was kind of rude and not even responding during the breakfast time.

Great stay for the price. We had very close access to Pittsburgh for an early morning hospital appointment. Most hotels in city were either booked or outrageously priced due to Steelers vs Cowboys game on Sunday evening. Thirty minute drive to Children's Hospital was no issue. Good breakfast in morning and close access to many things within Cranberry region.
