One of the worse experiences I’ve ever had. First of all when we first checked in we noticed one of the elevator was posted out of service then the entire facility smells like curry cooking. Then when we came back down stairs to get some water and try to use the other elevator that one was also not working and we had to advised the front desk. So both elevators were down. We further noticed the room door handle was broken at #210. Also the south main entrance door is never secure. Anyone could have enter the facility. Further more after 2 nights of stay we contacted the front desk for late check out which they initially approved for noon instead of 11am, which they then call the room 15 mins later and told us it was denied. The entire experience was unprofessional and unpleasant. The place should be shut down for unsafe elevators and main door not being secure for safety for your guests. Simply horrible!

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Free breakfast was subpar. Only one elevator was working and it stopped on every floor even when no one had called for it. Nice bathroom towels - microwave and frig. Quiet.

Not a bad facility generally, though one of the elevators was not working and the other elevator was very slow. The big issue was the key cards. They key cards did not work at check in. They did not work when returning from a show we went and saw that evening, and they did not work when we returned to our room after breakfast. Each time we had to return to the front desk to get new key cards. Once I can understand as a hiccup, but every time we went to use them is a problem. A problem that ensures that we will not return.

We have stayed here before and loved it. This time not so much. It was still a good stay with a few issues this time. Side door was broken(wouldn’t work with key) , cover on bed was ripped, we called down , house keeping did change it with another torn up cover n room was very cold even turning the thermostat up did not warm it up( air coming in around window). Staff are very friendly tho.

My family and I stayed for two nights. Room was clean and staff was very helpful. The closet door was broken and one of the elevators was down for repair. Could use some updating, but the price was right and it was close to everything! I would stay again.

It is in desparate need of remodel. Huge water leak from the roof in the lobby as we arrived. Gentleman at the desk was very nice. Stains on the carpet, shower door dirty, bed was comfortable and its quiet. Room had been broken into at one point, the door hinge was broken, the bathroom doorknob falling off. And the doir keys only worked once. Then needed a new key. Room refrigerator was broken and leaky and smelled. Very convenient location for us, but will try one of the several other hotels next time.

This was our thrid visit. We were staying in a room that would not have a secured locked door. We came to know about it only while checking out when I tried closing the door, I could never get it closed. Infact, all the while I was able to open the door of room 417 without the key card. Informed property manager, hoping this is fixed for next guest.

The room had an unpleasant odor. The property was full, there were a lot of construction vehicles in the parking lot, and there was only one available space to park, partially in the grass. The side door was propped open, not secure. If it wasn't so late, I would have checked out and gone somewhere else.

There were stains on the mattress cover, the toiled leaked, there was drywall debris in the bathroom, the bathroom mirror was not cleaned and the room smelled funny. They moved us to a new room and that room the mattress cover had stains, drywall dust in the bathroom and the crevice in the chair had crumbs.

The internet would not stay on. The room smelled like smoke. the vent in the bathroom, vents from another area, in the hotel, that allows smoke smell to come through. The bathroom smelled like urine. The area around the entire toilet was dirty. It is obvious, that urine has penetrated the caulking and floor area to make it reek. The shower had black mold around the drain and soup dish area. The shower door did not glide will. The sink has a clog, so the water drained very slowly. The carpet seemed dirty

Our first room smelled like wet carpet and cigars. The staff was accommodating and moved us to another room which was better but still had a dirty smell to it. Room floor was dirty. Every night our key cards had to get reprogrammed, we of course found out after going up to the room and would have to come back down. Breakfast choices were less than impressive for sure. Hair dryer in room was broken. Bathroom exhaust fan did not work.

STEER CLEAR: This place is VERY dirty! We got off on the 2nd floor and could smell the mold and mildew immediately. In our room there was mold on the rim of the toilet, hair in the shower and inside the “clean”towels, the refrigerator hasn’t been cleaned in weeks, there was a dirty yellow washcloth just sitting on top of the blow dryer… not gonna use it, the TV remote was slimy gross, pizza sauce splotches on the walls. Literally disgusting. The rooms are old and need to be refurbished. That wouldn’t bother me if it was at least clean. I would give it an extra star for comfortable beds and linens but this place is already highly overrated online. Reading through the reviews more carefully, I’m convinced the owners publish multiple fake reviews to keep their rating high. Very disappointed and glad I only booked a 2-night stay here or I would’ve been talking to the front desk for a refund. I’ve had cleaner rooms at Motel 6 and Red Roof Inn.

Average hotel stay. The only issues were noise really. The room was close to the thruway and the air conditioner and refrigerator were noisy. See if you can get a room that does not face the thruway.

Not as advertised. They say 2 queen bed rooms, but they are actually 2 full size beds. We had 4 people and one person ended up having to buy a mattress and sleep on the floor. Room regardless was very small and hard to navigate in. The blankets are old and piling bad with loose threads all over. We had to double check with the front to make sure they were supposed to look as is because they looked so dirty. Ended up having to bring in our own blankets as well. Breakfast average, not many options.

The room was clean but it definitely needs renovation. The bathroom doors especially. The clothes hooks in the bathroom would fall off if you hang something heavy. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. Waffle maker to make waffles [original and Blueberry flavor], scrambled eggs, muffins, packaged oats, Hot dogs, yogurt, coffee and tea. They had unplugged the floor lamps and the clock and we have to plug it in and it was my job to set the time to wake up in the next day. The room rent was not cheap, that's why I have to mention this.

Room was clean, no complaints there. I thought check out was 12:00 - my mistake. From 11 a.m. until noon I was harrassed with 4 phone calls and 3 knocks at the door, even though I explained to the first person that I would be out by 12. Front desk felt badly afterward and helped me to load my car.

The staff here was very helpful and attentive. Specifically, I left my expensive AirPods in one of the rooms. They kept in touch with me until I could return, and we found them under a chair in the room. I appreciated that they did what they could to save me a couple hundred dollars.

Truly a disappointment. I have extremely measured expectations when staying at 2 star properties, but I do expect them to be clean and at least moderately competent at hosting guests. I don't like to blame staff because it's typically a management issue, but most of the staff I was forced into interactions with were visibly angry to have to do the barest of minimums. Arguing with one another while at the check-in, being a bit short with every guest that was waiting (only one of which probably earned it). The room was musty, water stains all over the walls, the AC unit would not turn off or up, and I was genuinely unsure that sleeping in the bed was a sound decision; I opted to sleep on top of the comforter and use the blanket and pillow I brought with me. I chanced a shower in the morning and was met with a trickle of hot water (it was hot though, so that's part of the two stars I left). I'm sure the staff is not well paid and like not treated as well as they should be, but this was really something else. I'd really never come back this location, and that's atypical. At about $100/night on a weeknight, in the middle of nothing, this level of nonsense is just not acceptable.

Front desk attendant was very friendly. Rooms were clean, with the exception of some dirty ceiling tiles in the bathroom. Morning breakfast was great, with lots of menu items. We would stay here again!

Don’t go!!! They now have these tiny micro pillows (which wasn’t the greatest) but what had me leaving was the cleanliness. There was water/soap grime on the glass in the shower, there were stains on the pillow cases and the floor wasn’t fully vacuumed. I was out of there within 15 minutes. I asked for a refund since I wasn’t staying but since it was nearly midnight when I arrived/left, the manager wasn’t in. The front desk worker left her a note and I contacted hotels.com. Hotels.com reached out and the manager REFUSED a refund. So I had to contact my bank and file a claim. Only then was the refund issued.

From the moment I arrived I was impressed by the service. I was in town to attend night 2 of the Taylor Swift show in Pittsburgh and the staff had clearly been working very hard to flip the rooms on two sold-out nights. I arrived around 2:30 to see if my room might be ready so that I could get dressed for the concert. Even though I was there before check-in officially began, the concierge greeted me with the brightest smile and gave me my room right away. The room was very clean and quiet, even though it was on the side facing the highway. Overall I was very impressed and I would definitely stay here again the next time I need accommodations in Cranberry.

A very nice option within easy driving distance of downtown Pittsburgh. Very up-to-date, nice room and bathroom extremely nice after we stayed at a bare bones hotel near Cleveland. The previous night price was good and will definitely return.

The area did not feel safe and the room was not clean. The bathroom had stains on the walls and needs some serious attention. The bed was comfortable after we checked for bed bugs.

I am repeat customer of this place, primarily for its location, with quick access to them Pa Turnpike, I-79 and a lot of restaurants and shopping. The rooms are big (I try to get two beds in mine, and in great shapeand comfortable, with a nice big TV. There is a hot breakfast available each day, access to a computer/printer, and a small gym.

Inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Free breakfast was subpar. Only one elevator was working and it stopped on every floor even when no one had called for it. Nice bathroom towels - microwave and frig. Quiet.

The facility looked worn, in general. The included breakfast was sub-par because items were running out and the attendant indicated there wouldn't be supplies to replenish for two days. Our ice bucket was not clean.

I liked the king size bed. Terrible next door neighbors made to much noise and smoked pot. The other neighbors had a dog in which we told management and nothing was done. Breast eggs were awful and the employee that was supposed to take care of breakfast did not check on the food. No verity on eggs and meat.

my only 2 complaints they dont got no spanish channels no telemundo no univision that sucks specially from a comfort inn they always do first time i seen this…. breakfast area was freezing omg i couldn’t have breakfast i left i was shaking… other than that room was clean front desk lady always great

The lobby was very well maintained and clean/clean smelling. The staff at check-in was pleasant, helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and well maintained. The breakfast area was clean and the staff was very pleasant and kept the food well stocked and ready. A side note...in reading reviews before I booked this hotel, there were several reviews that mentioned an odd, musty smell. I, too noticed an odd smell in our room. I wasn't sure what that was. In the meantime, we turned up our air conditioner because it was chilly in our room. During the evening, the air came back on and there was that odd, musty smell. I'm concluding that the odd smell could be coming from the air conditioner. Because of this, I gave only a 4 star rating. A side note: could hotels begin replacing the toilets with higher standing ones? I know there are accessible rooms I could book; however, I really don't need those accessible amenities; only a higher toilet. It feels like I'm using a "squatty potty" :)
