Have been coming to Coventry for 6+ years and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. Really nice space, great facilities and location. Decent sized rooms. Would benefit from on site parking but reasonable priced multi-storey available next to the station. Restaurant was good too, great options and price.

Everything was fine apart from parking. It said “parking available”, but there was nowhere to even stop to pop in and ask. Turns out the parking is the Coventry multi story carpal which is just next door and was - I think £6, so not too bad, but should be made VERY clear on page to reduce uncertainty

We booked this hotel due to its convenient access to Warwick where we wanted to do a couple of outings, in particular Warwick Castle. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself was very modern and absolutely spotless. Our room was located on the second floor and for the 2 nights we stayed we never heard a peep from any other guests, staff or outside noise, and as a regular traveler this was the quietest hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There is no car park for the hotel but there's a Sainsbury's car park a 2 minute walk away in which the hotel has discounted rates at £6 per 24 hours. Foolishly we chose to come on a busy Friday and the traffic was a bit of a nightmare, but once rush hour passed and throughout the remaining 2 days the traffic was much quieter making travelling very easy. The hotel is located a short 20 minute drive away from Warwick Castle, which made it the ideal location for us. Unsurprisingly the hotel restaurant (like all hotels) was on the pricey side, but there are plenty of fast food restaurants next and across from the hotel including Costa, Starbucks, Burger King, Greg's, and Domino's also deliver directly to the hotel. If we ever fancy another trip to Warwickshire or Coventry we will definitely be returning to this hotel, and I would highly to anyone of all ages and requirements. Fantastic hotel, thank you for our lovely extended weekend break with yourselves.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The staff were wonderful, hotel was very welcoming and had a relaxing atmosphere. We didnt eat in the restaurant, bar or have breakfast so cannot comment on those. The staff were very thoughtful and arranged a birthday plate for our arrival for my daughters birthday. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room. Unfortunately the room had not been cleaned (bits of rubbish, crumbs and clumps of hair on the floor) and a dirty bed sheet. Although the staff kindly came to remedy the issues and were apologetic, it did make our stay a lot less relaxing and we couldn't just jump into bed for a rest as we wanted after travelling from 4am. We did arrive a lot earlier than check in and although said that there was no hurry for our room we were given access earlier than expected. Perhaps the reason for the cleaning issues!

Absolutely everything! Firstly all the staff we encountered were so hospitably, everything in the hotel was so clean and new looking. Our room was a great size with a brilliant bathroom. Beds and pillows were so comfortable. We even had a bar fridge and fresh milk supplied. Location was brilliant. We couldn't be happier and wished we could have stayed there longer. Excellent value for money, the only place to stay when in Coventry.

Last minute booking for an overnight stay. Slow start as there was a mix up during check in and they wanted to charge us even though the room was prepaid. Eventually got to our room and then much, much better. Room was modern, clean and comfortable…apart for the ac that was too hot. Would stay again.

This is the most comfortable hotel I've stayed in for business or pleasure- the beds were perfect, as were the duvet thickness and pillow softness, both of which I've often found to be a problem at hotels. They got in touch with me in advance to check if I had any requests for high or low floor, duvet or pillow preferences, I asked for soft pillows if possible and they provided ones that were perfect, and the ideal number of them. The room was clean and well thought out, as were all the amenities. I couldn't fault a single aspect of our stay. The hotel is moments walk from the train station and it was wonderfully quiet at night, This will always be my first choice of where to stay when visiting Coventry.

Clean room and lovely relaxing decor. Interesting historical items related to the city in the lobby. Service is warm and friendly and very attentive. The food could do with a slight improvement but isnt overly bad (i.e. too much vinegar in hollandaise sauce or pancakes were dense for example).

Lovely hotel, clean and well maintained however the stars of the show are definitely the staff, every single one is friendly and can’t do enough for you. Ladies at check in = wonderful, waitress/waiter in the restaurant =excellent, chef on the evening = fabulous, staff at breakfast = great, and chef at breakfast = awesome. Rooms very clean so clearly the house keeping staff are also brilliant. Very well managed, congratulations to everyone on a fabulous hotel.

Last minute booking for an overnight stay. Slow start as there was a mix up during check in and they wanted to charge us even though the room was prepaid. Eventually got to our room and then much, much better. Room was modern, clean and comfortable…apart for the ac that was too hot. Would stay again.

Great room, location and restaurant but the best bit by far was the staff. So helpful and made extra effort with my little boy. Chef even cooked something that wasn’t on the menu for him. Honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel highly enough!

Clean room and lovely relaxing decor. Interesting historical items related to the city in the lobby. Service is warm and friendly and very attentive. The food could do with a slight improvement but isnt overly bad (i.e. too much vinegar in hollandaise sauce or pancakes were dense for example).

Close to Converty for shopping, near the train station with walking distance with 3 min. Many bus routes to difference areas around the Converty. Like Warwick castle, Birmingham street, Cannock and etc. The breakfast is delicious.

We booked this hotel due to its convenient access to Warwick where we wanted to do a couple of outings, in particular Warwick Castle. The hotel exceeded our expectations! The hotel itself was very modern and absolutely spotless. Our room was located on the second floor and for the 2 nights we stayed we never heard a peep from any other guests, staff or outside noise, and as a regular traveler this was the quietest hotel I've ever had the pleasure of staying at! The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There is no car park for the hotel but there's a Sainsbury's car park a 2 minute walk away in which the hotel has discounted rates at £6 per 24 hours. Foolishly we chose to come on a busy Friday and the traffic was a bit of a nightmare, but once rush hour passed and throughout the remaining 2 days the traffic was much quieter making travelling very easy. The hotel is located a short 20 minute drive away from Warwick Castle, which made it the ideal location for us. Unsurprisingly the hotel restaurant (like all hotels) was on the pricey side, but there are plenty of fast food restaurants next and across from the hotel including Costa, Starbucks, Burger King, Greg's, and Domino's also deliver directly to the hotel. If we ever fancy another trip to Warwickshire or Coventry we will definitely be returning to this hotel, and I would highly to anyone of all ages and requirements. Fantastic hotel, thank you for our lovely extended weekend break with yourselves.

Very nice hotel, new, clean with nice design. Friendly staff. Parking was easy and very close. Just 12 minutes walk to the Cathedral. And 8 minutes drive to University of Warwick. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, just it would be nice that the order for the hot main option would be taken immediately or quicker. Otherwise everything was very nice and pleasant.

Check in was quick and easy to find the room, we did have a few issues with the car park we went to the wrong train station car park that cost us £12.50 to park for half an hour! Stay was comfortable only a double bed maybe should of been at least a king. Reception staff were nice, breakfast service was a bit slow with food waiting ages on the hot plate. Put on the tightest table next to another couple and a single guy which was awkward seeing the size of the room.

Have been coming to Coventry for 6+ years and this is by far the best hotel I've stayed in. Really nice space, great facilities and location. Decent sized rooms. Would benefit from on site parking but reasonable priced multi-storey available next to the station. Restaurant was good too, great options and price.

Excellent quality of all products in the room, especially the "Biology no 34" bathroom products. Everything in the room was of high standard, bed very comfortable. Food in Cogs restaurant was very good. Overall quality of the hotel was equal or better than some "higher premium" hotels.

A lovely stay in a suite and an interconnected / connected standard room, which together worked well for our family of 4. (Call to check connected rooms are available and they will allocate them post-booking). The hotel is new and spotless and right next door to the station. Hotel parking is the station car park, which is a little bit of a walk but that wouldn’t bother most people. Hotel breakfast and bar were both a great standard. We would recommend this hotel in Coventry.
