Big let down going from the Fairfield by Marriott in Somerset to here. Same type of room, king suite, but a let down. The bathroom was dirty, mounds of hair in the corners on the floor, the shower was a tub and shower combo with a stained and dirty shower curtain, the walls of the shower were visibly dirty, the counter was way smaller, the tv in the main room was half the size of the tv facing the bedroom at the Fairfield plus the Fairfield had another tv facing the couch in a separate area. This hotel advertised in pictures, a hot tub. No such thing! You can see new tile where the hot tub used to be. The hot tub was a main reason we booked there. They screwed up our reservation but did end up making it right and this hotel cost more per night than the Fairfield in Somerset. No free breakfast here neither.

We booked this hotel mostly because the pictures showed a hot tub next to the pool. We wanted to be able to relax all day and do nothing. Sadly there was no hot tub.

The property was actually nice, but it wasn't as clean as it could be. I spilled some water in the bathroom, and after wiping it up, the towel was grey from dirt. We ended up using "wipies" on every surface, just to be sure. Plates from room service were in the elevator lobby for 2 days. Nothing deal breaking, but hoped for better. This is also the second Courtyard I stayed at that offered Netflix on the TV (to log yourself in) and the second that the speed test failed and it could not log you in. Why offer it if it never works? It's more a pain that you try and fail than not have the option

Purchased one night, King Size Bed with pull-out sofa. The TV didn’t work in our first room. No response from the remote or physical buttons on TV. We had already un-packed our cooler. So we re-packed it and we went down to get another room. The TV worked in the second room. However, the TV, remote, and the entertainment service made us feel like we were in 1980. Whoever runs this hotel should be embarrassed. Their in-room TV service was joke. Overall, I wouldn’t pick this particular hotel for an Anniversary or anything similar. I did take pictures of some of the, “gross things,” things we found. Leftover-dried food residue on mini/ice chest, dried on food to our couch table, and what appears to be a booger on one of the shelves in the room. I’d be happy to share these photos. I thought a Marriot Courtyard would have been a great place to spend a night. We will absolutely not stay here again, and we may never pick a Marriot Courtyard again for any stay.

I thought your bistro was way too expensive. I can't justify $6.00 for a bagel. Ididn't think the bathroom was as clean as it should have been. There was a ring of dirt around the tile going up the wall. The water was too hard to turn on and the tub did not drain properly. The bed was uncomfortable. I didn't sleep well.

Most comfortable beds with actual blankets that we've stayed in in awhile. Room was set up odd..... sideways. But all in all clean and comfy room. Great hot shower and water pressure. Only complaint was tv. It was slow to work and small, at an odd angle to watch from bed.

Plus: One of the most professional and thoughtful check-ins I’ve ever had - even though we arrived after midnight. They gave us a quiet room on a high floor. Cons: The rooms are getting a little “long in the tooth.” No breakfast included. Overall, we were happy with our stay and I would stay here again.

To Whom it May Concern, My husband and I were Very disappointed with this hotel. We always stay at Marriott hotels. It’s the one hotel I am guaranteed a comfortable firm mattress. Unfortunately, this wasn’t the case after many years of a satisfied stay. I had to either sleep in the very center of the mattress or lie across the bottom of the bed. I am only 100 lbs and I was sinking into the mattress. Thank goodness there was a pullout couch for my husband to sleep on. The room was also the smallest room I have ever had in a Marriott. The shower had the cheapest plastic shower curtain that felt terrible when it occasionally touched my skin. I am disabled and it would have been too much for my husband to move all my required medical equipment and comforts from home to another room. If we had booked through Marriott rather than Expedia they would have remedied the situation. In the future I will always book directly through Marriott. If there is any way you can offer us a refund or points “credit” for this uncomfortable experience we would greatly appreciate your assistance. Sincerely,

The room was very nice however when we walked out in the morning on one of our days there we noticed that the garbage was just overflowing and that’s something that should be emptied not just twice a day, but continually throughout the day. The other thing that I didn’t care for was the fact that You didn’t even serve coffee throughout the day now I’m not looking for free coffee. I was willing to pay for it. The machine was right there, but because I didn’t make it at 10 o’clock there was no coffee to be served. And lastly, the rooms were just very dark just not enough light in the rooms. I can live without the coffee that wasn’t a big deal and the garbage pails will be run in my room. It just made the hallways of the hotel look a little messy, but I think I would’ve preferred a little bit more light in the rooms.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was great. We areived super early. 12pm we know check in was 3pm. We asked about early check in but would have been thrilled if we could just leave our bags there. Within 15 minutes we were all checked in!!! I know that doesnt always happen but we were so happy. We were on motorcycles and getting getting to drop the bags off on a super hot day was just the best!!! I would recommend thia hotel to everybody!!!

We arrived at 4pm and the room was not ready and we had dinner reservations at 6. They gave us a temporary room to get ready in and the manager had to clean our room because they couldn’t find the housekeeping. The manager forgot the blanket and pillows for the couch bed and when we asked the night manager she had a nasty attitude. The check in was 3 the room should have been ready and compensation should have been offered but management had a nasty attitude about the situation which was very inconvenient for us.

We are deeply grateful to the folks at the front desk for their help and compassion. On Thanksgiving Day, our dog (a beagle) got away from us and took off into the woods. I let the gentleman at the desk know what was happening. While we were out searching, he called us. He said our dog had returned to the hotel while we were outside looking for him and had walked in through the automatic door. He kept the dog with him until we could get back inside to claim him. We are sincerely thankful for the extra help!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and check in was easy. Our room was great with a nice view. The hotel was close to everything. There was a soccer tournement going on in the area so there was a lot of kids/teens in the hotel but it was still such a relaxing stay. The sitting area was nice in the lobby along with space to sit outside. All in all a great stay.

I was disappointed that there was no hot tub. This seems pretty standard at any decent hotel. The pool looked nice but not the same. I thought I saw it in a picture....anyway, that and the dining option. The latter was oversold. Extremely limited menu but the flatbread pizza was really good. My friend said the chicken quesadilla was very good too. Breakfast very limited. But, you can walk across the parking lot to the Wyndham and enjoy a nice breakfast there. Staff very nice and professional. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location very good and in a quiet area.

I did not spend much time at this hotel this time as I checked in late but my check in was very smooth and I got my keys in five min. The room was a bit outdated but was clean and nicely prepared. The lobby was very large with many chairs and sofas. The bar was also nice although I did not use it. I just got a cup of coffee in the morning (I had to pay for it. No free coffee, really?) I will use this hotel again. Thanks!
