Right from check i n everything was very good. Friendly patient front desk bright and clean room spacious and clean pool was good and hot tub was exactly that. Better hot tub than most. Breakfast was the usual but always kept hot and fresh. coffee available 24/7 by front desk was a great touch also hot and fresh. Close to outlet mall and restaurants. Excellent choice.

It was all pretty nice. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was also great. There was a lot of construction happening inside the building but otherwise it was a very pleasant stay.

Hotel itself was nice and clean. I do have a couple complaints about the hotel. The main reason for me booking this hotel was because it had a jacuzzi and a pool. Well the jacuzzi jets weren’t not working and the water was not hot. The caulk and cement around the jacuzzi was coming apart and the jacuzzi had nasty bubbles in the water. The pool was cloudy looking and it was freezing. Our room was spacious and clean but the faucet in the bathroom was not working properly, it was just dripping water. We had to use the bathtub to wash our teeth’s. When I called the front desk I was told that they had like 25 rooms that had the same issue and they were waiting for the new faucets to come in.

Called ahead and confirmed my reservation and let them know we would be a little late. Very good customer service. Currently under renovation so they were trying to keep everyone to the first floor. Also the pool was closed due to renovations. Would stay again.

My wife and I booked this Hotel with our 4 y/o grand daughter for a little dining/shopping/fun adventure When we arrived we noticed the pool was closed for renovations- which was one reason we had booked- The clerk at the front desk immediately offered to move us to the Hampton Inn next door which did have a pool- with no penalty - very pleasant experience, and because of this will definitely go back to the Holiday Inn in the future- despite the renovations the hotel was Very Clean and Pleasant!!!! Hats off to the wonderful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay in Grove City very nice!!!

Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived so Paula moved us to another room and was eager to assist us with the inconvenience. She was very pleasant and eager to help make our stay better. The elevator could use some maintenance.

Breakfast was excellent. People were super friendly couldn’t ask for better and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels never experienced people so friendly. The only downfall was bathroom floor was dirty and had hair on it and also the bathtub was very dirty.

This property is exceptionally immaculate!! The room was beautifully looked after and so clean! It was so quiet and there was several different kinds of Group staying in the hotel and we didn’t hear a thing!! The check-in was excellent. The person was by themselves, and there was quite a few of us checking in at the same time ,the staff member did not get flustered and was so professional getting us all settled in! It’s a great location if you like shopping, I would absolutely definitely stay at this property again!

When we arrived ..the first room they gave us was not clean ..stains on sheets and coffee stain on countertop…the room wasn’t serviced after the first night..we arrived back at the hotel around 930pm after a day of shopping to find the bed not made and the used towels still in the bathroom

Property was ok. I dropped a popcorn kernel on the floor. Bent down to pick it up. No one cleaned under that bed in a while. Made me wonder about the cleanliness of the rest of the room. Cancer patient concerned about Covid..not sure I would recommend this property.

Lots to choose from for breakfast and great coffee. Room had fridge, microwave. No wait at front desk. Rug in my room wasn't cleaned; found wrappers and pill on it. Bath towels were yellowed and scratchy. People in room above were loud and heavy footsteps.

BUGS! Freaky fast Millipede bugs (spotted them on night two when I turned the lights on and they scattered. Experienced them again as we packed to leave. Only a trickle of H2O from bathroom faucet Bathroom sink plug broken Shower drain was very slow to drain Creme rinse empty and shampoo and body wash near empty. Disappointed as usually these hotels are great. Disappointed when I mentioned these to front desk and all I got was a puzzled look and a “wow”

The hotel is recently renovated which is great. The major issues we had related to noise transfer from the floor above which was an unwelcome matter we had to endure after a 10 hour drive and were trying to sleep. The shower was substandard as the diverter did not work and we only had half pressure while the rest of the water went directly down the drain.

The room was clean but the guide on the TV did not work and the remote also did not work properly. When you are stuck in an unfamiliar city it is really frustrating to have to go through every channel and wait to see what is on without a guide. The desk clerk was less than helpful when the issue was brought to his attention.

Holiday Inns are a safe hotel choice. Always clean, freshly renovated or new, good breakfast and overall a good experience. Only thing we didn’t love in this particular hotel is that it was super noisy, like paper thin walls, you could hear creaking of the people in the next room walking or showering etc. would have been nice if they had made the building more soundproof.

Property has been recently renovated. Staff at check in was very nice. We had a room with 2 queen size beds. Beds were a little on the soft side and there were a few hairs in the bathroom when we got our room. We could also hear noises from the room beside us. We did take into account that this hotel is rated a 2.5 star and it lived up to its expectations. This place is adequate to book for a night or two.

My largest complaint is around noise. I reserved two rooms. We were given rooms by an exterior door and near the pool which was not far from the lobby on the first floor. There were people in the hallways and doors slamming all night long, There was some kind of bell going off all night. I think it might have been for the exterior door. We got very little sleep. The thing is, we were close enough to the lobby that the overnight attendants should have maintained quiet hours.

Pretty bad leadership here folks. You’ll chase simple things like refills for soap etc. one luggage cart for the entire hotel. Hot tub does not work. Lastly staff actually only made up one bed instead of the two in the room. Never seen that before. Complain and you get blank emotionless stared from the day manager and the team.

We had a really good stay. Hotel was really nice and newly remodeled. Only thing that could have been better was breakfast. Not many options and things weren’t refilled. Would stay again but had to go get breakfast elsewhere.
