The staff was friendly, the room was decently clean, a little rust on some of the bathroom structures but nothing that bothered me too much. The bed was comfortable and the pool area was nice and clean and open until 9pm. I would stay here again!

It was clean and comfortable with a quick and easy check in. The pool area had a sauna like ambiance... just peeked in at it. We would stay here again. Only thing that could be better is the breakfast. There was only toast, cereal, oatmeal, wrapped danishes, and juice. The juice was really good and refreshing.

Quiet, convenient stay. You always know that a Super 8 is going to be simple, but everything was clean, service was reliable and friendly, and the pool was good for kids. Highly recommended!

The room overall was nice, but one of our bath towels had stains. We couldn’t get the tv to work and the pool was under construction. Other than that it was a great stay at a great price!

The property was extremely clean, I was very impressed. The staff was gracious. There was someone cooking food in their room on the 2nd floor that stunk up the whole place. We were looking forward to breakfast, got up early, and went down to eat. There were a few prepackaged pastries and a loaf of white bread for toast. There were 2 kinds of dry cereal and green bananas. No butter for the toast, no cranberry juice in the juice machine...only guava juice out of 4 options. Plus, most of the coffee creamers were spoiled and out of date.

Very clean and super comfortable beds. The coffee bar 24 hours was nice. For you who read this and smoke please use the many ash trays provided it is a none smoking hotel but they provide smoking areas outside with ashtrays USE THEM.

Our bed in the hotel was very comfortable. However, we were woken up many times during the night due to a dog moving around the room above us, making lots of noise. I don’t think I will be coming back unfortunately mainly because dogs are allowed in this hotel not a fan.

I had read reviews before booking this room, and I must say we also had a room were the thermostate would drop the temperature on it's own. When we first got there and opened the door the room was like an ice locker. The temperature was 65 degrees F. We were able to warm it up, but thru the night I had to get up twice to keep temperature up where we wanted it. Otherwise the room was very spacious and clean

After booking with a late check out at 1:00. When checking in desk attendant couldn’t find at first, but did confirm, we had. I also have an email, that said it was approved. Did not relay the message to morning attendant, the following day. Was told did not have access to the system. I don’t understand, how an employee is not properly trained. Had very poor attitude, put the blame on afternoon girl. Got four calls. Two messages, that our stuff was still in room. Attendant had a poor attitude when leaving message. Very unprofessional. Cut our shopping trip short, to address the situation. We checked out early and headed home.

Got the kids to bed on time and was abruptly woken up by a phone call a few hours later around 10:30 pm which scared my 3 year old and caused him to fall out of bed and smash his head off the table and floor, A few minutes later a family opened our hotel room door while our son was still screaming because they had double booked our room. Definitely a memorable night.

There's a reason this hotel only has one and a half stars on Yelp. I recently stayed there for three nights, although I had paid for four. I decided to leave a day early, but when I went to check out, they refused to refund me for the extra day, which was about $100. The innkeeper is quite a character, clearly trying to stretch every penny. For instance, there's no housekeeping—he points to a pamphlet that mentions it, but the reality is you'll have a dirty room for your entire stay. The property itself is nice, and I have no complaints about it. My main issue is the refusal to refund my $100. The place feels like a ghost town, with no one ever at the front desk. He said the included breakfast buffet is not as good as it used to be, with no low-carb or protein options (he's diabetic) - just toast, kids' cereal and bananas - so all his breakfasts were at a nearby diner. Still, it's a good, clean place to stay. Pool is great. Housekeeping is minimal (since COVID) and only on request. Customer service is *excellent* - polite and responsive.

This hotel needs updated, no usb ports for charging. Fixtures in tub need updated, looked corroded. Most outlets in room look corroded, one looked burnt. Furnishings outdated. Breakfast was a frozen breakfast sandwich that you had to microwave.

Stayed one night as a stopover on the way to a family event in Ohio. Nothing fancy, but just what we needed for the night. As others have stated, the breakfast is a little sparse. Some apparently missed the sign that breakfast sandwiches are available at the front desk. The muffins in the frozen Bob Evans sandwiches we received, however, were dried out in the freezer and practically inedible.
