It was very close to shopping, the place was clean and staff very nice. The water in the pool was murky so was not able to swim and also should have more breakfast choices .

This hotel was lovely. Staff was friendly, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and well maintained and the heated saltwater pool was amazing! Definitely planning to stay here again next year!

We loved the pool, nice and well utilized gym, nice size and designed room and proximity to food and shopping. What we didn't love was our shower floor was surprisingly dirty, waiting for front desk staff at check in and out (no one in sight for a couple minutes), and a cleaning person entered our room before check out, despite the do not disturb sign on our door.

Clean room, with wonderful, friendly helpful staff! The only reason I didn't give four stars, is because the pillows smelled a bit musty. The linens were clean, but perhaps the mattress cover and pillow cover under the sheets and pillowcase needed a good cleaning.

We were put in a room right beside what we were told was the air conditioning/heating unit room. It was SO loud & annoying and when we told the front desk, they shrugged their shoulders & said there was nothing she could do about it. Was also told that since we booked through a third party, that our reservation could have been cancelled at any time IF Marriott Bonvoy members wanted it & they were fully booked. That is absurd to me!

First off the hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff were friendly, accommodating to your needs. With that being said the rooms are much smaller than they appear online, I booked a king suite and it is the size of a normal twin room. The hotel serves breakfast everyday from 6am to 9am daily but once service is over there is no coffee, no tea, no hot water available in the lobby until the next day. As a coffee drinker I don’t feel that I should constantly have to run to the front desk and ask for coffee for my room, especially when I paid $1K for a six day stay.

Check in was quick & easy, the staff was very friendly & our room was great! It was spacious, had everything we needed in the kitchenette, the bed was comfortable & lots of hot water. In the morning we enjoyed the continental breakfast & felt there was plenty of fresh food to choose from. We'd definitely stay here again! It was also conveniently located near restaurants & shopping.

Honestly was probably one of the best stays my daughters and I have had! We travel for cheer competitions and have stayed at numerous hotels! We loved this one the best! It was clean! The room was big… it was nice having a kitchenette that had a big refrigerator and even a stove! Bathroom was super nice too!

Upon arrival the front desk noticed I was using a scooter after just having foot surgery, she upgraded our room to a handicap accessible room at not charge. I was so grateful especially after seeing how many handrails and spacious the room was. I didn’t ask for it, but it was nice to see someone going above what they needed to do.

The staff were exceptionally nice! The Sunday morning breakfast staff had everything ready to go! She made sure coffee was filled, food items were filled and the area was spotless! She was so kind and friendly.

Horrible experience as the fire alarm went off very early in the morning and no guidance what to do. We were let in the rooms after couple of hours and the room and floor stank. The hotel staff changed the room, but wasn’t very helpful.

Upon checking in the woman working the counter Lacee was rude. She offered no assistance with check in besides telling me what I owed. Then when we asked her for extra blankets she huffed at us and was just so ignorant. She literally turned me off from the hotel from the start. The breakfast is the same every morning. Not one time did anyone come change our garbage or give us new towels. I prefer the other hotels in the area to this one

Internet did not work. Abysmally slow, then they want you to pay 4.95 for faster speed. Could not even do any work that I needed to. When we asked for extra towel they told us we need to come down to get it. What happened to room service? Non existent here.

Room was clean and had a nice small kitchen, although we didn't need it for 1 night. Staff very nice. Place quiet. Only drawback was free breakfast didn't start until 7- too late for us. Great location near outlets.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast was wonderful—best I have ever had at a hotel and they provide options for gluten and dairy free. Rooms immaculate. Quiet and in walking distance to the outlets. Great place to stay when in Grove City area.
