I stayed here for almost a week while in Pennsylvania. Great breakfast options each morning. There is plenty of dining and shopping in this area. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. One thing the main elevator is extremely slow. So be prepared.

The temperature in the room went from too cool to too warm while trying many different settings. The fire alarm went off at 6 am waking us up and the desk clerk had no idea why it happened. This is our second visit to Fairfield that the fire alarm went off in the night.

Our stay was ok, when we showed up the fire alarm was going off I overheard the the firemen tell the manager they had an issue and needed a technician to check out the system. The alarm set off shortly after. Room was ok didn’t look like the floor was vacuumed and found some hairs in the bathroom. It was a place to stay for one night not much more

Everything was good. King suite was roomy. Normal hotel nothing extravagant. Staff were very polite and hotel was clean. Stayed for 4 nights. Mattresses/beds could be improved but were not terrible. Only somewhat negative was the homeless raiding the hotel dumpsters throughout the night and one hanging out at the fire pit out front during the overnight hours but more of a location issue.

This was my second stay here at this hotel, and once again, I loved it. The staff was very gracious and friendly. I had an unexpected issue at the airport, which prevented me from flying into Pennsylvania until several days later. I reached out to Expedia, and they communicated this with the hotel on my behalf. Although I was unable to make the check-in time for my scheduled date, they still held my reserved room for when I arrived a few days later. The hotel property is always clean, inside and out. They also have free parking, free breakfast, free wifi, a gym, and they even accept delivery packages (e.g. Amazon, Walmart, etc.) on your behalf. It is also conveniently located for shopping and restaurants/eateries. Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Pottstown Limerick is my new #1 spot for whenever I'm in Pottstown, PA.

Our group had 3 rooms and all 3 were very dirty. There was hair throughout the bathrooms and not sure they were even cleaned. We did talk to the front desk and they came up to clean it again but they shouldn’t have let us check in with them like that.

We booked an upgraded room so that we would have the comfort of a larger bed room and television. The TV was not connected to Wi-Fi so we weren’t able to watch any premium stations and of course it was at night and there was no technology person available. Not sure why we paid all this additional money, but we will be calling to complain.

Very clean room. I would have given this hotel an excellent all around rating but I was unable to sleep because the air unit was fairly loud and it could not be turned off. I prefer a perfectly quiet room. If you sleep with a sound machine, you would love it there.

The room was really clean and comfortable- bit of a ‘salty’ concierge at the front desk, but the other staff really nice. My complaint is that whenever I travel with my dog, I get the ‘dog room’ and still have to pay a hefty $75 cleaning fee. My room was on the first floor and had the front flood lights shine directly at my window. Even the curtains couldn’t keep the light out. I’m annoyed that I still need to pay so much money in addition to getting the bottom rung for a room.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We were in town for a dance competition. We did not enjoy the sliding bathroom door. It offers no privacy, we also didn't like being next to the laundry room, too much noise at any given time of day or night. Otherwise our stay was great

The customer service was great but the tv didnt work at first but was fixed. The sink was clogged but was fixed. Also the shower door was unhinged and hit me but i survived!! Overall little things that didnt ruin the experience especially because the staff was so helpful.

Excellent property and staff. From first contact, through checkout, customer service was next level. Always someone asking how our stay was going and if we needed anything. Dining area was super clean. Rooms were nice. Location was perfect. Booked third party and had to extend one night…seemless.

The staff went out of their way to be helpful at Pottstown. The kitchen and cleaning staff were exceptionally kind and considerate of me. At many different times during my stay, they would individually volunteer assistance for no reward. I would recommend this facility to anyone.

Very clean and nice mid range hotel. We brought our dog and he was very happy and comfortable in the room! The hotel is very easy to get to from Rt 100, but it’s basically in a shopping center so there’s nowhere to walk the dog.

I booked this hotel for the free breakfast however the breakfast was horrible. It was all pre-made waffles and the toasters didn’t work. I didn’t even end up eating any of the breakfast and went to Panera next door. I most likely won’t choose a Fairfield Inn again.
