Great hotel, comfy beds. Amenities were great. Will stay here again

The staff was great, the food was horrible, Gave two of my friends food poisoning. The rooms were not cleaned. Smelled like mold would not stay here again.

This is an older property with generally pleasant and helpful staff who seemed to do what they could to assist guests. Unfortunately, the condition and cleanliness issues made this a hotel I cannot recommend. Although our room initially appeared clean, my husband went to the kitchenette for water during the night and found two live roaches crawling near the dishwasher and sink. While checking the cabinets and under the sink, he also discovered an unfinished opening in the wall. The hotel repaired the opening and told us they steam-cleaned under the sink, but beyond an apology, no other action was offered. Because our stay was short and hotels in the area were heavily booked, we stayed the remainder of the night. However, while packing the next morning, we found another live roach. We killed it and took it to the front desk as proof and stressed that the rooms needed professional pest treatment. There were other maintenance concerns as well. The hallway ice machine randomly dispensed ice onto the floor directly across from the elevators, with a large guest trash can sitting beside it. The hallway carpeting was stained, the latches on our room door were loose, and there was chipped paint throughout our hotel room. While I appreciated the courteous staff, three live roaches combined with the overall maintenance issues were unacceptable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property.

where there for 4 nights, housekeeping never stepped inside our room We had to get our own towels everyday trash was never emptied, cockroaches in the bathroom Only good for us is location or we wouldn't go there!! It's a dump!!

Nice stay would recommend to anybody, very clean and modified
