Hotel was very old. From furniture to carpet to bed covers to bathroom to sockets. Everything was outdated. Air conditioner filter was choked and making weird noises. Our room was next to a railway track. Too noisy to sleep peacefully. Bathroom vents were dirty full of dust. On top of that parking was $32 per night. Parking lot was huge but almost empty. It was not mentioned clearly during booking that parking was not free. Suggestions: 1. The rooms need to be redone 2. Parking should be free 3. State clearly that parking is Not free Very dissapointed with marriott for the first time.

The room service was horrible, along with the elevator, as far with the amenities was ok. Room was ok. Food at the restaurant was average.

Everything was fine, it was a basic room - the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Our shower was constantly dripping and leaking but otherwise, everyone was friendly and helpful.

I was greeted immediately by the staff at the reservation desk with a kind smile. Being from Texas general greeting and hospitality are important. First impressions show the kind of management your hotel brings to the clients. My room was very clean. The bed and pillows incredibly comfortable. Best sleep ever. I was disappointed that we had to pay a third party vendor for parking. I was also surprised that Hilton did not offer any food, such as bagels, fruit, or pastries at the coffee bar. Other than that, my one night stay was great. Thank you
