My experience at the hotel was brief as I only needed to stay somewhere for the night. The girl at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. It is an older hotel but it was charming with an old timey elevator that reminded me of the Titanic movie. I loved how the room was decorated and it was clean. Only thing to consider is that the walk-in shower is very narrow and does not have a lot of room. But other than that I very much enjoyed my stay there and I would definitely stay there again if I'm ever back in Providence. Also a plus, they have a little coffee counter in the lobby and the Barista made a great maple latte.

This hotel is really poor and doesn’t live up to the Ash Hotels name. Our room was right above the karaoke bar which is not soundproofed at all, both nights we were kept awake by singing, whooping, and shouting until late. The room itself is poorly designed with furniture that seems designed to hit your ankles on, no long mirror, bad lighting, tiny shower that let water out into the whole bathroom. Our room was not cleaned despite us staying 2 nights. The hot water did not work, had to have cold showers. Room decor is dingy and dark. Some of the staff was moody and not overly welcoming. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
