This hotel is poorly maintained. The upholstery on the chairs was badly ripped., and the table was badly in need of refinishing. The paint was coming off the walls in big amounts in several places. Several people were sitting outside their rooms for a long time....why? It was actually scary. The waffles at breakfast were like cardboard. I saw someone else throw them out too. The front desk staff upon checking in, however, were very nice and accommodating. The cleaning people tapped on the door to see if we needed anything. The beds were comfortable. I would not stay here again, however, because no attention is being paid to the actual look and maintenance of the inside of the rooms.

Asked for a ground floor room 6 months in advance. They said they was out when arrived. Asked about boat hook ups with electricity when made reservations and said we were good to go. The electric outlets in parking lot did not work for boat hooks. The pavement in front of room was uneven and couldn’t back boat in front of room. Asked for a different room even on 2 nd floor but said sold out. Parking lot at night was 1/2 full so I know that wasn’t true. Had to run drop cords 3 rooms over and up to 2nd floor room and unable to close door at night. Been staying here for years along with other tournament fishermen but this place has went down hill in last few years. Will not be back !!

The bed and pillows were fine with me. The room was big enough for my need. The ac unit worked good. Ample parking.The staff was friendly. However, the chair seat, the tv remote, and the bathroom vent fan were all very dirty. Please see pics ( hopefully I sent them okay). Check in and out was a breeze. Hopefully these issues can/will be resolved in a timely manner. Thank you.

The peeling paint, the holes in the drywall with something oozing from it, smeared walls, spiders scrambling across the night stand…words just don’t do it justice. Lipstick on the light switch and hair in the shower as you bathe amongst the rust and mildew make you feel truly at home. The warped and peeling floor had our family falling head over heels. Did I mention the stained pillow case? Don’t worry if this doesn’t appeal to you though, you can skip around to the back of the property where a sign from the health department stands ready to greet you, letting you know the pool has been closed on their orders. Add that sweet smell of cigarette smoke to your non smoking room with your asthmatic lungs and you truly are one step from heaven… Due to the extent of the issues, I emailed the property via the Expedia app just before we left so the manager/owner could be made aware and was berated for it by the front desk upon checkout, who also called other employees around. She literally asked if it was in that condition when we got there-as if I scraped the paint away, made things ooze from the walls, threw up rust & sprinkled dirt and bugs around the room upon arrival. It was not only degrading but stunningly unprofessional. We were exhausted and didn’t feel good after traveling through several states, but I wish we left the moment we got there. It was surreal how awful the experience was. Good: first front desk was polite, and the sheets were clean despite the one stain

This hotel should never have cost me $93. These rooms are in terrible disrepair and the area is not that great. Max should have been $50-60. This property needs major work to be worth this price.

You get what you pay for. I wasn't expecting a five-star experience but I didn't expect the ceiling to leak. The staff was fantastic and moved me to another room (a much better one!) right way, but it was clear the hotel knew the first room leaked when they put me in it right before a big storm.

First night, 1 of our 3 rooms tv’s didn’t work. Next day, 1 room wasn’t cleaned at all and the floors were disgusting. You could see dirt all over them and the kids feet were black walking from the bathroom to the bed. I asked for the room to be cleaned snd was told cleaning was gone for the day at around 2pm a it world have to wait until the next day. Another room, the beds were made but they didn’t take out the trash. The toilets barely flushed taking multiple flushes. We also barely got to use the pool because the first 2 days the pool was closed for painting. Why wouldn’t you take care of that before opening the pool for the season! I wish I could get a discount because this was a very disappointing stay all together. The only positive was that the staff were very friendly.

A "you get what you pay for" situation. The rooms were clean enough... little things like the sink didnt drain well, and the chairs were stained. The bed sheets did seem nice and clean. The A/C worked well enough...kept the room cool but sounded like a jet plane. The staff was friendly enough...pleasant and helpful, but didnt seem very happy to be there. The parking was good enough...available but the parking lot was in disrepair. They did have pet friendly rooms, which was nice!

The shower would not drain. You end up standing in a couple of inches of water. The nearly 2” cockroach really turned this experience into a nightmare. The toilet did not flush properly as well. Do not go here!

The beds are extremely comfortable! The room was clean for what it was. The room smelled musty and of cigarette smoke. There were water stains on the ceiling, and everything looked extremely dated despite an obvious bathroom facelift. She's no show pony, but for the price it will do for a decent night's sleep. With a little loving the place could be a gem.

Room 124 smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. After one night in our 2 night stay we just left. Looked like the smoke detector had been tampered with. Haven’t seen only standard definition cable channels in a long time. Baby roach in the bathroom. Kind of creepy to see lights behind your exhaust fan in the bathroom that when you looked through the fan, you could see a corridor with the pipes. Concerning that somebody could be back there or easily set up cameras. All in all an unpleasant experience. Front desk people were very nice. The lobby smelled like smoke too a little bit. Sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. I would say fine for a $50 a night room. Pretty expensive on parents weekend and would recommend something else entirely.

Don't stay here! The first room they put us in the toilet didn't flush and there were dead bugs all over the windowsill. The second room was worse! There were dead bugs in the corners, windowsills, countertops...you name it! We were constantly killing live bugs on the bathroom counter and in the bathroom. There were empty soap wrappers on the floor of the bathroom from the last guest. We were afraid to open our bags! Would have moved hotels but there was no where to go. They REFUSED to REFUND our money for the unused nights when we were finally able to switch hotels. Unsanitary and Disgusting.

This place is horrible. Everything is filthy. The staircases haven't been cleaned in years. There was hair still in the sink. Bedspreads were stained. Dead cockroach in the light fixture I had 2 tables in my room and 1 little kids chair. I booked for 3 nights and checked out after the first night.

The hotel first wanted a $150.00 deposit for damages. The said smoking , damage the the room ect. Upon entering the room it stunk like stale cigarettes and cigarette smoke. The floor which they said was mopped daily had not been mopped ever. Walking on the floor which was a vinyl wood tile it felt dirty and the bottom of my feet came up black. Then when I pulled back the covers German cockroaches came out of the covers on the bed. When I confronted the staff they swore they mopped daily. However the cleaning carts did not have even a swifer mop, just brooms. Overall I have stayed at places all around the world in both 1rst and below 3rd would countries. This place was one of the worst rooms I have ever stayed in. The cigarette tar of the ceilings. The dents that convinetly matched someone with my size hands in the door. The insects. The smell ect. They offered to move me to another room however I chose to stay in mine due to the fact that if my room was that bad what were the others like. I would avoid this place. I will be calling days inn tomorrow..

TV didn't work. Asked for it to be fixed. Desk worker said she would send maintenance man when she found him. I guess she never did. Asked again the next morning could they fix the tv. Returned to room that night and it still didn't work. Sink was stopped up the first night, they did fix it. Several roaches seen in bathroom.

Unfortunately, there is a hundred and fifty dollar deposit that is refundable, but not written anywhere on expedia. My room was only ninety dollars and they wanted a hundred and fifty dollar deposit. Thank GodThe front deskWoman only made me come up with fifty dollars, but I wasn't expecting that.

Either my shower was not working or I don’t know how to operate that shower. Other than that everything was clean and up to date. Not sure if I missed breakfast I checked out before check out time idk.

This is a very old hotel. Staff were extremely nice Breakfast was good, but the overall condition of the facility, including the room I had and the combined lobby and dining area were a one star. I was told that the room had been completely renovated, and that was so far from the truth, that I can’t begin to find words to describe how far from the truth that was. I cannot believe that Wyndham allowed there name to be attached to this hotel!

Room condition was not great. Furniture and mattresses left a lot to be desired. Fan in bathroom didn’t work, electrical outlets wouldn’t hold the plug into it. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Light breakfast had more items than anticipated. No problems with noise

AC was very loud. TV cut on and off constantly. We were next to the cleaning crew room and they left all their carts and dirty linens pilled in front of our room making it difficult to exit or enter. Breakfast options were minimal. overall terrible experience
