Seems like a nice enough place when you walk into the lobby. Only 1 small elevator for a building with 5 floors. Many places throughout the common areas have wallpaper that is peeling. The furniture in the room was old, beat up, and in need of replacement. Shower took long time to get hot water flowing and toilet had to have the handle jiggled everytime it was flushed or it would run constantly. There were plenty of outlets to plug in laptop or phone but there were no USB ports on any of the power supplies so if you don't have a wall adapter for your USB cord, you can't charge your device. Mattress was a bit stiffer than most hotels I visit but was not horrible. The pillows on the other hand felt like bags stuffed with tissue paper and were basically useless. Breakfast is available but was not included in the nightly rate.

Room was clean. About the only good thing. Sink was falling apart. Toilet paper holder was falling out of sink. The pool got greener everyday, kinda fluorescent bythe time we left.Hoping we dont get infections. Management was lacking professional character to say the least. Sketchy people everywhere, pretty sure some were transients sadly.

Everything was great, the staff was so friendly. My girlfriend and I checked out and we got 20 mins down the road and she forgot her favorite cup in the room, so we turned around and the front desk was nice enough to give me another key and return to the room and get her cup. Only thing I do not like was there were not enough weight s in the weight room, also the equipment was broke. But other than that I will be staying there again.

The hotel is very run-down and I don’t know why they’d have all this signage everywhere advertising their new bistro that serves nothing but cheap microwaved food that the bartenders make. There’s not even a kitchen staff. They only have one good bartender, and he is amazing, the rest were pretty awful. My first room was so bad I asked to move, the second one was marginally better. The pictures online are either from when it was first built or another property entirely. So gross.

Not the best- the floors were dirty and had scratches from a bigger bog on them, the curtain had a rip in it. The ac unit had mold under it on the piece of wood it was sitting on with a hole that brought a breeze in from outside. The furniture was in terrible shape and the accent chair smelt like cigarettes. All of our clothing smelt of cigarettes when we left. There was a horrible marijuana smell in the room our last night there and a party below our room with really loud music still going after 9pm and the staff were rude when we told them about it and were not willing to fix the issue except to move us at 11 pm at night to a room with a smaller bed. Would not recommend or stay again. The pictures are very deceiving.

On 5th day had to ask for room to be cleaned. Then only received one set of towels even though evidently two guests were staying. Bathroom fan was black with soot or dirt. Bathroom door had dirty finger prints around knob. The young lady that checked us in and out very polite. Breakfast was good.

Although our room itself was clean, the hallways and elevator were not. They got dirtier throughout our Thursday to Sunday stay with no sign of anyone cleaning anything. There were buckets in hallways I’m guessing to catch leaks. The lounge closed early because it was “costing them money to stay open” per the bartender. Our room was never cleaned at all during our stay. I’ve stayed here in the past and was impressed. After this most recent stay, I will be booking elsewhere.

Floors were filthy. Door wouldnt close without putting a shoulder to it. Other doors were the same way. Outside sitting area in back had trash everywhere. Even with a very limited menu the restaurant didnt have items they offered. Drunk guy stumbling the hallways. Had no choice but to stay. Almost drove 8 hours home but couldnt get our money back. Buying a camper and traveling that way from now forward. Just terrible experiences here.

If the hotel hadn’t been prepaid, I would have left the moment I walked into the room. There were cracks in the walls, the toilet was loose and not connected to the floor or wall and ran constantly through the night, the refrigerator didn’t work, and there was a pubic hair on the shower wall. The bathroom door looked like it had been chewed on by a rat. Later, the air conditioner started making loud, disturbing noises, so we asked to be moved to another room. While that room was slightly better, the air conditioning still didn’t work, and the comforter was torn open with stuffing hanging out. My children even asked, “Why are we staying somewhere like this?”—which says everything. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, and I strongly urge the corporation to conduct a site visit to evaluate the condition of this property. That said, I want to commend the front desk employee—her name was either Vanessa or Brittany. She went out of her way to help us and did everything she could to make us feel comfortable. Her professionalism and kindness deserve recognition, especially given the circumstances and condition of the hotel.

Had a great overnight stay at the hotel. The only thing I can say is that our room didn’t stay as cold as would like and we had the AC on 60. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

I was somewhat disappointed the hotel on line did not look like it in person. The place needs renovations the room was dated the bathroom was old chipped walls. The room had a stale smell from the air conditioning unit. It was one night for me if it was longer I would’ve checked out to go somewhere else. 7.4 rating of the sight is incorrect!

Last year we stayed at the Hilton right next door. It needed upgrading badly. The Wyndham was wonderful. Large clean room, spacious bathroom, Very comfortable bed, quiet, easy access. Would recommend.

It was close to where I needed to be and the room was OK, nothing spectacular. What I didn't like is that upon checkin was told the room would only be serviced every 3 days and if we wanted to refresh towels to leave the old towels in the hallway and new towels in a bag would be place outside the door. I left towels in the hallway twice during my 4 day stay and never receive towels in a bag outside my door so had to go to the front desk to ask for new towels. Also, hallways need to be vacuumed as it was evident the halls had not been vacuumed as we found nail clipping in the hallway. Plenty of other hotels in the area, so next time I'll stay at one of the other hotels.

Stayed 5 nights. Did not clean room once. left dirty towels outside door and had to call operator 3 times to get towels set in front of door. Did not remove trash. cans were overflowing. Did not restock coffee. One roll of toilet paper that ran out in the middle of the night. (Had to shower using dirty towels) Had to walk the halls and find cleaning cart to replenish my shampoo and soap. When calling for towels I requested room to be cleaned and stocked. Never happened.

Staff was super rude and rooms was super dirty dont use them i have pictures to prove how dirty the bathroom was super dirty and u only get 2 towels and if u ask for clean ones they say we give out new ones every 3 days so if towels are used best hang it or ur wont have towels dry for evening i was very unhappy with their service especially staff so so so nasty rude to the guest i even got cursed out by an employee i was so nervous i had to get my family i got super scared !!!'

Hotel needs a lot of renovation. Room was missing Coffee Pot, Ironing Board, Alarm Clock. Some furniture was broken/falling apart. Floor in the room was not as clean as one would expect. Front desk staff during the day shift were not friendly at all - except for Diamond - and she was outstanding.

First off, front desk is unmanned. Waited almost 10 minutes to check in, we could hear them talking on phone. First night we were locked out of room due to key not working, waited another 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us to correct issue. Checking out, nobody around. Parts of hotel looked remodeled ie. Conference rooms but 5th floor has wallpaper pealing from walls near elevator. It was quiet and hot water is decent after it warms up but we probably won't stay here again.

I really like the hotel . The room was nice, the staff was very nice, and I like the bar in the main lobby. The only drawback to this place are the hotels around it. People walking around at all hours of the night, cutting through the parking lot, sitting in the woods behind the property. Unfortunately, there is nothing that this hotel can do to fix that problem unless it buys the hotels on either side of it. I will continue to stay at this hotel though when I’m in town.

This hotel is in a very commercial area just off I-26. Nearby restaurants and shopping are across a very high traffic 5/6 lane road. Walkable??? Inside hotel is very nice and comfortable. There is a bar and dining area inside hotel. Breakfast was a hot bar with cook to order items. Very nice. My ADA room was a little tight for my wheelchair in places but amenities where well suited. The mattress was very comfortable once I was able to climb up on it. :) Well worth the struggle. Bathroom was clean and spacious for my needs. For a newly renovated room furniture showed deep nicks and scratches but room was clean. Overall, it was quiet and comfortable and met our needs. We would book there again.

Front desk was very nice. Property is rather old and hallways were drab and the trash can in hallway was really dirty. Hotels on either side are really run down and makes it seem a little unsafe. Room is ok. It’s clean. Bathroom needs updated.

Needs more than a paint job refrigerators are either too small or freeze food. Showers heads need to be updated. Breakfast meals are basic and taste frozen. I would suggest to cook food to order verse buying already cooked.
