The breakfast is only so so. They do have coffee 24 hours a day. They did not post that they only clean rooms every 4 days. So you need to find places to hang wet towels and make your own bed. Also while we were there the exercise room and guest laundry were closed with no explanation . Not what I would expect of a Hilton.

The property was in good condition but the negative was the pool which didnt look like its taken care of because it was green and you could barely see the floor. The sweet tea that was offered for guests was amazing. I did say something to the front desk about the pool and was just given a blank stare and as a chief engineer i know its not safe to run the pool being in the condition it was but it didnt bother the desk clerk when told this.

It wasn't perfect but it's unrealistic to think any place is perfect. Our room was spacious and the bed was crazy comfy. Staff was nice and helpful. My kids loved the breakfast every morning. I loved the gym, but the ac was broken, but not a deal breaker. We didnt use the pool but I did notice it was closed with no date for reopening. Overall, we enjoyed our time.

That was me and my wife and kids and our dog. We stayed there for one night and experience was great friendly staff good breakfast. The pool was nice. It was a little cold and they didn’t have a hot tub which was kind of a bummer but other than that, it was great. The rooms were clean Specious and the people were friendly. I would recommend to anyone to stay here.

The property was in a good area for what I needed. The bad was paying for this place because it had a indoor pool but didn't use because it was dirty and yellow/green slim in the pool. Yes, I saw a couple people still use it but that was their choice. The pool looks like it was not cleaned in awhile. Outside the front main entrance by the fire pit had a lot of people with loud rap music playing with cursing language, drinking and the smell of marijuana. It was the same thing for the 2 days we stayed there. The people at the front desk could hear and see it but done nothing about it. I had a child with me and we had to walk by this mess at the front to enter the hotel. In the back at the smoking area had the same thing going on but had more people. This is the worst home2 suites I have stayed at. I usually stay at home2 suites because all of my past experiences were good at different locations but this one was the worst one. The bad part was the property managers at the front desk saw and heard what was going on and done nothing about it. It was being done at the front entrance and they can see and hear what is happening and done nothing about it.

Everything was great except the pool was closed 2 out of our 4 day stay for shocking treatment. That’s the only reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. Front desk offered us Hilton points for the inconvenience but not issued them to us.

We enjoyed the hotel, there's always positives and negatives: breakfast very good Staff very pleasant w the exception of the 2 morni g breakfast ladies, an older black woman and an asian woman. They werent rude, but very not interested in a "good morning" or even look at you. On the last day a young black woman, Dana i believe, was very sweet and cordial, said good morning and have a nice day. Room was clean enough, but the carpet was filthy. From the time we showered and walked around in the room(without going anywhere else) our feet were black. Carpet cleaning needs to happen. Bed linens were very old. Heavy pilling actually scratched us. I turned the sheet over and it was better. The top blanket had rips. Pool was a bit cloudy, and freezing. We were told that the heater was broken and there were no plans to fix it. Disappointing Loved there were drawers in the bathroom! The bed was actually comfortable as most hotel mattresses are not. Seemed a lengthy process to check in, many mouse clicks and about 20 mi s per guest. We dont usually wait that long at other chains, perhaps its just your systems. It was for all of us as there were 3 ahead of me and only one associate at prime time

The room wasn’t properly cleaned. The shower was dirty and there was hair stuck on the shower walls when i got there and no one came to clean it. You can hear the noises in the hallway and from nearby rooms. Someone had a dog in a nearby room and there was kids making noise and running through the hallway every day and it was annoying. The breakfast is decent if you like basic breakfast foods.

The room was dirty, Sofa was stained and ripped, and the chairs were severely stained. The carpet had grime on it. The shower doors were extremely difficult to open and close. (off the rails and no handles)

The rooms were dirty. The sheets were used before and not changed. The showers were not clean and the food areas has old food stains and crumbs everywhere. There were also dirty dishes in the cupboard. Ultimately, we decided to checkout and go to another premises. However, the font desk manager, Meghan, was kind and tried to assist as much as possible.

There was black mold on the ceiling and on the wall behind the bed. Literally was the nastiest room I ever been in. Took 20 mins to check in at night because the clerk disappeared felt bad for the lady in front of us as she was waiting longer. Loud music, people smoking cigarettes and having a party at front entrance.

The gentleman at the front desk in the evening was very pleasant. Checking in was fast and easy. The room was clean and quiet. The only thing which is a personal preference is that all of the pillows were too soft.

The Heating and AC unit in the room was terrible. The fan wasn’t adjustable. It ran continuously. The wall controls didn’t allow me the run the fan on auto setting. The was noisy and ran all night!

Excellent hotel!!! We really enjoyed our stay. We had a 2 bedroom suite and there was plenty of space for 3 adults and a baby. It had a full fridge, mini kitchen with a sink and a microwave. The bedroom area was very spacious, as was the bathroom. My only complaint was that the shower door would not close. We tried it from both ends but the shower door kept sliding open while showering resulting in the floor getting wet. Also, the shower pressure was terrible. Too light for my taste. Other than that, the room was great! There was also a patio seating in the front area with a fireplace. We didn't take advantage of that but if you need to unwind with company, that is the go-to spot. Lobby area has snacks for purchasing and there's free continental breakfast available. Before I forget, the hostess at the breakfast area omggggg she was the best!! I'm sorry I didn't get her name but she was definitely a rock star each morning. We enjoyed our stay and will be glad to stay there again.

The bathroom door was a pocket door and it did not close so we had to use the bathroom with no door to close and they weren't even apologetic. I asked for a different room they said their were not any and I had to ask 3 times for a discount or credit toward our Hilton honors points.

I check in through the Hilton app and i never received the digital access card,i have to check in again at front desk. I ask to use the bathroom and was disgusting,they have a welcome tablet with hot cocoa but hot water was removed by staff she ask,he said was no more hot water we also asked for extra set of sheets for the sofa cama because they don't have in our room,Saturday afternoon we ask for extra towels they said is going to be wild because there was not staff available, but breakfast and the 2 ladies working was great.

Tay was working when we arrived. She was very kind and attentive. We checked in which was very quick. When we came back to the hotel we needed an extra blanket. Tay immediately went and got the blanket herself.

Check in is at 3. Weren’t given room until 5:30. First room had no door handle to the bathroom and hair all over the shower. Moved to another room with a door handle that didn’t lock and less hair. We are traveling musicians and didn’t get to rest before our performance. Power went out and one of our wives was stuck in the eleveator for over an hour and the manager on hand didn’t know how to reset the elevator cause he tried the wrong key. A maintenance person finally got there after hour and got the right key which took to minutes to open the elevator. Luckily my girlfriend had her phone and some snacks to keep here distracted but she had to use the restroom the whole time. Manager in hand didn’t haven a clue. Was told I would be comped for the room and receive vauchers from gm the next day. Haven’t received anything

John, the night service person, and I use the word “service”, was for lack of a better word pathetic. We mentioned the trash over flowing at 6pm when we left for out event, and when we returned at 9:30, the trash was still there. We told him the phone in the room didn’t work, he said, “wiggle the cord”, also, when asked if there was any air freshener for the room, he said there wasn’t any, that’s just how the rooms smelled because of the humidity. He appeared to have more interested in eating his cherries behind the desk, rather than assisting the patrons staying at the hotel. When I spoke to the morning attendant, she did I was not the first person to say something to her about this particular employee. In addition to this, when returning to the hotel, the sprinkler heads were spraying water over 85% of the entrance leaving you the options of either getting wet, or walking in the dirt and a small portion of the side walk. By far the worth place I’ve ever stayed.

Our stay was awesome. The night host was a very friendly gentleman, who checked us in. Our room was very clean. Very pet friendly hotel, which was nice. We received a welcome bag for our dog with a toy, treats, and poo bags, which was very nice. The breakfast was delicious. They had a big variety of breakfast items to satisfy everyone. We enjoyed the coffee, eggs, and waffles. The staff made sure all items were fresh, and kept this area amazingly clean considering the amount of people who were partaking.

It was quiet property. The staff was very nice. In 9 days someone came to clean on day 5 and 6. The breakfast is disgusting. If they hadn't had a sign to say what something was i would not have known. They ran out of milk and a few days later there still wasn't any. People weren't happy about that and just in general. The workers kept the area clean and stocked as well as they could whoever does the ordering definetly wasn't ordering correctly. So the one person working each day was getting attitude from people and it wasn't their fault. I felt very sorry for them.
