March 2025. The hotel is under a lot of construction. From the lobby, and hallways to the elevator and swimming pool (which they started working on in the 7:00 hour on a Saturday morning). Because of the construction, they were not serving breakfast instead handing out grab and go. We can understand construction but wish it would have been made clear on the site before we booked. In the room, we were there about 10 minutes and the cable went out on both tvs. Neither worked the rest of our stay. The front desk was not helpful with this situation at all. Our toilet also did not work. We had to take the back off and had to move the parts manually to get water into and out of the tank. Maybe after construction it will be nice but I would not recommend right now.

Check-in was very slow and seemed unorganized. I was told pool was open only to have the kids terribly disappointed when we got outside and found a pool closed sign customer service said they didn’t know it was closed.

This property is pretty dated. The pool is in shambles. All of the patio furniture is either cracked, and broken or severely faded. The pool was dirty. They have hand towels on the rack for the pool. The shower curtain rod was broken and leaning. The mattresses are AWFUL! I was not aware they changed the pet fee to PER night. Most properties do per stay. I had to pay 75.00 for a pet stay. Location is convenient to the highway and other retail establishments.

Great place to stay while visiting CSU. Easy access to the interstate. Entire hotel has been completely renovated. I would’ve given the property 5 stars but the room didn’t have bedding for the pullout couch and we had to get it ourselves, the breakfast was extremely limited, and the elevator was a bit rickety. We would probably stay there again though.

So I paid online after the purchase went thru I was only then notified that it was under construction and because I paid online no refund was available. There was no laundry available, the entire second and third floor was blocked off. My fiancee couldnt even blow dry her hair without the breaker flipping off. The biggest problem was the fact that it wasn't until after I payed online for my room they tell me it's under construction. At that point I couldnt cancel or book a later date.

every trash receptacle was full for four days. water in pool was slimy and has not been cleaned in awhile. no pool towels. killed a cockroach in our room saw another in the hall. carpet was crusty and nasty in the halls and the rooms.

We got there and our room was filthy. I talked to manager she offered to switch my room I went to the new room and it was worse off than my room. So I just bought cleaning supplies and cleaned my own room. The floors were not cleaned or vacuumed the bathroom had sunflower seeds from the last individual who stayed there there was burn marks on the counter of a nonsmoking hotel and they have roaches. We stayed at the facility before and it was not like this but now it’s rough

Very poor choice for breakfast- Staff claims its changing practices and management. Notified Front Desk of the following issues: 1. Very Soiled Carpet with stains. 2. Coch Roaches in bathroom. 3. Shower diverter broken = limited shower water. 4. Window open, off track, causing drafty room air flow? Other than that, won't stay there again.

This property had bed bug infested rooms. There was blood on the sheets, from someone who was previously bitten, the property was run down and when we arrived AC unit was broken, toilet dirty, floors stained and black, felt unsafe leaving my car outside. Did not leave bags in room - came back later to go to bed after being out all day. My friend and I noticed bed bugs crawling on walls, on the sheets, and pillows. I have bites on my legs now. Forced to pack up at 9:30 pm and leave the hotel and find another hotel. Fighting with hotel for a refund with Expedia. All the front desk lady could say was “I get it it’s disgusting” when I was reiterating how disgusting that was to find and unacceptable. We should have known it was a red flag when every single window and door on each room was wide open “airing out” upon arrival- and property justification was “ renovations” if anyone wants to see pictures I am happy to share. Horrified is an understatement

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The carpets were filthy and stained- we didn't dare take our shoes off. The aor conditioner was off when we entered and the room was roasting. When turned on, the air conditioner was very loud and kept us awake. A broken smoke detector dangled fromnthe ceiling, the elevator is a year out of compliance and doesn't function properly. Guests had dogs in the breakfast area barking at other guests and eating off the tables. There was a bug on the bed and the under linens were soiled. The refrigerator froze everything we put in it. Thankfully we kept insulin for a family member in our cooler and not in the fridge as it would have been ruined. Everything isdirty and outdated. The morning employee at the desk was sullen and uninterested in helping. The dirtiest, most disgusting place.

Staff was very friendly and hotel including room was very clean. Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Restaurants and shopping were close. We did not partake in the complimentary breakfast due to other commitments but it smelled good. We would definitely stay here again.

Well when I checked in the heat or a/c didn’t work. So they switched us rooms and the room we got switched to didn’t have pillows or a remote so we have to take from the first room to the second to get comfortable which wasn’t a good experience.

It was a nice room. Comfty bed, auto ac/heat, desk/workspace had plenty of room, and the fridge worked too well and froze my salad. The only major downfall was the shower curtain didnt extend enough to stop water splashing onto the floor.

The room was clean, basically comfortable. We have never been in any state in our life that didn’t have glasses to take your medication‘s or to drink water with. That was terrible. Additionally, they’re even though they have a microwave they have refrigerator. They have no coffee pot that is also unacceptable. They have a lot of state of yard things connections for your iPhone, etc. but no glass for water. No coffee should be thought completely by management of this chain or whoever owns this. The staff was very accommodating. Also, I don’t know why the heck our air-conditioning was set at 64 and we tried to get it up to 70.

After checking in went to my room. When i got in room i found the refrigerator was not working and smelled bad, also thers was a lamp missing from beside bed,the desk light was broken. The TV did not work and desk chair was broken. Called front desk and they sent the maintence man. He did a great job getting everything changed and he made sure everything was working properly. The staff were all very good.

Monica was rude and unhelpful I needed to cancel my reservation, was unable to locate my reservation confirmation number. Had to drive in to deal with them as I could get nobody on the phone. Expedia impossible to reach a person. She got angry and refused my request for printout then wrote a # on a postit that was invalid. Will never use Expedia or stay at a comfort inn again.

The hotel is in the process of remodeling but it was clean, comfortable and the staff was amazing. Jamal was amazing in helping us check in over the phone when our plans changed. The evening woman (I didn't get her name) has a great sense of humor while helping us check out. She clearly loves her job and its infectious. The remodeling is looking great, clean and modern. The hotel was quiet, did not hear other guest, or outside noise.

Our stay was wonderful! Even though they have a huge remodel going on, it was never a problem. The staff was awesome, and the noise from the remodel/refresh was barely heard (8am-6pm). There were things that they did not have while we were there (hot breakfast, pool), but that was not a problem because we knew that before we got there. The room was comfortable and clean, and we were taken care of if we needed anything. I would highly recommend this place for anyone coming to the area!

Very clean and comfortable. Comfy beds, yummy breakfast and the kids loved the fresh cookies in the evening. We stayed here after evacuating for Hurricane Milton and the staff was very accommodating when we needed to make last minute changes. My only complaint was that the pool was closed for the season but most of the other area hotels had theirs closed as well so I can’t fault them.

The young man that was at the front desk when we checked in was great! He was courteous, got us checked in quickly, smiled the whole time and answered all of our questions . The hotel was clean and room was nice, breakfast was yummy and staff was kind.
