Got put in a room where all the reconstruction was going on and all through this stay, I was kept up all night with noises from the workers knocking on the walls and other construction equipment

15 minute wait to check in with wait for desk staff and key not working and staff having to come out. TV didn't work and it turned out the frig didn't either but only after my food had spoiled - they did give me $2 to buy ice when I left which cost $3.75. But the worst part was the "Breakfast Included" which consisted of COFFEE and nothing else! Hotels.com from past experience is not bothered by FRAUDULENT claims by the hotels! This isn't the first time that what is advertised is not REALITY !!!

property was old old old and not well maintained. basics like toiletries, tissues, coffee, tea, non existent. pleasant helpful staff barely made up for shortcomings. get what you pay for.
