Econo Lodge Walterboro I-95

The room was clean, the shower was hot, the AC was cold and quiet.

Room was very clean including crisp white sheets. Staff was lovely. Single female traveler and I felt quite safe.

I checked into the hotel Sunday night at 2 o'clock in the morning. I rang the bell, waited a couple of minutes, about three or four minutes, nobody came, rang it again, and a girl screamed at me from the back. Finally, a guy came out. I requested having the first floor. He refused. He said since I booked through Hotel dot com , I didn't pay enough to get the first floor. Then he also told me that I couldn't get the continental breakfast, which is free at every hotel in America, except here. He told me again, because I booked through Hotels dot com, it was too cheap of a reservation, so I would have to pay extra for that. And then I only got room service three days out of five days. It's just a real crappy place. I wouldn't recommend it. There's plenty of other places to stay. You don't need to stay here. This place is awful.

I had a quick, one night stay at this motel. I found everything in my room was working well. The bathroom had been updated. There was plenty of warm water and it was very clean (as was the entire room). The property is safe and very conveniently located to I-95. There are several good places to eat nearby. I will return to this property in the future.
