Our room was not cleaned well. We could see footprints on the floor when we walked in and splash marks still on the mirror. Water in the shower did not go down the drain because it was clogged so I ended up standing in water while I showered.

It was clean, really nice rooms, comfortable stay and kids loved the pool and waterslide.

Desk clerks were very friendly, recommended a great family restaurant nearby. The room was clean and spacious, sink outside the bathroom; this is great so one can be in the bathroom, and others can use sink at the same time. Window shades make it nice and dark for sleeping in the comfy bed. The pool and hot tub were very nice, we were also very pleased that they were open late. There is a huge slide that lands next to the pool, not in the pool, which is so much safer! The kids love it. We had a great stay.

Everything was good except that there wasn’t an ice bucket in the room.

Great room, breakfast, pool, helpful staff, and great value for the price. Quiet all night and good location. Room was clean. We had 2 family suites. In one suite, the shower didnt work, but everything else was functioning well.
