Convenient hotel that provides convenient hours on their pool, restaurant, and room service. Pool water was quite cold, which was a little frustrating. Many people that came in would test the water then immediately leave. I had some issues with toilet not flushing well and refrigerator not very cold but other than that we enjoyed it.

Hotel and room were clean, fancy, and well-priced. My only complaint is the guest parking is farther away than the airport itself. So if you're renting a car for your trip, don't do so until after your stay.

This was a great way to end my vacation, since my flight arrived at a late hour into TYS. It is an easy and straight walk from baggage claim to the Hilton,or they will come get you in their shuttle. The hotel is great. Pool is fun, too, Restaurant and bar on site.

It was a super convenient hotel connected by a walkway to the airport. The parking is not ideal as you have to lug your luggage upstairs and through the conference center where there were activities happening. With my flight delay it was very convenient to be so close

If you’re flying in/out or have a layover it’s a good overnighter because you can literally walk to your gate from the hotel and the rooms are pretty clean and nice.. However I don’t recommend staying here for the amenities or if you’re driving to the hotel by car.. at the time I stayed (late December) the front lobby entrance was torn up for construction, the pool was closed which was disappointing (main reason I picked them over other spots cause of the super nice pool they had).. there was zero warning about the construction and pool closure during booking. They were also the more expensive option than the neighboring hotels that night as well.. It’s also in the dead middle of the airport soo accessing by car is tricky because the main entrance is where the arrivals/ departures area is Breakfast buffet is pretty limited and not something they should have charged for in my opinion. In summary, it’s good place to stay overnight if you want to be within walking distance to your gate. Otherwise there’s better options to stay at where you get more for less $$$

There was a used washcloth in my shower with the prior occupants hair on it hanging from the shower bar. I arrived in the evening so there was no reason this should be there. I was told that my breakfast would be covered given this. I was provided a voucher which was never applied to my bill after check out. Parking is also difficult to navigate. I was instructed to leave my bag sitting at the front desk, drive to the parking which wasn't very close, walk back and then I would be able to get my bag to take to my room. The parking was also a little tricky to find, especially for a hotel. While this is adjacent to the airport, I don't think that one benefit is enough to offset the other issues. I would not stay here again

The parking was 100 or so yards from the front desk and even further to the room. Upgrades were attempted, but old wallpaper and mold were visible. The worst part was several long hairs on the bed. I was scheduled for four nights and left after one. I will not stay again and would not recommend to anyone else.

For the price - you’re better off staying further from the airport and getting a better facility. The pool was disgusting; cloudy & floating stuff in it. The wallpaper was literally falling off walls. My room was dirty and not worth the cost. Would not recommend this place.

Room was very nice however the housekeeping didn’t actually clean it before we checked in. there was still trash and food on the floor. They came in immediately to clean it up. No QC on the cleaning.

The best part of the hotel is the distance to the airport, quite literally right out the baggage claim doors. We got in at 9:30, the restaurant was still open and the pizza was a good price. Shower was nice, took a little while to warm up but it was super hot after. Staff were friendly and kind. We were facing the airport and the planes were a little loud but it wasn’t unbearable. If you are sensitive to noise I would ask to stay on the other side.

Solid Hilton hotel. Very friendly people at the front desk and a decent gym. However, we were put in a lower floor room overlooking the bar and there was some form of construction going on. Furthermore, whenever you turned off you computer and turned it back on, you were required to re-sign into the Hilton's internet, which was a pain. Most hotels require just one sign-in every 24 hours, which should be the standard for a Hilton.

Check in was poor, didn’t explain about breakfast or facilities just handed the key and wanted my credit card immediately. Hotel was really tired, doors chipped, carpets worn, swimming pool was dusty and flies in the pool. The worst was breakfast, we went in and was told where to sit and then given menus without any explanation as to why as it’s a buffet breakfast. The server as us what we wanted to drink and we said tea. She didn’t seem impressed and left. She brought back a coffee pot with hot water which was obviously broken and only let a dribble out on a pour. The tea provided was two choices, an orange tea!!! And earl grey. We made the tea to then find it tasted of coffee due to the pot used, it was disgustingly. Very little choice on the hot breakfast, very poor buffet for the price. As we were eating our breakfast one of the server walks up and puts a wallet with a bill on on our table saying both and walking away. We literally were half way through our breakfast, it was so rude. I got up and went over to tell her our breakfast was included but she said it wasn’t, I said it definitely was and tried to show her my Hotel.com receipt but she wasn’t interested. As I walked back to the table she suddenly went straight to the reception I would suppose to check. She came back to her station without any confirmation that I was correct until my wife asked and she said it was. No apology and glares throughout the rest of our time there . I checked in at midnight. The week before I stayed also having a late flight out the next evening. As I sat waiting I went to frint desk and asked if they would find someone who had a late flight. I am allowing them to check out later than one lady at the desk told me that if I was a Hilton Honors member, they could extend this stay till 3 PM So this week when I decided that I would stay at the Hilton again, I joined the honor program checking in at midnight. I work at 9:30 called the front desk and ask if it was capable for me to have a later. Check out the girl at the desk said they could extend it till two when I asked my only till two I had asked prior and they said three she was snippy with me told me if you ask before then why are you calling and asking now and hung up on me like giving me the chance to explain that I had asked before the week before So I got up, showered and got dressed out of the room by 130 went down to have lunch at 2:30 return to my room to get my suitcase and my room key was in active so I had to go back to the front desk and have it activated when I handed it to the girl who was the one I'm sure I talked to earlier on the phone. She just took my card went reactivated it and handed it back to me without saying a word Not very friendly. After retrievingmy bag before leaving the room again, I double checked to be sure there was nothing left behind. I looked under the bed. Traveling out of TYS, I conveniently dropped mu rented car the easily walked to the hotel to sleep. The next morning I walked easily to the airport taking about 3-4 minutes to get there.

The food at the restaurant was great. We had dinner there and breakfast and the staff was attentive knowledgeable, and the food was tasty and hot. The room on the other hand, the heater was very noisy. The beds were soft besides the fact that something bit my roommate on the knee in the middle of the night. The walk-in shower was nice except that the water was scolding hot or ice cold. There was no way of getting it warm and it took over 20 minutes of the water running to get hot water. OK.

I stayed one night after a long day of flights and it was Devine! Beautiful, walking distance from airport so I could save a day on rental car charges! Restaurant was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there for longer trips to the area in a heartbeat!
