Pool and hot tub were closed, the trash cans around the property were full all weekend

The included breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently located a half mile from the Knoxville airport. Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the property letting people park their cars in the parking lot while they leave town on vacations or business trips. My wife said it is a service they advertise. I don’t feel the parking lot is big enough to accommodate that service.

Staff were all awesome! They were friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were not maintained— algae were growing in both.

Property gives the appearance of having seen better days. Shabby carpet in the corridors, shower faucet didn't work and we had to be moved to another room. Beds were fine, no problems. Breakfast was O.K., except the sausages appeared uncooked (Brown & Serve, unbrowned) and the scambled eggs were overcooked. Another guest had to report that the waffle batter was "like water". There at least was an attendant on hand, who I'm sure was doing her best, but clearly didn't know anything about preparing food. Biggest disappointment was that the indoor pool was closed. Had looked forward to that.

Ran out of hot water very quickly in the shower. Hot tub was out of order. Breakfast below average. Clean comfortable hotel for the money though.

They did not have an airport shuttle as advertised. The pool was closed for maintenance. We ended up going to a different hotel.

Property was terribly outdated. The rooms weren’t cleaned, they tried to check me on to a dirty room. They then checked me into a room which smelled like smoke and the shower was moldy. The pool was outdated and seemingly dirty. The jets in the hot tub did not work. The water was dirty. Overall this was not a good stay it was terrible.

Pool out of service and the room wasn't clean. We open the sofa bed and was crumbs in the mattress plus I have to go to the lobby for the sheets and blanket and the guy there with the pants very low. cleanliness no good at room or hotel. Is good because is close to the airport.

Upon arrival to the room it had a musty smell. The bedding was stained. The ceiling in the room had been repaired due to a water leak at some point, it wasn't properly repaired and just thrown together. The pool had a closed sign and wasnt available for use.

The staff members were very friendly at the hotel which is the only reason I gave the facility more than one star. The room itself was in terrible condition. The most alarming part of the stay was the blood splatter on the bathroom wall. The bathroom door was very torn up on the inside, it was all quite disturbing. The in-room sprinkler in case of a fire was completely rusted over, I doubt it actually worked. The hotel shuttle was not running, forcing me to use taxi service to get to the airport. And lastly the pool was closed. Overall this hotel stay was rather horrible, I will never stay here again and I would advise others to find an alternative.

The floor was sticky and dirty. The couch was filthy, you couldn't even sit on it. The sheet was coming off the bed and when I went to put it on the mattress pad was filthy underneath! Carpet is tearing and no towel racks in the bathroom or any where else.

Our room had a funky smell. The walls in the bathroom looked like they had leaking issues and the bathtub looked like mold growing. The hotel is conveniently located, but the room itself was horrible. Will not stay here again.

This place needs a visit from health department. We had to be moved room 1' because literally was mold on the bed. Room 2' had to be moved because they gave us keys to a room already occupied. The 2nd set of rooms were not much better. Very dated, musty and damp.. humid at the same time. Mold on curtains in both rooms. Hallway ceiling tiles covered in mold. Stair wells dirty, stuff all over the floors. Mold everywhere. Black mold to be exact. Staff more concerned with personal calls while "helping " you check in. The free breakfast is nasty. Not sure what "eggs" they serve.. toaster only does one side of bread and takes about 4 min to make. Sausage isnt even cooked to look done. Butter is basically frozen. But at least the yogurt was in date and good. If we had a back up available we would have just ate the $1000.00 we paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights and went elsewhere. Being military, all 4 of us couldn't imagine how it could possibly be worse than anything we slept in before. Beds are not clean.. floors nasty. Pretty sure we are all sick now....Staff rude.... we felt so gross when we left, as soon as we got home we all showered and washed anything that had been in those rooms. I brought my pillow from home to use. As ive had issues with my neck since Iraq...after we seen the rooms I didnt even bring it out of my vehicle. If your reading this... AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

The room was pretty dirty. Mold spots on ceiling in several places. Couch was stained. Several surfaces were dirty as well. Curtains were stained.

When I first walked into the room there was a large bug crawling on the floor. The room was very outdated which is not a major problem but on top of that the room was dirty. The couch that was there was stained. The room also had a very heavy ammonia smell. Overall I would not stay here ever again.

I rented two rooms. One of the rooms was NOT previously cleaned before being rented to me! The same room was also INFESTED with BEDBUGS my mother and daughter had already spent two nights in the room before we discovered that there were bedbugs in the room. My mother did complain about being bitten by something she assumed it was a mosquito bite. I was awakened by a phone call from my mom saying that she couldn’t sleep because something was biting her in the bed. I went over to inspect the situation, pulled the covers back and discovered little bugs everywhere. All the manager could do was apologize! I also expressed my concern that the room had not been previously cleaned, and she could not verify the last time that the room have been sanitized properly! I would advise you NOT, to stay at this hotel. I am currently back home washing and sanitizing all of my belongings that we took on the trip. Praying that I don’t end up with BEDBUGS in my home!

Hotel was filthy and not taken care of at all. Waited over 20 mins for front desk to show up at check in. Saw the room and refused to have my family stay here. Smelled awful, walls crumbling, mild on ceiling, stains all over the coach. Absolutely disgusted by this hotel. Left and had to sing somewhere else to stay.

The entire hotel smells & is damp. Everything is damp. The carpet, the floors, the sheets. I feel like my lungs have mold in them now

Seemed very dirty and the smell was awful. Lots of stains on the floor and curtains.

Room dirty. Dirty towels. Roaches. Stains in curtains, walls(mold on ceiling in bathroom and corners), rust stains in tub, sheets torn. Pull out coach had no linens or pillows. When we asked front desk for some he was out of pillows. We stayed 3 nights and needed more towels but told they were out. Pool and hot tub not swimmable, hot tub green and slimy and pool so cloudy you couldn’t see through and debris floating. Rooms loud(large cracks around door) and could hear everything in halls and nextdoor.

Check in was easy and front seat was friendly. Beds were very comfortable.

Location and parking for a week in order to travel was a plus. The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired as did the noise from the gym being heard upstairs until 11 pm.

The hotel was very nice staff included. Rooms were a spacious with comfortable beds and pillows

We stay at comfort suites a good bit. This was by far the worst condition and comfort I have ever experienced at a Comfort Suites.. needs to be updated and deep cleaned… Bed was like sleeping on bricks and bathroom was very displeasing.

Friendly and a good breakfast. Room was a bit noisy A/C and mini frig.

I stayed in a room with one king bed. The mattress is completely worn out and needs replaced. There is a large body sized dip on one side of the bed.

Overally the whole stsy wasnt horrible. The decor was dated. There were holes in the room and the stucco on the walls were being patched.

Our room was cancelled without warning when they claimed they called us asking for a new credit card to pre authorize the room 24 hrs in advance and no one ever called.

Great room and good service. I was disappointed with the shuttle to the airport started at 5:00 am. The information on line did not tell me that when I search for booking. I needed a 4:30 am ride to the airport. Therefor a cab needed to be called.

Went to check in and was told the manager had canceled my reservation. Would have been nice if they were any type of human and gave me a call, or email...stupid MFer's!

The female clerk that checked us in was beyond enormously, rude and disrespectful. She did not want to let me check in because my name is William on my drivers license, but the reservation was under Bill and she argued with me for 15 minutes saying that it was not the same person or the same name. She asked me if I was stupid for not understanding her. I had her call her supervisor and he cleared it. The hotel itself was very clean, very spacious and very quiet, but she is a very bad fixture of that hotel the next day she continued to give me dirty looks And shrug her shoulders

I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and we would be arriving late. I called the hotel before booking to double check that they had a 24 hr shuttle. I even called them during my layover to say my flight was delayed and re confirm that the shuttle would be availble to pick us up. We arrived at midnight, went to the hotel shuttle stop, called for a the shuttle and he said he would head over. We waited 25 minutes, tried to call the hotel with no answer, and ended up paying $23 for an Uber to take us half a mile. The clerk showed up shortly after we arrived, but never mentioned anything about coming to pick us up. On top of that, I prepaid through Hotels.com, and was also charged for one night from the hotel on the card I left for incidentals. I've called 3 times and each time I've been told it shows they credited my account but after more than one month, it's not showing up on my end. I would skip this hotel when visiting Knoxville.

This property was very dirty. The man who checked us in was wonderful. It was almost impossible to get to the hotel during rush hour traffic we had to pass our turn for the hotel completely and go to an exit down the road and circle back around to get to it. Very crazy traffic layout in that area.

Excellent location near airport. Clean and very helpful staff. The lights on the nightstands did not work. Other than that it was excellent.

The highway / cross street that needs to be maneuvered while driving to and from the hotel is very busy and difficult to cross. No traffic signals in the area.

I read all the reviews after booking. I almost canceled but decided to rough it out. Boy!! Nothing could be farther from the truth. The staff was friendly, the room was impeccable, bathroom was clean and sheets were clean. Breakfas area clean and good food. I don't know if I was even at the right Hotel. Seriously nothing to complain about.

Not as likeable this trip, breakfast was old and horrible, no cream fo the coffee, very little offered. What was offered very stale.

We were told breakfast would be 8-10. We went down at 9 and was told by the lady that she had just put everything away as she dumped a whole plateful of sausage links into the trash. Milk was 2 days past due, the small cartons. The fold out bed had a piece of metal that ripped my pants and so thankful that my 1 year old grandson didn't poke his eye out.

The hotel was great. Bed was very comfortable and AC worked very well (cold cold) Breakfast was very good, a large variety to choose between and clean. Because of storms we choose to purchase water and snacks from front desk rather than venture out in the storms. Very pricey.. caught us off guard bc we are usually prepared. But. Did have a big selection but pricey

Breakfast area was very dirty., tables were dirty… counters in eating are hadn’t been wiped down… orange juice was bad

The morning breakfast was pretty good with some hot food options. The room was not very clean, other than the bathroom. It needed to be vacuumed or the carpets needed to be professionally cleaned.

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was so -so. First morning eggs and sausage served cold. Recommend highly especially for an airport hotel. Very quick with shuttle service.
