It was easy access from the interstate. Staff was great. Only thing I didn’t like was all the doors to rooms are on the outside of the building and you have to walk outside to go for the great breakfast they have.

The only downside was exterior doors. Everything else was fine for our overnight stay. I particularly appreciated an early check-in time of 2:00.

Traveling with my husband to my niece's wedding. The rooms were clean, staff friendly. However, there was a college age fishing tournament going on and they took over the parking lot including parking their boats in next to the stairwells and lower floor rooms so that during the rain...we got drenched and could not reach our room. Most probably should have been a policy about where to park their equipment so that other guests could reach their rooms.

This is a motel not a hotel. Doors face the parking lot. It wasn't bad....just not great. Room was clean and the guy at the front desk was really nice. The only real negative was that the air conditioner did not work....at all.

It was easy access on and off the high way as we were just traveling by looking for a quick place to rest. We were able to park right in front of room. Plus it was 20$ cheaper from all the rest across the street. Left too early for the breakfast but definitely a bonus in the price.

booking through Expedia is quick and easy but had to really watch because the check in date kept trying to default into the current date instead of the following date that we wanted. Got to the property and the gentleman was extremely busy. He really should have had another staff person to help. We did not know we would be placed on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We did not even know there was a 2nd floor. Our sister and brother in law was checking in at the same time. We had both been assigned 2nd floor rooms. We assured him that would be impossible for hour elderly bodies with knee replacements and hip replacements. he was finally able to find us first floor rooms while people continued to pour in after him.. he was courteous and kind . we promised to call the property to make special requests in the future. He gets an A in customer service, kindess and patience.

Overall it was good for the price. The toilet looked like it was going to overflow every time but it never did! The gym was two items. A treadmill and spin bike. The room was clean and the smell of the cleaner was overpowering as you first walk in.

Very nice hotel with extremely nice staff. Clean, well maintained, and excellent price. Parking is not the greatest and driveway up to the hotel is risky, especially if inclement weather conditions.

We stayed overnight as a stopover on our way north. The hotel was close to the highway, but you couldn’t hear the noise from the room. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast made it convenient for a quick return to the road in the morning. I’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and safe in a convenient location, just 2 miles from downtown where we spent most of our time at a festival. We had a delicious, hot breakfast each morning and was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. We highly recommend staying here!

We stopped for a night after a travel day on the way home from vacation. The location was convenient and the grounds were well kept, lobby was very nice, and pool are was nice. I normally don’t stay in places with outside doors but after reading the reviews and going in a busy travel weekend we made the choice to stay. It felt safe and family oriented. The beds were very comfortable as well. The room appeared cleaned but had the residual odor of cigarettes and pets covered up by alot of room spray. The rooms are supposed to be non smoking. We turned up the ac and opened the door for a while, but I could still smell cigarettes and pets. The kids and my husband were exhausted and ready to settle in and didn’t want to ask to switch rooms at that point. My allergies were awful all night, when prior to being in the room were ok. For the price we paid ($172 after tax) I would expect better.

The staff checking us in was kind and enthusiastic. However the staff checking us out was cold. The breakfast was normal hotel food. The property is a motel that has been renovated. It wasn't the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, but not the best either. The room was clean. The rug around the AC unit was wet. Thankfully the room did not smell musty.

This hotel is very convent to I 40. I do recommend the south side rooms opposite the interstate traffic. The hotel was clean and quiet as advertised. I liked the setting which is on top of a hill. Checking in and out was easy.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. We had some WI-FI issues and the front desk people were extremely helpful and quickly responded, resolving the issue. Breakfast was always hot, with plenty available during the serving hours. Location is fantastic, easy on to I-40 with plenty of restaurants in the immediate area. Would absolutely recommend!

The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good. The first night we stayed the knob was broken on the heating unit and the room was extremely warm. We let the front desk know in the morning and left for the day. When we came back late in the afternoon everything was fixed and the room was spotless. We are extremely happy with our stay.

I needed to leave after first nite but had booked a 3 day reservation. Manager would not refund my other 2 nites b/c of some small print contract that said it was refundable up to a specific date.. Life happens. The hotel was full b/c of a fishing tournament and could have given room to another. Not very customer friendly.

We felt like the security man was stalking us! Also we are pretty sure that he was in our room with out are permission when we left. Things where missing when we returned. It wasn't a very good stay!

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel—the location was great, and the gentleman at the front desk was outstanding. He was courteous, efficient, and got us into our rooms quickly. However, I do have a concern. I noticed multiple $35 charges on my credit card and called the front desk for clarification. I was informed by the blonde woman at the desk that these were pet fees, which I would have understood had we been informed in advance. I mentioned that it would have been helpful to receive a heads-up about these charges, but instead of addressing the concern professionally, she became defensive and unpleasant very quickly. Additionally, my brother, who is a veteran and has a service dog, was also charged without being informed. As you may know, service animals are protected under the ADA and should not incur additional fees. He plans to file a formal complaint regarding this issue. I hope you have recordings of both the phone call and the in-person interaction, as this behavior is not acceptable and does not reflect well on your establishment. I trust you will look into this matter seriously.

booking through Expedia is quick and easy but had to really watch because the check in date kept trying to default into the current date instead of the following date that we wanted. Got to the property and the gentleman was extremely busy. He really should have had another staff person to help. We did not know we would be placed on the 2nd floor with no elevator. We did not even know there was a 2nd floor. Our sister and brother in law was checking in at the same time. We had both been assigned 2nd floor rooms. We stayed overnight as a stopover on our way north. The hotel was close to the highway, but you couldn’t hear the noise from the room. The staff were friendly and polite. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The complimentary breakfast made it convenient for a quick return to the road in the morning. I’d definitely stay here again if we’re back in the area.

This hotel is very convent to I 40. I do recommend the south side rooms opposite the interstate traffic. The hotel was clean and quiet as advertised. I liked the setting which is on top of a hill. Checking in and out was easy.

The location was very convenient for easy access off and on the main roadways. It was extremely clean and had updated lobby and room decor. The service was very friendly, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. The areas inside and out were well lit, and I felt very safe.

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location was perfect — central, safe, and quiet. My husband and I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and safe in a convenient location, just 2 miles from downtown where we spent most of our time at a festival. We had a delicious, hot breakfast each morning and was greeted by a very friendly front desk staff. We highly recommend staying here!

We've stayed at this location numerous times. We've never had any issues, it is clean, updated and a great location. Breakfast includes a number of options, everything is delicious. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. We bring our dog and there is a large area to walk her. Highly recommended!

The rooms were nice and staff helpful. Could use a wider variety on the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping...had to ask for towels, toilet paper and shower gel during our 4 day stay. Made our own bed...they did empty the trash cans.

The Quality In Dandridge is really punching above their weight. The reception/breakfast area was spotless and all furnishings were in tip top condition. My room was in near perfect condition, with imperfections that were bately noticeable. Despite being right off of the highway, its elevation on a hill, and my room being on the opposite side made for a very peaceful night. Breakfast was good, with eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles and most stuff you expect at this price.
