My hubby went to this area for work for 4 days with his crew and this motel was about a mile from job. Many restaurants very close by. Close to the interstate. Black out curtains were a huge plus. It was quiet and great parking for work trailer and truck. He said staff was professional and accommodating. It isn't a fancy place but it was clean and efficiently managed, which is what is most important!!

Co2 (air quality) was 1223ppm on morning since there was no ERV or way to open window. Most hotels since Covid have installed ERVs (or as minimum have operable windows). Co2 dropped to 853ppm with bathroom exhaust fan running constantly. Nice hotel for overnight stay, allow boat/trailer parking and EV charging (trickle on 120V).

The hallways/ steps were not very well kept. Needed vacuuming. The back door(which is supposed to open with a key card) is left propped open until 11pm because the key reader does not work. Don’t even think about breakfast that is offered. Watery coffee, some juice and fruit loops and cheerios. Both nights we were there a guy was sitting out in the hallway most of the night talking to someone in the phone. Not recommended.

The room smelled of….something, the AC didn’t work right. The hallways were hot, and who ever was in charge of the pool was growing beans…that’s a wood thing! The hotel is cheap in every way shape and form.

Just stopped to sleep and refresh. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Shower was great. Only thing was has no elevator, but hostess was able to change our floor to first. Thanks

The bed kept falling apart. The removable shower head was left on so when you turned the water on water sprayed all over the bathroom floor, not good for a HANDICAPPED room. Fridge was dirty. The back door that requires a key card was propped open all night (safety concerns). The vending machines only take cash (dollar bills to be specific), get up to date machines! Front desk clerk was argumentative about the fact that we’ve never been charged a pet fee there in the past. Floors have dips in them under the carpet, not sure what that’s all about. It’s just okay for a nights stay but I’m not sure I’d be happy there for a few days. Seems to have gone down in quality over the years that we’ve been staying there while visiting.

Co2 was high at 1425ppm but leaving the bath fan on brought it down to 825ppm. A ERV brings it to 600-800ppm or opening a window (but windows are sealed). Able to trickle charge my EV off 120V outside outlet near pool. If staying a couple nights, could fully charge. Good boat parking Mark

Cheap and the Air conditioning works… that’s about all that I could say was could be nice… front of the side table was ripped off, hallways stuck if smoke, dirty over all. I have never slept with all of my clothes on and kept my hood up so my head didnt touch the bed. I think I would have been better sleeping in my car. Oh and there were stink bugs EVERYWHERE. I can’t explain how bad they were!! I don’t recommend

The building was disgusting dirty. Holes in the shower and hair and spa scum in the bathtub. Bed had cigarette burns in a stinky non smoking room. Walked right back out and slept in the truck.

The room was extremely clean and fresh-smelling. The bathtub/shower was a clean, one-piece unit. Really a great find and value; this was the least expensive hotel in the area....but WOW, what a deal! I was very pleased and happy.

Worst motel I've been in! We were scheduled for 2 nights, left after first only because they'd only refund 2nd night. Had no bottom sheet, just a sheet placed over mattress pad, pillows were about 2"thick and one was ripped with stuffing coming out of a ripped pillowcase. Was so dirty you could write your name in the dirt and hair dryer was literally falling off wall becausecit was only held on by 1 screw.

The room was not as pictured. There was a hole in the drywall around the outlet and around tub wall. Tub was very dirty. Carpeting and furniture was very stained, there was also a broken curtain with a pin left stuck out to hold the two panels together. The breakfast is just two-choice cereal. Very disappointed as room or hotel was not advertised in pictures how it actually is. Couldn’t change hotels because everything around us was booked already.

I needed a driving break late at night. the night clerk was friendly and helpful. area was quiet and felt safe, price competitive, room immaculate. didn't stay for breakfast, was glad of in-room coffee. there was also a fridge and microwave. some rooms are smoking, so there was a faint smoke odor in the hallway but none in my room. only drawback was a parking lot light that wasn't blocked with the heavy sheers, wish the curtains were made to close.

The first room we were given the key didn’t work. Clerk came tried to reprogram door mechanism. As soon as door opened the musty smell was overpowering. I mentioned it and she immediately changed our room and went and got a new key for it. It wasn’t nearly as strong smelling as the first and the lock worked.

Very affordable rates, and good location, right off the interstate. Friendly staff and clean rooms. My only complaint is that our room was 85+ degrees when we checked in and the whole place kinda smells like smoke. But two rooms here for less than one room at Hampton.

No way listed (high) ratings were correct. The stair ways were filthy. Breakfast was either Cheerios or Fruitloops from a broken dispenser, or instant packet of oatmeal. No decaf coffee. Rude staff. Hallways had very strong smell of cigarette smoke.

STAY AWAY!!! We were NEVER given the room we have PAID for at this location. We reached there at around 1am, and room that we have paid for was already allocated to a different person. We spent almost an hour there with our small kid waiting in the car. We had to leave because the front desk guy was not at all willing to take us in. I don't know for what reason. We were so pissed off and left the property. We were unable to find a hotel at near by location as it was July 4th weekend and travelled for another 15-20 minutes to find one. I will rate a 0 for this property, STAY AWAY if you can.

The lady at the front desk is very rude. The app itself doesn’t take the full amount of money so you have to pay when you get there which I was unaware of. Then to top things off it says dogs allowed however the lady at the front desk failed to tell us there was a fee for dogs then proceeded to call our room about the fee mind you it was only 15$ and we had no problem paying it we just didn’t know as the app doesn’t tell you nor allow you to pay it ahead of time. She watched us on camera like a hawk even though we did nothing wrong. This was by far the worst experience. We also had to move rooms after paying the dog fee since we had a dog and people with dogs get different rooms. Mind you we had all our stuff including the dinner we had just went out and got in the previous room already so it was a pain.

The Jefferson is fine for a more budget-friendly short stay. It's just an older hotel, nothing special. It wasn't super clean, but wasn't uninhabitable either. We were disappointed that there was no breakfast available other than cold cereal and juice. There are fast food and convenience stores near the motel and it's close to I-40. The night desk clerk was very friendly and sweet.

This hotel is perfect for someone on a budget. We have stayed here multiple times and have never been disappointed. It is clean and the staff is very nice. It is about 30-45 minutes from Sevierville/Pigeon Forge. So, it isn't super close but not too bad. I think it is worth it.

The hotel had a very stale smell to it. The lady at the check it asked me multiple times if I smoked. After stating no 3 times I guess she finally believed me. The “continental breakfast” was the biggest disappointment. It only offered great value oatmeal (which really was fine, I guess), fruit loops and Cheerios. Except, the milk was in a mini fridge in a small plastic pitcher with barely any milk in it. They offered apple juice and orange juice out of the machine that most hotels offer. However, they both were not very cold and tasted spoiled. When we didn’t have enough milk for us to eat what little they had there was NO ONE around for us to see if they had more somewhere. I looked at the reviews of this hotel before booking but for $57 +taxes I didn’t expect too much but dang. The hot water for the oatmeal was not even hot. I wish I took pictures!

The hotel was older and my non-smoking room didn't smell non-smoking. The sheets were thin and had a small tear. The room was clean and water pressure was good. Breakfast was almost non existent. They only had cereal and coffee.
