Perfectly normal stay. Seems newly renovated with fresh furniture. Coffee bar for guests as you enter front door. Workout room furnished well. Has a sauna in workout room.

Way overpriced for what you get. Website says they have a hot tub, they DO NOT, one of the main reasons we choose to stay. Staff not very friendly, thin walls, had noisy kids in room next to us till way after midnight. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Consistent with Hampton’s standards. Our only recommendation is the locals use the parking lot as a cut through to the main road making the parking lot dangerous. Perhaps signs would change the pattern, or at least slow them down. They drive right under the porte-cochère at road speed.

A little dated, but not bad. There is no hot tub on site -- as hotels.com lists in the amenities, and was part of the reason I chose the most expensive hotel in town. otherwise it was a fairly standard, decent hotel.

I liked that the property is located close to restaurants and the highway. However, the room was filthy, it smelled horrible and the shower was obviously not cleaned before. There were hairs everywhere. I had to run hot water before showering. It was so disgusting that I ended up not staying the next day and ended up loosing my money.

I and my fellow bike rider were at the Dickson Hampton Inn for a week. The hotel was in perfect condition and for us, well located. The staff was great. The housekeepers were super and our room was kept in great condition. The front desk staff was friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast people were pleasant and helped us with our early departures. We had a great stay and enjoyed being there.

Breakfast was very good. Unfortunately, bed was VERY uncomfortable, bedding was itchy , pillows were flat, and there weren't enough of them. Shower water pressure was great. There was a constant "trickling water" sound that we never could find the origin of. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good. Easy parking. Mold at base of toilet and tub.

Great hotel, easy check in and check out. Good breakfast, clean common space, nice, comfortable room and bed. I think the only thing I could say negative would be the air return in the bathroom needs wiped down from general dust buildup- picky? It’s just that everything else was so clean it stood out! Very close to gas and food options. Easy on/off highway.

We had a one-night stay here on our way home. I chose this Hampton Inn because in the past they were typically a first rate hotel, and the price tag indicated it should be. The room was extremely dark and the blinds didn't go up. The hall ceiling tiles were watermarked (and looked as though) it had been that way for a while. The only way I could get a king bed was to pick 'accessible' even though we didn't need an accessible room. The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. Matter of fact the manager called to let me know I left something there but we were too far down the road to turn around.

Convenient and clean. Staff at front desk nice but not professional. Upon check in staff remained in side office seated in chair to welcome us. He did get up to do keycards. Asked if he had dental floss. He kindly looked and brought out a bag of dental picks. He then reached in and handed me one. Appreciate the gesture but not sanitary.

Front desk service was wonderful and super helpful. Breakfast was hot and delicious. I had 2 minor issues with the room. The bed was very firm, which is not what I prefer. In the bathroom the towels were on a very high shelf and i am a short person so it was a challenge to reach them. Otherwise all was good.
