River Terrace Resort & Convention Center

Great location to walk in Gatlinburg. Needs some tlc but it’s still a good place to stay. Staff was excellent. Parking a little tight. Air conditioning worked great. It was nice sitting on the balcony and watch the river. You can also enjoy the music while sitting on the balcony.

it was clean only real issue l had was the paint in the tub was peeling an black under it. the breakfast was lacking the bed was rock hard. they try to get you to sit through some promo thing for another place. The plus was its in the middle of the strip.

The good — Excellent location, free parking, spacious room, comfortable bed. The okay— aged property, but the staff kept it clean enough for guests. The included breakfast is insufficient. The not so good — our room had very poor sound insulation. We can hear conversation from the adjacent room. It’s fortunate we brought ear plugs which saved the day for us. Overall, it’s not a bad experience. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Bedbugs. The staff was happy to move me to a different building.

We enjoyed our stay especially the balcony on the river and easy walk to Main Street ! Enjoyed the live music from the Back Alley Grill across the street
