The room was neat and clean, little small in bathroom but we only needed room for the night as we were passing through on our travels. We had pet so was nice to be able to park outside our room and not need to go into the office and down a hall of rooms.

I had a comfortable stay for a quick overnight on a road trip. The room was pretty clean. The hotel is a little dated, but it was more than comfortable enough for the price and for the short stay. I like that my pet was free, as other hotels in the area charge a lot, from what I've seen. While it was clean, something in the air in the room was making my daughter and I itchy for a while after we got there. Other than that, we had a good stay. The lady working check-in during the late evening could use some training in customer service skills, though. She barely spoke to me during the process. She literally just looked at me, and I had to say I was checking in and give my name. Then all she said was "ID." She proceeded to check me in without really saying anything. She put the paper in front of me to fill out without giving any instructions or anything. Then she just handed me the key. I had to ask where the room was, and she barely explained it. I pretty much had to look at the map on the counter and figure it out myself. She never greeted me, said thank you, or anything like that.

I stayed here for the night during a longer road trip. I was given a room on the back side of the rear building (closest to the highway). While the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, outside noise was fairly easily heard in the room. I usually leave the TV on at a somewhat low level, and I could hear the road noise and trucks driving by on the highway all night. If I was accustomed to silence at night, this would have been quite disruptive to sleep. Fortunately, I can sleep through a lot, so it didn't bother me that much. We also had our small dog with us. I love that this hotel is actually pet friendly, i.e. no extra charge. The noise of people walking by kept startling our dog. For someone with a "barky" dog, this would probably be a problem. Again, fortunately, my dog is not so reactive. She barked once or twice or growled a little bit, but that's all.

We stayed on a night that they were fully booked. The key card scanner wasn't working for the room we were assigned. The woman at the front desk worked so hard to find us another room on a night when she was literally turning people away. Her efforts to accommodate us were truly a blessing. The parking lot is very VERY well lit.

They were so polite @ check in. I travel with my service dog & on Oxygen. I was able to park right in front of my room & walk across the parking lot to the dog area for my dog. I had only intended on staying here for 2 days, but due too health issues it ended up being a 5 day stay. I chose to stay here due to keeping the same room & nobody bothered me & I felt safe. It was obvious that they do have ppl that live here. They were very friendly & nice when I was outside. Unlike some hotels where they look like homeless ppl living there & hanging out all over the place watching every move you make. Not a doubt in my mind would I not stay here again. Everyone deserves a high 5 for the work they do @ this Red Roof Inn!

There was literal feces on the toilet seat. Urine dripping down the back of the toilet. I wasn’t expecting the ritz but at least clean the bath room. Dirty pillow cases. We stayed no more than 10 minutes and had to check out it was so gross. And here’s the kicker they still charged me for that day. Disgusting

Room was disgusting, stains on walls, toilet, shower. Windows were grimy, smelling like a giant bottle of baby powder, ac unit didn’t cool room and was sticky, 2 lights didn’t work, sheets felt sticky like lotion had gotten on them or too much fabric softener was used. The place looks like stereotypical movie where druggies or prostitution would happen

The lady at the check-in desk was great ! The room was very clean with good amenities. Cracker Barrel Restaurant is very close not to mention many others, so food is very obtainable. I plan to return again soon when I am in the Nashville area again.

Our first room had a TV that was disconnected to cable, and it was unusable. That was inconvenient but ok. It also had an air conditioning/heating unit with the panel completely removed and on the floor. It was unusable and we need a cold room to sleep in, so then we asked to be relocated. They accommodated quickly and easily. The sheets and towels seemed clean enough, but the cloth shower curtain had some... Stains. It was also noisy, we could hear footsteps outside all night. It was an okay place for just laying your head but I probably wouldn't stay again.

Stayed for two weeks recently, and was very comfortable for the stay. Our initial room had a broken A/C, but the front desk was able to get us into a new room right away. They were very helpful with getting our dollar bills converted to quarters, and accommodated us whenever we needed something from housekeeping. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

It was overall a great experience. Almost everything was clean and the bed was really comfortable. The only problem we had was one of the ladies at the front desk wasn’t the nicest and she kept messing up our card for our room, but when we went up there for the third time it was another lady and she made sure that it was right and was really nice!

I stayed here for the night during a longer road trip. I was given a room on the back side of the rear building (closest to the highway). While the room was clean, and the beds were comfortable, outside noise was fairly easily heard in the room. I usually leave the TV on at a somewhat low level, and I could hear the road noise and trucks driving by on the highway all night. If I was accustomed to silence at night, this would have been quite disruptive to sleep. Fortunately, I can sleep through a lot, so it didn't bother me that much. We also had our small dog with us. I love that this hotel is actually pet friendly, i.e. no extra charge. The noise of people walking by kept startling our dog. For someone with a "barky" dog, this would probably be a problem. Again, fortunately, my dog is not so reactive. She barked once or twice or growled a little bit, but that's all.

The Red Roof Inn Plus in Goodlettsville was in a great location 15 minutes from Nashville, 8 minutes to my church in Hendersonville. Many food options all around. Easy access to gas and the highway. The customer service from the staff at front desk was superb they were courteous and helpful. The initial reason I chose this hotel was because pets are free, I will return with or without my pet. This place is not safe, as we get there, there were guys hanging around the parking lot smoking weed and working on their car and guys going in and out of their room. The room is not clean and we ended up leaving for the safety of my family as we have 2 kids.

Property was nice but a bit dated. We changed flights and we came in earlier than expected , the front desk got us a earlier check in which was greatly appreciated . Only 20 minutes or so from everything in Nashville

I like that it is close to the highway and right next to Cracker Barrel, so we could walk to dinner. I didn't like how the bathroom was dirty - a lot of dirt in the corners and in the bathtub. The toilet wasn't cleaned very well. Also, they make an effort to prevent smoking with all the signs, but everytime we went in or out of our room, some one was smoking right outside our room.

The lady at the check-in desk was great ! The room was very clean with good amenities. Cracker Barrel Restaurant is very close not to mention many others, so food is very obtainable. I plan to return again soon when I am in the Nashville area again.

The beds were clean and comfortable which was the most important. The room itself needs attention. The walls and light switches are very dirty. Something splashed on the wall by the sink and dripped down the outlet/switch. It is dried on and gross. Only one pot of coffee available in the lobby. Could have a little more to offer at the rates they are charging.

The first thing I did was mop the floor, it was filthy. Under the beds were dirty. I feel anything over $50 per night is way too much for the accommodations. And where was the breakfast?

If you are traveling with your fur babies beware no rules followed for their breeds or big/little says not more than 80 pounds. First night we arrived while walking w/ our babies in area of room we were attacked by a big dog(pitbull)who was also staying there with owners. 1 doggy hid under vehicle and other one was bitten git away and ran scared for almost 3 days before being found

Friendly helpful staff. My TV did not work and the guy came up right away and replaced the remote. It was odd the hot and cold water were backwards. Area around the hotel is just ok.
