Vineyard Court Designer Suites Hotel

Got bed bugs in Rm. 201. Desk clerk said she would note on her file. Floor needed vacuuming, dirt and hair on floor. Was Graduation week so could no other hotel rooms available for me to move too. Court yard was the only nice feature. Should be refunded, but no one cared. Would not recommend.

Hotel was very charming and quaint. Staff was very friendly and answered questions. Couch was very uncomfortable.

Very dated, “pillows” were paper thin, coffee was cheap, creamer was powder. Furniture is very old, had rips, and stains. Would have given 2 stars if not for the staff. She was very helpful and kind. When we got there our A/C was broken. Very hot in the room. Sold out too. Luckily there was a last minute cancellation, otherwise we would have be screwed.

Very friendly staff! Comfortable beds and nice and quiet property

front desk staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions about getting an uber during a busy day with savannah bananas in town
