It was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool being closed. Wish we was told before my kids got all ready for the pool and got down to it and learning it was closed.

1.Elevator has been broken 'for awhile' with no plans to have it repaired. This means the kitchen I paid for and the quieter room I requested were unavailable and I had to be rebooked into a room with fewer amenities directly behind the office. 2. Fitness center has broken machinery (the recumbent bike). Since I suffer from mild vertigo, I can't use treadmills for very long. No fitness center use for me. 3. Only two bedside drawers in the entire room? I stayed for 4 nights/5 days and had very few places to put clothes. 4. Breakfast bar: warm items were cold the two days I tried to eat. "Hot water' tasted like it had coffee residue in the carafe. 5. No ice machine on the first floor. I had to stay on the ground floor since there is no working elevator, and even though there is a sign pointing to Ice & Vending machines, there is no ice. I would have asked at the front desk, but there was no one there and the bell had been removed at that time. I will not be back.

This property was a major disappointment. When we arrived, we were notified that the elevator was not working and had been out for a “few weeks”. Curiously, the elevator was not working last November either. The advertised ice machine on the first floor was not there. When I asked was told that there was one on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Air conditioner was mediocre. Rooms were humid. The outside doors did not close and had no locks for security. The carpet in the stairwell was filthy. The continental breakfast was fair. The potatoes tasted old and seemed like they had been reheated several times. Overall a very poor experience, with zero effort by the staff at engaging with their customers to see how things were. Never again at this Comfort Inn on University Drive in College Station, Texas.

Under construction. Hallways were filthy. Fire alarm went off multiple times during the night and morning. Lock broken on outside door to parking lot so no key was required. Room keys rarely worked.

We were there for one night to pick up our son from soccer camp and we had a very good experience. The person at the reception was very kind, helpful, and quick to check us in. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and room were very good. The free breakfast was what I expected, nothing to write home about, but it was good to have it available. I would stay here again when we are in town.

Hotel was under renovation which was okay. But we had booked a room with a king and sofa pull out. In the first room we received the sofa bed mattress was dirty. With hair and blood stains and other stains. When we told the front desk staff this. They did get us another room but it took 40 minutes for this to happen. The next room we went into had very dirty carpet with no towels and the sofa bed was dirty again. Was not happy with our experience.

I stay in the king suite for 2nights...the room had smell of wetness and cleaning products..I had go buy room spray, it got better, other than that the bed was comfortable and A/C worked...shower had pressure was weak but it got hot. Day shift front desk clerk wad welcoming and accommodating to my request to be on 3rd floor and also informed me that elevators were not working AT ALL! Last day I went to eat breakfast which had hot food ( eggs, sausages , make your own waffles) but as i sat down to eat I observed DEAD roaches on floor in varies areas ...I couldn't eat the food 😕 I give my stay 7 out of 10 but will not stay there again.

Check in was friendly and efficient. The first room I received had an issue with the window being partly open which was supposed to be nailed shut. I noticed this because of hearing the birds loudly and then seeing flies at the window. The next room smelled very musty but with an air freshener was just fine. Surfaces were all clean, bed was comfortable. Unfortunately, when getting ready on the second day, I saw a roach on the bathroom counter. Not pleasant. The rooms do need updating.

This property was recently renovated, however it was poorly renovated. Our room didn’t have any water to the bathtub and the next room that they gave us, the faucet handle worked but was put Ion poorly. New pain and furniture can’t hide some of the faulty work. Also, no extra linens in our suite for the pull out sofa. The front desk clerk was very nice though.

I don’t usually write negative reviews but there were just some sub-par things during our stay. The handle in our shower kept falling off. There were several spots on the floor that had large dips that surprised you as you walked over them. It just wasn’t the best experience. We won’t be staying here again.

Our stay was nice. Location was convenient to TX A&M. There is a nice selection of food options close by. Check in was quick and easy. Room was sufficient. The bed was comfortable. No issues with noise either of the 2 nights we stayed. Breakfast was adequate for a free breakfast. The only downsides were we were a bit disappointed that the pool was closed and an upgrade to the provided toiletries would be a nice touch. Overall, it was what we needed for a good price.
