The front desk staff was rude and acted as if checking us in was an inconvenience. The elevator was out of order. Our toilet was clogged. We were given a plunger to take care of it ourselves. (We were never able to resolve the issue and dealt with this toilet problem all evening/night.) Remodeling is being done and loud construction noises started early Sunday morning.

The elevator was broken and the stairwell is disgusting. The room was very nice and the breakfast was great.

Elevator was broke during our stay so we had to use the stairs. Carpets are stained and couch mattress had stains. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good, location is great.
