For an older hotel was not bad but did have issues, short on towels, bugs, pool had a nasty film on the water just not appealing at all. Check out was noon, requested a later time yet house cleaning tried opening the door at 10 am.

We were told there was no hot water when we checked in. They said it was being worked on. They offered us half off the rooms. We stayed the night and we never had hot water. But we were aware that we may not. At least we were not charged for the whole price.

They have been bugs. I paid for a room and ended up sleeping in my car !!!! The furniture is old and ragedy. The have ols smelly carpet on the floor. The pool was dirty and the pool area was unkept. The gate is broken, so unsafe

I was looking forward to using the pool but even when the pool guy came out it remained dirty. People like the pool for recreation but I needed it for therapy to my knee. It was a total fail all week long.

Pool was clean. Property seemed clean and it was quiet. My only issue was a broken handle to the door which made it hard to open. We were offered another room but we were already settled and we’d be gone in the morning.

The property was older, but that wasn’t so much the issue. The room smelled musty and was run down. I’m pretty sure the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. There was hair in the shower against the wall and there was two bottles of shampoo and no conditioner. One of the bottles was open and had about half of the shampoo left. The outlet by the sink did not work so was unable to use the blow dryer. I was very disappointed with our stay.

The room was dirty from the door to the toliet. Rug on the floor was filty, bugs everywere even in the shower, linuen was soiled, blood stain, throughout the sheets and blankets. tv screen filty. room odor stale. No iron or ironing board. This palce should not be rented to the public.

We walked into the room and immediately noticed five to six cigarette burns on both bed comforters. A housekeeper was a few doors down, so I asked her to come look at the damage. We made it very clear that this was not caused by us. Her response was simply that they were cigarette burns. In addition to this, the room was not clean and did not match the photos or description advertised. Because of the condition of the room, we went straight to the front desk and informed them that we would not be staying. We were told a refund could not be issued because the reservation was made through a third-party service. This experience was completely unacceptable. The condition of the room was unnecessary and disappointing. I strongly advise others to be aware—this place is poorly maintained and not as advertised.

The room had a horrible smell there was mold in the corners of the bathroom ceiling and closet celiling. Work like Bugs on the bathroom floor lThe room was outdated and rug musty like there was a flood. I wrote a report via email no response. My mother stayed next door where the bath room had rust in the tub. Also room smelt and out dated. Becuase it was graduation week in the area all rooms were booked or way over Priced so I had no where to go. The hotel was book and in surrounding area. I kept calling hotel and hotel. Com to say my mother wasn’t coming until Friday . Even though booking was with me on Wednesday. I couldn’t get refund unless I canceled the reservation and tried to do again with no guarantee we would have a room. I there fire had to pay for 2 days my mother was not on her room next to me. I wouldn’t recommend that hotel to anyone. Good for a homeless person for shelter. Terrible I should have booked the motel 6 next door would have better but all booked. I would like a refund or some sort of compensation.

It’s was a horrible stay I changed rooms 4 times. The property manager wasn’t in. Then when he came back. He had a nasty attitude and didn’t have a care about what we had went through. He was too busy trying to book out the rest of his room. The first room wasn’t clean condoms and blood stains on pillows. Second room blood all over mattress and box springs. Blood splatter on wall. Both bathrooms wasn’t cleaned. 3rd room mold was all on the ac unit. At that point it was 2 in the morning. And me and my family was tired. So we just slept in the car and let my kids sleep in the king bed. The next day we brought air mattress. And slept on the air mattress while the kids slept in the bed. Ppl drinking and hanging out all times of the night outside your room. It was a very bad experience overall.

There was blood on sheets, damaged walls, horrible smoke smell. Overall filthy. We left immediately. When I told the clerk about the room he just said "ok" as if he already hated his job and knew. I was not allowed a refund since I didnt purchase ins. Expedia should be ashamed for being affiliated. Embarassing. Expedia never contacted me regarding refund either as I had sent emails.

Toilet was extremely noisy when flush. The toilet will runs for 10 minutes before it shuts off. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. I believe the room needs an upgrade. I felt like I was back in the 90’s.

AC Worked well. I did not want to eat or drink anything after I saw the tub in my unit. Very outdated property. The first room they gave me , the door had been kicked in and was splintered. Once I pulled the door closed , i could not get out. We were able to exchange rooms. The next room was a bit better. Very outdated in need of a total remodel from top to bottom. One of the worst properties I have ever stayed at.

When I got there was told the wrong room, when I got to the right room my key card would not work went to get a new key and it still did not work they had to come let us in and said it would be fixed, was never fixed.... Went to take a shower and could not the shower was broke and the knobs was backwards

Very nice front desk staff, wonderful maintenance and housekeeping staff. The fridge was broken (literally) and the bathroom over head light was like in a haunted house. They replaced the fridge and repaired the light right away, and called me on my cellphone to make sure to get a verbal permission entering my room. The hotel is definitely need to be bulldozed down and build a new one. The stairs are tripping hazard with broken front edges and mattresses has so many stains and “orange “ color splashes on the edges (not just mine as I saw other mattresses like mine in other rooms), the tub is in horrible shape that I had to purchase tub liner to step in. There are no bugs under the mattresses and the bedding smelled freshly washed. (But I still purchased disposable bed liner to sleep in). For the price I paid, it is a hotel for me. Again, people who works in this hotel is A , but the hotel owner will need to be dragged out and public shamed to let the hotel sits in its physical condition.

The manager KC was super helpful. We booked online but were not informed there was a $50 refundable deposit. That surprise was frustrating. It said the price shown included all taxes. It should have mentioned the deposit.

They need to let people know it’s a 50 dollar deposit. And the check in is at 3 and out at 12 it’s not even a full day stay. Plus if want to check in early it’s a 15 dollar fee. That’s something that should be explained in the property policy and procedures.

The price was more affordable than most of the hotels in College Station on gameday, but the place was not great. The door had obviously been kicked in at some point and the repairs are not great. There were stacks of mattresses in the parking lot. The playground equipment was scary.

Got put in back building which has some issues. Outside first room there was a truck with a broken window dash cut open and flat tire. Room stunk of mold and door looks like it was broke. Into at some point. Second room was better but was concerned about security given the truck mentioned above

Was in town for a ball game, and hotels were limited and expensive. You get what you pay for would be the kindest review I could offer. Tiles were bad, gaps under door, carpet needs replaced, and room is in desperate need of fresh paint. Service was kind, facility was lacking

Needed a room for 1 night close to an event. Room wasn't ready until close to 4pm. Updates badly needed, facility is run down. For the price, it was good enough for a shower, beds and air conditioning. Located off the main street so a lot of traffic. Luckily, we had a room in the back of the property so noise didn't bother us. Lots of restaurants nearby. Driveway could use repairs.

The room smelled very musty. There was someone’s gum stuck to the picture frame. There was 2 shampoos and NO conditioner. The breakfast was a very poor excuse of a breakfast. Breakfast was until 9 though we went in at 8:00 and the coffee was literally COLD. The milk for cereal was nearly room temperature. There was nothing but cereal, bananas, yogurt and toast available, and no butter for toast. That’s it. No eggs, no meat, no nothing. The second day there was boiled eggs. The staff at the desk was just sitting there on their phone. They clearly have time to actually make breakfast.

A very basic hotel. Room was sufficient for the two nights I was there. My "problem" was the lack of breakfast, even though it was advertised on hotels.com. There was NOTHING hot; choices were bananas or hard boiled eggs. There wasn\'t even butter (on either day) to put on toast. If a traveler wants a decent, inexpensive stay, this place is OK.

When I arrived I noticed the lobby smelled stale. My room was shabby and the bathroom appeared to slant. The bathroom door would not stay open. The bed was hard but linens were ok. The bath washcloth was threadbare. The room was not inexpensive so I was surprised at the overall shabbiness. The breakfast was pitiful. They boiled eggs in a crock pot. Slices of bread were in the display cabinet. They had bananas.
