Pet friendly hotel.Wehad to try 3 different rooms to find 1 that didn’t reek off pets.1 roomthe ac was clicking.Breakfast was good but both morning i went down they didn’t have coffee and other things were out.They need at least another person working to help the 1 guy trying to do everything.It took about 15 minutes to get some more coffee out and a lot of people were furious.

The staff was accommodating and friendly. The pool area had a nice shaded area. I was pleasantly surprised, the photos looked like it needed to be updated but was a lot nicer than we anticipated. Great spot for team travel.

It was nice. We usually look for a Hampton Inn when we go on our weekend visits around Texas. The elevator had scary sounds going up, but was nice and quiet going down. We decided to only go down.

They are upgrading this hotel which is good. We were on 3rd floor and I don’t know what was running but sounded like a large generator. It was so loud in bathroom and an annoying buzz in bedroom. It was clean and bed was comfortable but whatever was running was disturbing for sleep.

We didn’t stay. We pulled up to the property. The outside was run down and trashy. We only went into the lobby and turned around and left. It was as bad on the inside as the outside. I refused to stay there. I felt it was unclean. I sent a chat message before I left, but received no response. As of today, I still haven’t received a response. The hotel had a good rating on your website. I would like a credit to my credit card.

The Hampton Inn is a nice place to stay. The room we had was large and very comfortable. The breakfast had a nice variety of hot and cold items. I did hear noise from the above apartment and down our hall. The walls are thin. My biggest compliant is Expedia. I book and paid for this room through Expedia at a set price but the hotel said I owed more and charged my card. The rate was $10 higher than Expedia's publish rate. Expedia charged back the original lower amount but not for the higher rate. Expedia claimed responsibility stating my reservation from Expedia did not go through. Bottom line...if you use Expedia, don't trust their rate quote or the reservation. Double check your reservation with the hotel directly.

Refrigerator never worked. I had to get on my hands and knees to find the one switch. Shower door was not installed properly. One door was NOT in its tracks causing the door not to close properly and water to leak onto the floor. Front desk was made aware of the issue.

Hands Down one of the best Hampton stays ive ever had. The room was large, very clean and quiet. We had options to log into our netflix acct on the tv which is a plus. I also liked the bathroom layout and the door. Overall one of the best for a good price.

We stayed for two nights, only issue was room service did not tidy up after first night and had to get towels from front desk. Service personnel was on our floor when we left that morning so not sure how they missed our room. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was completely booked Sunday May 26, so Monday morning management should have anticipated the number of people coming to breakfast and had the buffet staffed. There was no coffee for 30 or more m8ns when i was there. At one point there weren't any eggs, sausage, or potatoes. If I had not alerted the manager at the desk, I do not believe the younger man also at the desk would have refilled anything. He didn't check the area when he finally went to make the coffee, of he had, he would have seen the food was getting low. If the actual buffet staff had been scheduled, perhaps nothing would have ran low? There was a huge soccer showcase at Veterans field right down the road, so many, many, guests did not get a full breakfast. When we know better, we do better.

I was very pleased with this Hotel. The price was very competitive to other similar facilities in the area. Its location made it convenient for anyone traveling by automobile, and is located close to the University, but not in the traffic congestion of being closer. The staff and management was extremely friendly and accommodating, The facility was clean and quite, exactly what you would expect at a Hampton Inn. I had an issue with not receiving credit for the customary incidentals charge, that ended up being the fault of my bankcard company. Even though this was not an issue with the hotel, the friendly staff and management spent much time trying to correct this issue and helped me trace the issue to my bank. I definitely recommend this location.

The property and hotel is very old with little upgrades. The shower didn’t work correctly with the warm water not working or staying warm. there was not a front desk person to talk to at 3-4 in the morning to complain about the people next to me making so much noise inside and outside the room.

A reasonable rate and overall the stay was nice. The location is central and convenient but getting to them is limited to a feeder road so a little harder than most. The room was clean and sufficient but was dated and could use an upgrade. However that issue would not keep me from staying there again as I already booked another visit.
