Our vehicle was broken in to in pain daylight, when we went to ask the receptionist if we could see the footage she told us they didn't have cameras outside. She also told my husband that theres been other occasions of break-ins.

The elevator was out so everyone had to take the stairs all weekend. Pack all luggage up and down 4 stories. Shower had so much rust in them. TV would not turn on and when I called maintenance they showed up 3 hours later and we were sleep already

Check in was quick and easy. We did have a problem with the shower because the handle was flimsy. We called to the desk and the lady who answered was very nice and helpful. We were able to get the water on but the shower needed to be cleaned. She said someone would come by to clean it but they never came. Thankfully I had some Lysol wipes and was able to clean it so we could shower. The bed was a little hard and the hallway smelled like Marijuana. Breakfast is 13.95pp but we didnt eat. Parking was a little hectic due to them having 2 events going on. Overall the stay was just OK.

My Stay Overall Was Great, However, The Elevator had stop working for serval hours on three out of the 5 days that i stayed there. Also they ran out of quarters for the washer & dryer & i had to end up crossing a busy highway to the gas station to get changed to wash my clothes. I Truly enjoyed my stay but aside from those two things i would've had the best stay.

Stayed at Hilton Garden Inn Duncanville while visiting family in the Dallas area. The hotel is very nice, room comfortable and clean. We noticed several issues at this Hilton location that made us feel unvalued as a customer. The hostess at the dining area was rude to us when we arrived for our prepaid breakfast. Bottled water in the room was not complimentary and the attached sign stated a $3 per bottle charge. The elevator was very slow and only one appeared to be operational making for long waits to use elevator with a rolling cart.

There was a dance competition that we were there for so think they tried to accommodate but wasn’t enough staff. Breakfast cold, elevators wouldn’t always work. Maybe when it’s less busy there is better service.

Room was relatively clean and spacious. Our room in particular had a beetle infestation. They were all over the floors and ceiling. Flying all over the room. We read reviews after we were there and complaints of bugs were present. Shower was pretty bad. Bed is extremely firm and not comfortable to sleep on. We couldn’t get the guide on the tv without turning it off and back on. TV would spontaneously switch from TV show to guide while watching.

This property was a good location for us. We felt safe and it was very convinient. What we didn’t like is how old it felt. We also realized that one of the beds didn’t have the sheets changed. I pulled the cover down to lay down and here was body hairs in between the sheets (more than a few) and a spot on the sheets so I freaked out and left it. The shower was also dirty & turning it on was terrifying.. you could feel the handle and hardware like it was going to come through the shower surround.

I stayed in this hotel while attending a funeral. I left at 8:30AM and when I came back late afternoon, my room door was open. Not ajar, but propped open with the security bar at the top of the door. When I entered the room, I saw that the room had NOT been cleaned. Naturally, I panicked, wondering if someone had taken my computer or other valuables. I reported the situation to the front desk. Housekeeping claimed that they never cleaned the room, which was correct. However, the hotel staff could not give me an answer about who entered my room and left it open. I spoke with a staff member named, Patrick who said he would immediately investigate and call me to report who entered room 404. I got no answer and no call. Mistakes happen, but when security is involved, they cannot happen. I was away for over 8 hours. Anyone could have entered my room including other hotel guests. This is entirely unacceptable.

I have chosen to stay at this hotel on several occasions with no concerns. This past weekend I was not able to sleep due to a annoying coming from the air conditioner every 10 mins..it sound as if a squeaky door was closing at a slow pace EVERY 10 mins

Very nice property. Not so much when traveling with your pets. The pet area was a joke when it came to accessing the area. I had to walk with my support animal almost to the street which is right at interstate 20 just to get to designated pet area. After the struggle of getting over there in the darkness, there aren't any trash cans to dispose of your pets waste that you pick up. Walls are pretty thin. I woke up to domestic noises from other guests.

There were a couple of problems: Upon arrival, we found a small cockroach in the shower floor. The shower was difficult to turn on - we thought it was broken until right before leaving when we learned the faucet must be pulled forward and turned all at once.

Even though the rooms could have been a little more updated… the front desk employees made it a good stay.. (bathroom and entryway was updated) the guy upfront was extremely helpful and friendly. Good service goes a long way.

Patrick who checked me was absolutely AWESOME. Amazing caliber of Customer Service. Patrick went above and beyond. This was probably the best hilton experience i have ever had. Cecelia at the Bar was also very amazing. Kudos to this amazing team.

Upon arriving the front desk employee was either sleepy or high on something! (Maria) I believe was her name. She did not great me or say Hello or even ask how can I help you, like normal Customer service reps. I got checked in and my room keys, go up to the room and it had NOT been cleaned! I go back downstairs and have to deal with a unenergetic employee. She then proceeded to contact someone by phone I assume housekeeping the convo was in Spanish. She then informed me that they will come and clean it. I asked for another room because I was tired and didn't to wait and hour while they cleaned the room! Keep in mind I arrived and checked in at like 10pm. The room should have been cleaned already and all day, but it wasn't and she said there were no more available rooms! So I had to wait the hour while they cleaned the room. Once it was cleaned and I got into the room it was fine. i travel A LOT for work, kids sports, and with my sorority chapter. This is the ABSOLUTE 1ST I experienced service like this, starting the check in! The front desk worker needs a class on customer service and greeting!

They overbooked my room had to wait 30 mins to get another room not sure why they would steal a room slreadyy set to be mine already had room number and everything then had to change to a totally different room that what i was asked and no management apology front was nice and apropiate in manner showed compasion on issue but still company needs to not book rooms that u already pay for

I was somewhat surprized that the breakfast bar was not included with the room rental, so we opted to dine elsewhere. I usually only grab an item or two for breakfast, which couldnt justify the price for me, or my young granddaughter
